Spartan towing is the place to go. My car had been sitting at the dealership for over a week to be looked at. I just wanted to get it towed somewhere else so my car could actually get worked on instead of sitting at the dealership service area for over 8 days. Called Spartan towing. They were able to get to us in 30 minute which I'm so happy about. The rate was very decent. They took pictures of the car before and after each towing. Overall I would go to Spartan again if I need my car towed. Very professional and friendly.
I had THEEE BEST EXPERIENCE w/ Spartan Towing. Let me tell you guys Ken has the BEST Customer service everrrr ! I honestly went through it & he stayed by side the entire way! First I contacted him regarding a car I had that had been sitting for a while due to deployment & I needed to get fixed b/c it refused to start, called a Mobile Mechanic to help me w/ the issue & he was trying to over charge me an arm & a leg for the services, feeling discouraged, I called him back & he walked me through everything, paid less then half the price at the auto parts store. He even came w/ me (being he was 30mins away) to make sure I wasn’t stranded due to the car stopping after the mechanic jumped the car. Gave me Advice stayed w/ me until he was sure I was completely safe and even followed up w/ me the next day. He asked for nothing in return & was very content w/ his decision. I trusted in Him & my issue was resolved. Bless his heart b/c we need more people in the world like him! Thank you so much Ken!
Ken with Spartan is exactly the kind of person you hope to find when you’re in a tough spot. He went above and beyond in every way when we had issues with our Jeep (don’t ever buy one of these ). Transmission failed and car needed to be towed home. Called other places and they were all closed or nobody was available. Service was great and Spartan got my car back quick. Also really enjoyed talking to Ken.
I had a great experience with spartan towing. My car had to be towed back to the dealership because my engine had blown out. Spartan towing hooked me up .. He was reliable, helpful and when a situation presented itself. The company didn’t leave me out in the cold. He had my back until the situation was solved. He even lost money helping me and did not complain.
To say I'm happy with Ken and Spartan towing would be an understatement. He was personable, professional, and punctual. He towed my classic car to a mechanic for me at a reasonable cost and within my scheduling. I highly recommend Spartan!

Couldn’t find no other tow guys to get my motorcycle towed. I didn’t care how much it cost. Called at least 7 of the top towing companies on google and no one would answer. It wasn’t late at all, around 3ish maybe. I left messages and no one called back. I then contacted to the next tow company which happened to be Spartan Towing. I called and finally got someone on the phone. The guy asked a few questions and explained he would just need to grab a certain pair of straps being it was a motorcycle and he would be arriving at our set time. He actually arrived way earlier and handled my motorcycle with care. This company was fast, professional, and had great customer service…. Definitely worth the time to fill out the review I will be using this company from here on out.

Got stuck mid day on a Saturday in July. Luckily they came in less time than expected saving us from the heat. Reasonably priced plus less than a 30 min pick up time. I know they could have price gouged me but I was fortunate enough to pay under $200 for 20 miles! No wonder they caught my attention when I was in a pinch. The reviews match the customer care they provide from start to finish. Definitely a company worth keeping in your back pocket!
Unfortunately my 79 corvette was stranded after an evening drive but Spartan Towing were able to get it towed in a timely manner. Ken and his wife were very friendly and didn’t take any shortcuts in assuring a safe delivery of my vehicle. 10/10 would recommend and will be using if ever needed in the future !
amazing! They towed my car so fast, gave these gentlemen a call and they arrived to my location in less than 20 minutes. Took my car With great care and brought it to norfolk even faster. With affordable pricing at $85 in total, compared to other companies i would definitely choose these guys again.
