Hopefully this is the right company cause I thought I’ve been green light but I’ve had a great experience on September 11, 2025 at 5 AM from my tow truck driver Out on Virginia Beach Blvd. and I truly appreciate his help and the communication from this company. They were very fast faster than the other companies that come from my roadside assistance so very much look forward to having the same company again.
Terrible customer service, ordered a tow and was told it would be 45 mins, called at the hour mark and was told they never received my request. Tried to order again and when given the location they needed exact coordinates even on the side of a highway with landmarks
My car was towed, but when I got it back, there were scratches all over the bumper. They denied responsibility and refused to even look into the matter. Terrible experience!

Called for a tow, they assigned me a driver, driver contacted me to pay them. I did so, then no contact for over an hour. Tried to contact the office. No answer. SCAM.

When you are stranded in the middle of nowhere, if someone responds to our request and shows up soon, that is a big help. The staff driver from green light came to rescue us, and I am more than happy to recommend this service.

Called for a simple tow up the street to get a flat changed on my 4 door sedan. They quoted me 2 hours, I was at home so no issue. At 2 and half hours, I call and they say they’re trying to get ahold of the driver and will call me back. At 3 and half hours after the initial phone call, I call again they don’t even answer, then immediately text me and say their drivers truck broke down. Now I’m waiting a whole extra day because of terrible communication and when all I needed was to get a mile and a half up the street.
It took a few minutes to figure out who I should call first. But I kept doing the mistake as no other service provider picked up the phone. Thanks to Green light towing service for their quick response and the rescue. The car reached our location safely!
Needed help when my rental car pooped out the night before my trip back home. Long story short – they showed up on time, I made my flight, and they charged my company what was quoted.
Thanks for helping me out of a jam on Halloween. Eddie the driver was nice to work with and he walked me through how he did his job cause I was concerned about them scratching up my dropped mustang. Took the time to explain and was patient. Most of all my car was delivered damage free to the shop as promised.
Unsuccessfully tried to arrange a tow weeks in advance. Very unprofessional, does not answer calls, does not return phone calls/messsages at any of the 3+ phone numbers listed.
As a mom you always keep your child’s safety at the front of your mind, when my daughter blew a tire coming home from college up north, I was worried she would be stranded for hours, however we called these guy to tow her the final leg home. Called and asked for tire change rates which a woman told me they did not do tire changes then i was getting ready to ask about tow rated then she hung up on me before i can finish, tried to call back then she did not answer and did no respond to text. I dont ever do bad reviews but this made me not want to consider doing business with this company again. Customer service is everything. Not a good look
I was in the unfortunate position of needing a tow over the weekend and wanted to call out Green Light Towing for being totally professional with tons of patience while we figured out where we were. since I'm old school and use a flip phone without GPS. I'm sure they lost some business on my account so thank you.
