They were great about making sure my car was taken to the auto shop. They text me to communicate all the details of where to get my car from, when they were going to pick it up, and what they would do after picking it up for me. If I ever need them again I will definitely call them!
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I called them for a tow and was told after they dropped off the car they were currently with I would get an ETA. After two hours, I reached out to see if they had an ETA yet, at which point I was told they just dropped the other customer's car off and that traffic was "smacked" heading my way. After another two and a half hours, I reached out again. They ignored my phone calls and did not respond via text, either. I'm not one to leave negative reviews or complain about service, but to treat a customer like this is ridiculous. Waiting four and half hours for an ETA, to then just be ignored and stranded, is unacceptable. I still have not heard from them and ended up having to leave my car overnight.
