Steves Towing has by far the nicest, kindest and most respectful personnel working and running a company. My friends car was "Borrowed" from NC by someone he trusted and did not want him put in jail. After being towed and recovered in Virginia beach 3 months later, these gentlemen were kind to negotiate a deal where both parties came away winning. As one can imagine the bill was very high but they were willing to listen and be sympathetic towards the owner of the car. They are kind and willing to negotiate making sure you bring the car home. Once again, thank you for helping out my co worker. It should be mandatory for tow companies to send their employees to Steve's Towing in Virginia beach so they can learn how to properly treat their customers. Oscar says hello and his "Gracias"
Lee was 2 minutes early to picking our car up and was so kind & exceptionally communicative. The whole team has been so great and easy to work with and offered a very competitive price which is an extra plus!
Steve's Towing was fantastic! I was involved in an accident on a Friday at 5pm on the highway and they arrived and helped so much and gave great advice on what to do. I came back for questions as insurance is dealing with this and they were just wonderful. Very caring, kind, and polite!
Really disorganized company. They can’t seem to communicate effectively amongst each other. They told me to call at nine to schedule a time. I told him I couldn’t do it till the afternoon and they said call us back and now then they wouldn’t answer the phone. After I left a message, they just sent somebody without calling me first. By the time I got there, he was already gone. Complete waste of my time. Get your stuff together.
Edit update: So even after I called the office to cancel, they still were calling me, and showing up again waiting for me! HA! Unbelievable. You guys are really funny.
Hands down the best towing company I’ve ever used. Lee, absolutely did his best to work with me given the situation, something he DID NOT have to do. Additionally, the associate at the front desk that I dealt with (do not know his name), was very helpful and knowledgeable. The guys at Steve’s Towing are top-notch and will put the interest of the customer first!
Where do I begin. My son's Nissan Altima needed to be towed from a business on Holland Road to his house in Green run. Two other tow truck companies quoted they could not do it until a week later. I called Steve and he was able to tow it the same day within a 2 hour period. Quick efficient and affordable! The second time I used Steve's Towing it was to tow my son's Chrysler Town and Country from a school on Independence to London Bridge Transmission and Repair. Once he found out it was me, he said he would come and tow the car personally to have it done quickly. He is a professional in his field. And rates high praise. I will use no other towing company but his. Thanks Steve.

driver blocked off my neighborhood entrance for 10+ minutes and was extremely rude when asked to move hopefully not everyone in that company is that rude
