Has my vehicle and won't respond to calls despite several attempts. From vet to vet I'm here from out of state with my father being ill and just lost my mother. I'm waiting literally on a check that should have been here yesterday to make the payment. I want to check for damages and get my personal items from the car in case its auctioned before this check clears yet I can't get a call back. You can clearly see the legal Florida tags. I have no way to do anything and have items of my mothers in that car. No ride to help my kid or dad because you couldn't wait two days...my Dd214s are in that car. Came in the middle of the night like a coward. You could've knocked on my door any day. I work out of the house while I'm here. I was never notified of anything and you won't call me back to make the arrangements both hyundai and par said you would do. If I haven't heard back by 4pm I'm file a complaint because I'm trying to fix this and you're trying to make it worse.
These guys are awesome and fast! My mom recommended them to me. If I ever need any service in this field they’ll be the first I call for sure.

Best experience for towing ever. After normal hours and driver was at the gym, still got to me within the hour, dropped me at worked, and charged less than quoted. Quick, professional, friendly service. Highly recommend!
This place is horrible. AAA called these people around 2pm to come and pick up my car. They did not show up until 5. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Horrible!!!!!
