if i could give 0 stars i would. towed my car even though i had my parking pass hanging. and damaged my car too. i sat on hold for an hour trying to resolve that issue just for them to disconnect the call. still made me pay $200. filing a police report for the illegal towing and new damages to my car thanks to them
Took my friend’s car from a guest parking spot at my apartment while she was helping me move. we arrived to the tow yard that was five minutes from my house, then were told for the second time over the phone that a tow driver would be out within 20 min to open the gates. mind you, it is 11:07 at night and my friend is just trying to get home. 30 minutes pass by and we call again for the man to say that they had to take a car from a location that was 13 min away and should be on the way back. more time passes and we are now 90 min into waiting outside of this gate which was originally supposed to be no more than 20 min, well past midnight in 33 degree weather.
tow driver finally arrived about 100 minutes after we got here and the driver sat in the truck for almost ten minutes while my friend stood in the cold and tried to get his attention per the dispatcher over the phone.
As someone that has worked in unfavorable customer service roles in the past and a current military member, this was an insane display of poor customer service, not even including the fact that is was improperly towed in the first place. add on top of this is she had to pay 207 to even get her car out after waiting almost two hours outside the gate.
0/10 This place has terrible service. They took my car very quickly but took a very long time to return it. I had to wait 2++ hrs for the driver to arrive, even though it was very cold outside and I had notified them in advance of my arrival. You should bring cash with you, and the call center staff were not helpful in telling me how long I would have to wait. In short, you should not use their service!!
This company illegal stole my vehicle when I clearly had a parking sticker displayed as required by my HOA. Wouldn’t release my car until I paid $240. Don’t use this company they are unscrupulous and the manager I spoke to is very rude.
Went to pick up my vehicle from Mr.Robby. He told me he couldn’t take my card because his card reader he was given was broken and to go to 7/11 to go to the ATM to pull out cash and cash was the only thing he could take. He told me it would be cheaper and instead of 207 dollars it would only be 200. My card has a 28% cash advance rate so it actually cost me an extra $56 dollars. I explained this to Mr. Robby and he had no remorse. I asked if he could help me out and he said he couldn’t and that he charged his card reader and tried to take my card again. I explained that it was too late and he took the cash. I wish he would’ve told me he could’ve just charged the card reader. Instead he told me he has been working there for 20 years and to call the shop. Now he’s on the phone with the store manager before I make a phone call. Very unprofessional. Do not recommend this shop.
Terrible customer service! Waited for hours to get the car out of the Arctic location in Virginia Beach. Was told driver was coming from Chesapeake multiple times. I Uber there and was left standing in the rain, wind and beach chilly air until they made time and finally arrived. Ridiculous! 0 out of 10 recommend!!!!!
Kids car got towed It happens kid didn't pay attention not mad at towed company for doing their job. Call at 9 am to make sure they had the car and ask what the steps are for getting it back. I was told 200$ cash 200+ fee for card. OK sucks but I get it. Asked when we could pick up the car I was told any time, we are open 24 hours. 40 min drive to VA Beach after soccer game, no ones here. We called the number at 3:20 pm told someone will be here in 30 min. 1 hour later we call back sorry we had a call in Chesapeake we have to handle 1st we will be there when we can. 5:20 rolls around we call back oh yeah someone is on the way 30 min or so. IT IS 6:20 still NO ONE. At this point they should pay me for my time!
Got into a car accident last night not my fault cops had my car towed to this facility the lady is the rudest person in the world who ever answers the phone has no customer service at all telling me that she's not at a lot that someone should be out a lot 24 hours a day she is the rudest person in the world
Took my mother's car from infront of my apartment building i was borrowing her car because they put a tow sticker on mine for old inspection sticker so I took my car to the dealer and borrowed her car they charged me 200 dollars and told me the city of Virginia Beach sets the prices but it was a private parking lot please don't use these people they get enough money stealing from people why they sleep

So i called in for a Tow and Repair. Trying to call Kemo back to come help me. But they wouldn't give me His number Why? So I left my information. And got hung up on not once but twice by CJ. I could have been more polite. But that's blatant disrespect . My is as green as anyone's. If yall havin a bad day don't take it out on your customers. Geez !! Keemo seems to be a real nice Guy. Hope i can get some help. Thank You
If I could rate NO STARS I WOULD! This place is a joke and they need to be shut down. They say they’re 24 hours but they ARE NOT! When they are closed they send a tow truck driver out and they take FOREVER to get to the tow yard and will give you any excuse they can find to justify why they are late, etc. They will tow your car before they open and after they close so you won’t have a choice but to pay the extra money for the “storage fee”. WORST TOW COMPANY EVER
