Today I was in an accident on a busy 4 lane Rd. Bridger came to tow my truck from the seen. While I was upset and irritated; the driver was so kind & cheerful. Received outstanding customer service and great communication from him on what the next step was as far as dealing with insurance. I appreciated his demeanor, it definitely calmed me down and I was able to leave not so stressed. Thank you for taking care of me!
Bridger towing truck sitting at somebody’s house picking his nails then decides it’s time to go and is trying to rush me through a light I just pulled up at and is laying down on the horn like he is in a hurry making a left at Aragona blvd. I’m in a medical transportation vehicle, grow up and learn some professionalism goofy.
Nice people; from the driver who picked up my car and drove me home to Bryan, who I met at the tow yard to pick up my license plates and things out of my car. (My car was unfortunately totaled ).
On Sunday around 1PM, you towed my neighbors car for me off Dam Neck. The man who helped out was faster than the obvious Sunday hours for an immediate tow than 4 prior companies I had called. I can’t remember his name but he was very helpful and had a great attitude the whole time. The business card will remain in a folder. Thankyou
Very unprofessional. Has set hours of operation but fail to be there on time. Cant give accurate eta’s and will leave your car keys in their tow truck without knowing and then try to say you never gave your keys to them. And then also, have your keys but will try to argue about how they might not have them any longer due to insurance or other cases, when whole time they do have them. Don’t waste your time with them. Avoid having them tow your vehicle at all costs!!!!! P.s would have left zero stars if possible!
I had a car failure in Chesapeake va. They responded rapidly. Took great care of my car AND ME! Transported us to Elizabeth City, NC. Ben my driver is an excellent and caring person to an older person in a fix. Professional and friendly conduct. Tow truck was spotless for me to ride in. Ben and company made a bad day much better! I highly recommend!
Your driver picked up a vehicle from the scene of an accident on 3/8/25 by the police department around 11:30pm & left scrap metal, plastic, & a puddle of the vehicles fluids all over the scene of the accident when by Virginia Law Code 46.2-1212.1. you are legally required to clean up all debris from the accident scene & did not at all. I will be coming in to your business & complaining & want something done about it. My girlfriends tires almost got metal pieces in her tires because of your drivers mistake. GET BETTER READ THE LAW.

I had to have my van towed to the shop. On his way he was caught in traffic. He called to make sure it wasn't me and that I was in a safe area. Once he towed it to the shop he made sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend him!
Sooooo…. This isn’t service related but super grossed out by a Bridger towing truck opening his door on I-215 s up by the mountain between mile marker 3 & 4 opening his door and kicking all of his trash out on the road. It’s gross and is a bad business look. Especially with the business name on the truck.
My son broke down in Virginia Beach and AAA told him it would be 3 hours before a tow truck could get out to him. I called Bridger Towing and spoke with Krystal, she was very professional and kind. She had a tow truck out to my son within 30 mins. The tow tech was great as well. I highly recommend Bridget Towing if you are in need of roadside assistance.
If you're having a bad day and your car breaks down, you want this towing company. They were much earlier than my roadside assistance said they'd be, so less time waiting on the side of the road. Professional, polite, and very helpful..... 10/10 recommend.
When you have roadside assistance, you don't have a choice in who responds. Today, after the first (A&W) didn't show or answer multiple calls (full mailbox), I was blessed with the services of this company. Noah is very professional and courteous. I had my car towed to my mechanic. The tow truck driver was very efficient and careful with driving my car on bumpy roads. He let me drive with him to the shop and had a great time meeting him. I would recommend Bridger towing if you ever need your car towed
I was stuck on the side of the road with traffic. I was told they were on their way. Half way here they send a text they’re not coming. I had to blow up their phone to get them to answer and was told they cancelled it to tow someone off the interstate. They can charge more on an interstate tow so they left me stranded. Don’t call them! They are unreliable!
They did not call to say they would be delayed or offer any alternative or even an explanation. They just sent a text and completely cancelled after I’d already been waiting an hour. And your snotty phone girl didn’t say anything about an accident. She simply said you went to tow a car off the interstate. Don’t make up excuses now for your poor service.
This company is awesome. He was friendly, efficient & professional. I had to wait a whole 10 minutes. He put my car on his truck in 3.5 minutes & took off. If you need a tow I highly recommend Bridger Towing.
Very professional and speedy! I think the guy name is Hunter. He showed me a trick to putting my vehicle in neutral when there is no power. He was very friendly and had a great sense of humor.
The fastest towing experience ever. I am writing this review not even 5 minutes after the service was completed, that’s how impressed I am. Not only was it quick, but they were in constant communication and made sure my husband’s car made it home safely! I can’t recommend this is company enough. Quick, friendly, and professional!
I needed to have my Honda Pilot picked up from the North Island On the HRBT. I called in the morning and we coordinated a time to have it picked up and dropped at my house in Virginia Beach. Noah called letting me know he was close, I had left the key with the vehicle. Picking up a vehicle from the North HRBT island is a process, when you leave you have to have an escort get you back onto the highway towards Hampton, going the other direction is not an option. So if you're going to Virginia Beach you have to go to Hampton, take an exit, get back on 64 East and go back through the tunnel. Did I mention this was on a Friday. Noah managed to do all this and deliver it to my house charging me a very reasonable price for his time and hassle. I have several vehicles all older, so I seem to need towing services a few times a year. I will definitely be taking advantage of Bridger Towing's services in the future. Thanks Noah.
Noah of Bridgers Towing was of great assistance in moving my disabled vehicle to my residence. Despite numerous calls for assistance, he communicated well with me and performed excellently. I keep his/Bridgers Towing in my personal cell phone. Great transport performed safely. Peace
