The least favorite part of the transaction was the pickup, it wasn't bad but required 9 hours of waiting. We were asked to choose a morning or afternoon pickup. We picked morning my wife waited at the house restricted.The car was pickup a little after 5 pm after we called customer service at 12:00 and explained someone was waiting. First response was that they have until tomorrow to pickup car. They quickly adjusted and driver arrived just after 5 and was very professional. Thank you.

Overall great experience dealing with two cars for pickup from Cars for Cash. One running that the cost to repair outweighed it's vaule, the other a abandoned truck that didn't run and had been sitting sometime. From the website, initial contact, offers made, then details about the process, to pickup was easy and straightforward. Outside of Cars for Cash, you'll be dealing with a third party to tow company, so there, your experience may vary. One tow driver was 4 minutes early to a 2pm pickup, the other told me before noon and didn't get to me until past 10pm. Separated companies. Didn't want to take two days to deal with both vehicles so we rolled with it and got it done all in one day. Overall happy and would recommend if the situation is right for you.
The good thing is that I have some money for my truck. I didn't get a review from anyone. Nor will I expect to. The process was not easy however I prevail through it. Now forward to the next one. God is my provider and is worthy of all the praise. I can do all things through Jesus Christ my Lord.
Went pretty good at first but then when I went in the bank to cash the check, the bank account on the check was the same bank. So I deposited it into my account and everything is good. Everything went well

I will say they gave me a good price but scheduling the pickup was an absolute nightmare. Although they had no control thr tower did not communicate and was a hassle to get it pickup and had my brother waiting for hours with no one to come. However, good prices for junk cars.

The process was very easy! You get your check the same day you have to wait 2-4 hours to cash it also you have to wait for a bill of Sale to be sent to you! Make sure you call to get your bill off sale so that you aren’t liable for any more taxes you may have to pay. Overall it was a good experience!

I had a van with over 200k miles, bad brakes and very well used interior from being a family vehicle with lots of trips and kids. They made a very good offer compared to dealerships and even other online sites. The towing guy, contractor I assume, was also very professional and took the van, gave me a check and boom it was done, easy!
My car had been sitting for well over a year and a half in need of a new transmission, while I pondered what I was going to do with it. In short notice I received several offers for 3-4x what I expected! I signed over the title, received a check on the spot for about half of what it would be worth running, and they hauled it away! Problem solved! I'm satisfied with the offer.
The process seemed fine. I set up an appointment 3 days after the deal was done. I stayed home from work to be there when they came to pick up the car. They never showed up. I called around 4:00 and I was told that yes I was still on the schedule and that they were running late and would be there after 5:00. They never showed I tried calling and no one would answer because it was after 5:00. The following Monday I get a call from a tow truck driver to pick up the vehicle I had to leave work to meet him to pick up the vehicle. So I ended up losing almost half the money I was getting for the car and lost wages. I will never do this again.
