They take forever to answer the phone, they put you on hold for 10+ minutes and will just hang up on you without being any sort of help. Almost as if you’re bothering them for calling

Been to this location many times for various vehicles. I found what I needed for my BMW, and despite what others are saying, the guy who I dealt with was very nice. Not sure if they are disorganized, or the guy at the front misheard me, but there were multiple vehicles that I found in the lot that were not on the sheet that was printed. Beyond that, decent spot. Fairly easy maneuverability around the yard, too.

I had a very frustrating experience with Pick A Part VA in Stafford. I went looking for parts and couldn’t find what I needed, but what really stood out was how rude and dismissive the employees were. When I inquired about a specific vehicle near the entrance, I gave the exact make, model, and color. I was told by Diego Jimenez that since it didn’t have a number, it wasn’t processed yet, and I should come back in two days. Even though it was an hour drive, I returned — only to find the car in the exact same spot. This time I was told to call in two more days. When I called, Diego said it was processed and in the yard. I made the drive again, but when I arrived, the car was still in the same place and I wasn’t allowed to pull parts. On another visit to their other location, I was told the system was down and they couldn’t even look up vehicles. At this point, I felt I had been misled multiple times, wasted several hours driving, and treated poorly every step of the way. This kind of inconsiderate and dishonest service cost me time, gas, and effort, and left me very disappointed.

Wish I could give zero stars. This place is a scummy joke of a business. Called and asked about a sun visor for a vehicle. Takes half a second to pull but it was in there private lot so they had to pull it. Guy said it would be $35 and they would check and call me back if they had it. Cool. Never got a call so figured they didn’t have it. Called back a few weeks later with new inventory and now George in the sales office said it would be $60. I explained our previous conversation and he said “well do you have a name of who said that”. Obviously I don’t remember who I spoke to 3 weeks ago. So does that mean they just arbitrarily assign prices? He said “I can’t do $35 on a new car like this”. The vehicle is 6 years old?? What a complete joke. Save your money and drive to MD LKQ. Literally $15 there. I wouldn’t buy a lug nut from these scam artists.

I purchased an alternator for a Honda odyssey for a repair for a customer. The salesman tells me there is a warranty on it and the signs outside state it can be returned any reason for a refund. The part they give me is junk and doused in oil so my mechanic tells me it’s no good and will mess up the car. We are forced to buy another alternator from somewhere else to complete the repair in a timely fashion. I go to return the part and they say unfortunately all we can do is charge a restocking fee for 35% for a refund. The signs outside are misleading and lie about what can and can’t be done. This is bad business would not recommend buying from here. They will scam you

Save your $2, time and gas. The website showed 5 2010 F150's. When I got there they told me where to look. Walked all the way out back to find one with the incorrect part. Went back and asked again and was told the rest of the trucks were in the private section where I wasn't allowed and that those didn't have what I needed. Talk about false advertising!

The staff is extremely efficient and they are organized and ready to assist. The yard has a great variety of vehicles and with some effort and patience almost any part needed can be located. They have en efficient system where one window is for access to the yard and payment. Another for the inquiries about various parts and last but definitely not least, they have an area where parts can be extracted from the vehicles at very reasonable prices. On this occasion I dealt with Jorge but Diego and the rest of the staff are very knowledgeable and happy to help.

Went there to get a mirror for my sons car. I pull it myself and go to pay usually it’s about $20 for a used mirror I get to the from the guy says $51 I was in shock I can buy 2 brand new ones for that price. I left it right there and did exactly that and it was delivered the next day. Don’t waste your time just order your parts new and you get a warranty.

The best place to find a part. I called them yesterday said that they have the part i paid for it on the phone, next day at 10:30 i went there as they recommended to get it it was in good condition. Nice service

A horrible experience. Called the place to inquire about a part. Gave them the Make/Model of the car and they said stop by, we have it. Went there and the car was completely gutted. Wasted over an hour of my time which the lazy employee could have checked just to make sure the part I was looking for was present. By the way, the employees are very unprofessional, ill mannered, and lazy. I will never ever go there again.

Would give 0 starts if I could. Called to ask and verify that they have the part. They checked again at the counter when I paid to go in. They told me they had 4 cars of the type I was looking for. 2 were not there and the 2 they had did not have the part. No help or clear directions in the parking lot is ridiculous especially for a long walk. I drove 30 mins and wasted 30 mins looking for the part.

Worst service i ever had in my life they say one price on the phone and when u get there it’s higher no one wanted to help me at all very rude people they make u figure out everything on your own with no directions they don’t tell you what u need to do before you walk all the way in the yard to find your car I had to do that long walk twice with no assistance!! I got my part but I will NEVER come here again I rather pay for parts full price brand new!!! Honestly they even deserve one star I wish I could do ZERO!

Called around 1pm asking for dc to dc converter price just to test to see if their prices matched with the Fredericksburg location prices and the first guy cut me off half way and put me on hold, 6 min laterthe second guy who came on the phone was way more helpful and took the time to solve the misunderstanding as both of us didn’t know I was waiting for an answer. He looked and saw no hybrids so I thanked him and hung up. Usually you put people on hold in the beginning if you are busy not in the middle of them talking, and then you don’t disappear without letting coworkers know there’s someone on hold. This has to be the infamous Tony “ master of who you know and not what you know” guy Second guy was great, definitely going through the motion but was efficient and patient and professional. If I ever call and I hear Tony I’m going to either hang up and try again or ask for another associate.

Called Monday for a fuel pump, "Tony" said he'll have it and I could pick them up tomorrow (Tuesday) . Tuesday comes and I called just to confirm before I drive 2 hours for nothing (glad I did) I told them I spoke with Tony. Got transferred to "him" and I asked him again and he said: "idk man who you want to talk with" I said Tony and he went ok give me a sec. Put me hold for at least 5 minutes till I heard someone pick up just to hung up on me.

I drove all the way from Haymarket (about an hour drive) because their website showed that they had several S-Class cars on the lot only to find out when I arrived to the location that those cars are kept on the “private” fenced side of the lot where you can’t just go and remove the part and pay for it, you have to tell them about which part you want and they will send someone to check if it’s available then they will charge you an arm and a leg for it, for example, one of the cars did have a grill on it, I asked to buy it they said that it would cost me $250 which is close to what the dealership would charge for an OEM part brand new, to make the experience worse, only “sales” people are responsible for selling those parts and the sales rep I dealt with was rude and indifferent. Save your self from the trip and make sure that the car you see “available” on the website is not on the “private” lot. Tip: if the row starts with 9xx it’s most likely on the private lot.

Fair prices and decent selection, staff was helpful, but the heathens are destroying the vehicle as they're picking them over. Some random dude was out there walking around asking for tools at the furthest back part of the lot....who comes to a pick and pull without tools? I didn't interact with them. it seemed sketchy.

I probably have 20 calls to this place within a few days. I got mixed information from EVERYONE. One person, the parts not here, the other person we have that exact part. One guy, "we don't do shipping", puts me on hold, recording says "they ship anywhere", another guy picks up, "yeah we ship". Another guy, "it cost $250". Call back, talk to someone else, "it's $75". Order the part. They took the money out immediately, which I expected, but now the "system is down" to provide a tracking number....four days later. UPS can't help...they've been useless since before inception. However, this MF place. I was told when I ordered the part Monday I could expect it Thursday no later than Friday. When I talked to them today, Thursday, they said it just left and I can expect it tomorrow or Monday. If it's not here Monday y'all can expect me Tuesday. Enjoy your weekend to the 10 different people I spoke to this week.

It was quite the experience for my 1st time the staff were nice and you just had to follow the 3 digit numbers to find your section of cars you needed to locate but it was definitely busy but much smaller than Fredericksburg location by far, but will definitely return be sure to be bring your tools.

Excellent selection and you can still find parts on most cars. Cars aren’t completely mangled. Their prices are reasonable for the regular lot but they are too high for their private 900 lot. They wanted to charge me $25 for a part that costs $26 brand new. Overall a good experience. Only $2 to walk the lot. Make sure to bring a lot of water to stay hydrated.

This is a great place for the DIYer. Bring your own tools, but not too big a tool bag cause its a hike. You can go back and forth to your vehicle if needed. They are not free consultants, however. Do your homework in advance. Many parts fit multiple vehicle models. If they don't have it in your color, check out the Fredericksburg VA location which is bigger. I always find replacement parts for cheap and have a list when I go a fraction of what they charge for used parts on line. I've never been over charged IMO. They do have a "Private" lot with newer or more pricey cars. Ask about it.

Nice staff at the info counter. Really cool place to browse car parts, wish it was a little organized better but they had a big selection. Didn't get everything I wanted due to it was way too hot out to get past browsing 1/4 the lot. Hope to come back in the future for parts in a cooler season. Wish we had these lots back up in NY.

I have only written two reviews in my life and this place warranted one. I needed a bed for my 1986 ford and found a nice one in their inventory. Because I live 1 hr away, I called them to confirm the truck was still here and inquired if the bed was in as good shape as it looked. They couldn't be bothered to check on the truck that was a 1 minute hike from the office. Either way. they assured me it was in the condition in the picture. They also quoted me random prices for the bed and core that were far off from the stated price list. When I arrived the truck and bed were absolutely trashed by the fork lift. When I explained this to the guy at the desk he just smiled and said the fork lift bashes all the cars. I wish would have told me this before I wasted 2 hours driving there and back in addition to the $2 entrance fee. In conclusion, the operators of this business are dishonest and of questionable competence. What you see online is not representative of what you'll get. Just save your time and money and pass on this place. Do you see a difference in these photos?
