Please support this business!! Ricky is an absolutely amazing person. He came out on a holiday weekend to give me a tow when my car broke down. He made it to me quickly and let me ride in the truck with him to the mechanic. He made sure I had a ride and gave me a detailed receipt to give to my insurance company. Ricks towing was an amazing experience all around he was on time he was very helpful with getting the truck out of our yard gate even physically got out and did work he did not have to do for us which was greatly appreciated as well he even helped with getting us back home we had a vehicle that was towed to the scrap yard and he even was patient and kind enough to wait until we were paid from since scrap metal and then let us pay him out of the money from the truck which was very helpful he was also very kind and conversated with us on the ride home and up there which made us feel more comfortable riding with him to get to know a little about each other I will say this if I ever in the future need help with a tow Rick's Towing will definitely have all services of mine I have never had such a wonderful experience in my 32 years of life and I can say out of 32 years I have had at least 12 tows. I have had to deal with in my time and not one was as great experience as he had made for my fiance and I. As well the price that he had gave us was under half price of all other companies if not more than half the price which was very great lived everything about the experience that day and would gladly pay him 60 again for a tow. Was such a happy costumer gave him extra 20 for helping us get back home. Rocks best tow you will get!

He was awesome! I called a few other places and was quoted 90-$120 to take my car 13 miles. Ricky charged me less than that & worked with me so that I could get my car taken care of. I will call him anytime I need a tow!

Reason for giving 2 stars, because any resident can call them out, and call out of spike on another resident who car belong to her fiance, and the car was in a visiting parking space. Granted the car was working and tags are good!!!. I truly feel if MANAGEMENT don't call on a vehicle , RICKY'S TOWING should not come out because a resident calls, especially because the vehicle WASN'T in theirs or anyone spot. P.S. it takes a lot of wasted energy to get into some one else business, and I truly have better things to do than worry about someone else business. FYI after the fact MANAGEMENT said a car can only set in a visiting parking for 5 conservative days... RT&R shame on you for listening to a resident.
