I've been here more than once trying to get a car but they never helped us looked at us like we were not good enough to buy a car from them. Took my business elsewhere and didn't have one issue getting a vehicle. Guess it depends on how much money you have if you get help or not

Our other vehicle went down unexpectedly, so we were in a tight spot. We stopped in here and they were so helpful! They were able to get us into our new truck that day. We got a Dodge Ram 1500 & she is in amazing condition! We could not be happier.

Cannot say enough good things about this place. Sold me a van back in December and told me it had new brakes on it. He wasn't lying as he had put new brakes on it but, when I had it checked out a month later I learned that new brakes were put on the front with rotors that were beyond use so I had to have new brakes put on again. I also found at during this time that the van effectively had no brakes on the back. If he had just been honest about it need rotors this would have saved me a lot of headache. Jump to today and I find out that the transmission is completely shot and is going to cost $4k to fix. I wouldn't buy a car from this place if they were the last place on earth and were giving it away. Buyer Beware.
I bought a vehicle on Saturday with a as is warranty but on Tuesday the engine light came on and the looked at it. It was an egr valve. The fixed it for me for NO charge to me. The process of getting approved for loan was so easy. If you need a vehicle go see Family Auto 2. It was a pleasure to buy from them!!!
