The worst towing company in the area. I was rammed off the road by an F150 in the Pungo. The police called 2 tow truck companies as both vehicles were undrivable. "GRUMPY" from Oceana Auto sales & services chose to tow my Mazda Miata. I asked if he wanted me to install the front tow hook to avoid significant damage to the front bumper ($3500). He threw a fit because I made recommendation, a then proceeded to tell the cops that I was irate, and he was not going to tow me (thank god).
Fortunately, the other tow truck from Sandbridge towing picked up my car with no damage and drove me home. Sandbridge towing made $200 and the 2 drivers both got a $20 tip.
Apparently, "grumpy" from Oceana Auto Sales & service has built himself a reputation living up to his name. The police officer actually apologized to me but the company is under contract with the city.

They towed my car while I was i. Hospital. They are charging .me 140 to tow plus 45 a day. They were nasty, rude and so unprofessional. If you have AS A, make sure to call right after accident and they will put you on top of the list. AAA is getting the truck for me so I can donate what's left. This is a shifty business!!
Most unprofessional person I've ever met! And a big rip off! Tow truck driver was completely rude to our friend after a accident, charged over $200 to tow the car not even a mile up the road and then proceeded to start arguments that were very unnecessary after the traumatic incident that just happened! wouldn't recommend their services to anyone!
