In our experience, the starter went out at ocean front late on a Sunday and Charlie came by within 20 minutes of calling and was the best price out of pocket (covered by our insurance anyway). I tried to arrange towing of two vehicles with a few other companies weeks in advance, as I was coming from out of town. The others proved to be either unreliable or unresponsive. My experience with Discount Beach Towing & Recovery was the complete opposite. I wish I would’ve called them first and saved myself a lot of undue stress and uncertainty.
I called so many places that were charging an arm and a leg this place was SO FAST I called at 830 they were here by 915 .They had an easy way to pay in person and the tow driver was super nice they made a bad day with my car a little better .I will forever recommend them.
Fast service, and awesome customer service. Gave them a call, Charlie showed up within about 15 minutes, had me loaded and rolling in about 5 minutes. Great company, quick reliable and professional. Recommend them 100%, don't hesitate to give them a call.
These guys are absolutely amazing. Honestly one of the best tow companies I've ever dealt with, especially when u live in or near va beach. After my experience with several tow companies, these are the guys I call every single time!!! They not only are very professional, but they also are very respectful for people's personal property as well as being upfront about absolutely everything including the price (which is better than 90% of other tow rates). These guys are my goto and I've never had a single problem and will definitely continue to use since all my project cars like to break on me :)
Charlie is amazing! He towed my RV through the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel after a snafu with the transmission. Originally I was told by my road side assistance company that it would be a 5 hour wait. Charlie made several calls to keep me updated. He shortly called back with the great news that he had figured out a way to personally come with a specialty truck to do the towing himself. This cut 4 hours off of the wait that I had anticipated. He is professional, competent, and showed empathy for my roadside needs. Thanks Charlie you are a true life saver!
Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the person who towed my car, but they called 10 minutes out to let me know they were on their way. I got a quote through messages through Google maps, and they were by far cheaper than the other 3 quotes. I had my car towed from Virginia Beach to Chesapeake. They were prompt, friendly, and all around an awesome company for something stressful, like finding a towing company at the last second. 5 out of 5 stars for sure. Hope I don't need them anytime soon, but I'm definitely going to use them from here on out.

Hopped a hidden curb and popped both drivers-side tires at 10pm 300 miles from home. They were on site within 30 minutes to tow to tire place for early morning repair. Cost was what you'd expect from an emergency late-night towing service, and the service was great and professional. Saved the day.

This place had my back! I talked to Charles on the phone after I shredded a tire and he was out in 20 minutes to give me a tow! Other companies told me it was gonna cost me 350 dollars which is crazy! Charles gave me a reasonable price and was a total professional!
