Saw excellent reviews but the minute I submitted the form for a quote, I was completely spammed via calls, voicemail, texts, and emails. Literally multiple times a day for several days in a row. Hadn't even had a chance to reply, and now I'm taking business elsewhere.
I'm not sure if they are using an outsourced call center in combination with automation, but for the love of god. Terrible way to handle just getting a quote. Really disappointed.
Never have done this before. They were on time and paid what they said. Went to a bunch of sites but they all played games. They did not. Very professional. I would definitely recommend them
When they called the amount we discussed on the phone that I felt was fair, is what I received for my car. The guy was very friendly and prompt on the pick up time and kept me informed on when he would be there to get the car. Definitely recommend
Had such a great experience!! So, I had my 2011 Chevy traverse tear up on me and it needed so much work to it that it wasn’t even worth it. Luckily, found my dream car pretty quick in my price range. Well, my Chevy traverse was sitting in my driveway for weeks (not even sure if I could get it anywhere to sell it). I took a chance and called this place to see how this even worked. It was such a smooth process.. they towed my car away for free while I was left with a check in my hand. Thank you guys for such a great experience! I will be using them again if needed!
I had very good experience with my car removal ! The employees were very pleasant to deal with and had the job done in no time at all ! Their customer service constantly checked on me via text to make sure that the whole removal went smooth and I was satisfied with the service...I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a vehicle removed with no hassle and good customer service! Very easy to work with - I called mid morning & they sent someone out that same day. Gave me cash for the junker we had. Sooo easy & the guy who picked up the van, was super friendly.
So the the person who come to take the car , asked if I could let him park in the spot and don't remove the parking sticker , so I did because he said he will bring it back in the end of the day. Guess what it has been more than 3 weeks. He never bring it back, and the funny part is I asked them multiple time always their answers were we will do it tonight. Never did. This is so unprofessional and I will not recommend it to anyone or if you request their service but don't live anything in your car because trust me you wont see it again

I had a great interaction with Sell Car For Cash Roanoke (SCFCR). I had a wreck back in late January 2020 and my vehicle was not drivable. I had been calling around to different places and asking for estimates on my vehicles and what I could get back for it. The highest I got was $125 plus everywhere I was looking was going to charge me for towing or rely on me to get it there somehow. When I called SCFCR, I spoke to the awesome person there named Edeline. Edeline told me they could get free towing for my vehicle back to where they drop it off at and give me $95 back for my vehicle.
Now, at first when I was told that, I was a little disappointed that I would only get $95 for my very first vehicle I’ve ever owned (you can’t put a price on the memories that were made with it). But I was frustrated with every other company I had been calling around to and they weren’t even showing any care. Edeline even asked me if I was paying storage fees or having storage fees pile up on me because of where my vehicle was sitting. I told her “as a matter of fact, yes. It’s been sitting for almost a week now and I’m being charged $55 a day. So, it’s piling up.” So, to me, it showed she cared and I’m already going through a hard time. So, a little sympathy towards me was really great. I was going to go with the $95 and free towing anyways, but after Edeline had given me that offer, I believe I told her something along the lines of “that sounds great, but give me a minute to make a call”. I believe the way I said that was like a red flag like I was going to hang up and ditch them. So, Edeline asks “well, let me ask you this, what we’re you hoping to get out of it?” I thought about the offers that I had been getting all day and just crossed my fingers and said “$135?” She had to go and check with someone else and came back with “we can do the $135 plus the free towing still” just absolutely flabbergasted, I didn’t know what to say. All I had to do was schedule a day with their towing company and they would take my vehicle away.
It all went smoothly, I don’t think I could have gotten a better offer. The customer service from Edeline was above and beyond and the willingness to work with my request to get $135 for my vehicle was outstanding. The throw in for free towing was shocking, I didn’t expect to get any care what so ever. But I was shown a lot of care, and in today’s age, that’s all you can ever ask for, and Sell Car For Cash Roanoke shows it.
I had a code violation in my 2005 Chevy and only 7 days to resolve it. The car hasn't run in 2 years and I was dragging my feet to put it up for sale...I was able to communicate via text since I work from 10 to 8 and get it all set up via text pick up went smoothly as they worked around my schedule and I ended up with a couple extra bucks in my pocket. Highly recommend
I'm giving them 4 stars because the process was very easy. It's not five stars because I still feel lowballed by the offer. My car, although it needed some repairs, still ran and it had a new engine (less than 2 years old) and 4 new tires(less than 6 months old) on it. They could've doubled the offer the gave me and still made out great.
Shout out for this company. They were prompt, helpful, and efficient. 25 min after I sent my info in we had gotten paid for our car and then we were watching the tow truck driver drive away (Bob the Bat Towing, great & friendly).That was really fast. Worth it to deal with this company.

The company that towed my car wanted to charge me $700 and have me just sign the title over to them. I called these guys and their team quickly got in touch with me and scheduled to buy my car and pick it up 16 hours later. I got $857 for a wrecked/totaled 2010 Prius with ~115k miles on it. Much better than the alternative of signing it away to the other company. Do your research, don’t just sign over your title and pay a tow company if this happens to you!

As others have said, great experience from the start. Online estimate, phone follow up, pickup...everything went smooth as silk. They offered me more for my vehicle than expected and stuck to the estimate. The pickup driver was here, with the check, first thing so I didn’t have to wait around all day. I’d deal with them again anytime.

These guys were great. They came 2 days quicker than other company I checked with and set time for 10am. They showed up at 9:50. Other company gave me a window from 8am to 8pm. Everything was super easy and friendly staff.

I am a skeptic, so I researched buyers of junk cars, including looking up their BBB ratings. Even so, I called with detailed questions on the process. I was pleasantly surprised at their patience, professionalism and no nonsense transaction. They didn't haggle over price once they arrived. The transaction was smooth, timely and no surprises.
