Have had several good experiences with oriellys. But they tend to hire a lot of people who know nothing about a car part. And even this year I had a spark plug issue and the girl tried to get me to buy a timing belt kit. Told me my timing belt was broken. So I got in my car and drove away, which I definitely couldn't have done if my timing belt was broken. So I replaced a spark plug and fixed it, LoL. She gave me the paper from the code reader. It plainly said misfire so I knew what it was. But how in God's name she came up with timing chain kit is beyond me.
I was driving down from Roanoke on a trip, and heard scraping on the bottom of my car. The splash shield under my engine had fallen off on one side. I talked to Joseph and Mike in the store. They looked everywhere in the store for a screw that would fit. They went above and beyond to help. Sadly, they couldn’t find one but provided me with a washer and recommended I try Ace Hardware across the street. I found the screw I needed and used the washer they provided me. I made it to my destination in one piece. Thank you so much for helping me out!!
Wrong parts every time I come by lol. No idea how they're here and autozone is a town away. Nice people in the store but good god. Shut down and replace yourselves with autozone.
I can always count on this location when I need help with anything car related! They've helped with checking oil, adding oil, as well as replaced a fuse for my car charger. I greatly appreciate everyone who works here because they're always so kind and helpful. They are also knowledgeable and offer great advice!
I've gone here several times for varies things and always have been greeted by a smiling face that's ready to help. I'm in and out quickly so I can get back on the road.

We always go there for our parts, but lately there happens to be one with a disrespectful attitude toward customers. It makes you want to fire back, but we prefer to keep our attitude professional!
Went in to seek help yesterday for a part that I wasn't familiar with and was answered with o I'm not a mercy so I wouldn't know and then was helped anyway and was met with disrespectful comments so I turned around and walked out.Very poor customer service and incompetence at this site so my business went elsewhere and will continue to go to other stores
We had a vehicle issue on a Sunday, of course no one was open or they straight out said we can't help us...I went to this O'REILLY store and explained my situation to them and the 2 employees that were at work, jumped right in and started thinking about who could help me, they got me the parts I needed and called a local mechanic who had the best attitude and dropped what he was doing to get my wife and I back on the road, I can't say thanks enough to Reec and Michael, you went above and beyond and I owe you for what you did, im retired military and Reec was very respectful for my service and is just an awesome young man, thank you gentlemen and O'Reillys
Traveling through the area when we realized our car had a headlight out. Stopped here and Mike helped me change it out. Very friendly and hospitable. Definitely recommend shopping here
Possibly the worst store ever. You can get most parts cheaper online. Consumables are cheap at any other store. Really the worst thing is the people. They act like you are an inconvenience for shopping or they just won't serve you. Several times I have come in to an empty store and just let my stuff on the counter. I have stood for 20 minutes before waiting to be helped. In short go anywhere else. Maybe a different management team could fix it,but right now they are hopeless. I won't be back.
Although a younger associate made a couple mistakes losing vital pieces to my vehicles battery terminal, both Mike and Wes did excellent work ordering and replacing the parts in no time. Mistakes will sometimes happen but the accountability and responsibility these two managers display is outstanding!
I recommend Dublin O'Reilly's auto shop over any other auto shop. Very friendly people, and knowledgeable! Mike was such a great help to me! The other auto shops would not put a battery in my vehicle because it was very aggravating to get to. It did take up a little bit of his time, but he did it without hesitation! I am very grateful!
Really good advice from good people. They installed wiper blades and head.it was raining but I am disabled veteran and he thanks me for my service. I will always get my part from there

Dublin O'Reilly Parts overcharged me for parts compared to Pulaski, Va. O'Reilly Auto Parts quote. $4.00 over on electrical part and $1.00 over store posted retail price on electrical tape. Why gouge the source keeping you in business? No wonder you're losing business to a big box store. Reasonable, consistent pricing along with good customer service.
Auto parts... great! They had what I needed at a good price. Mask compliance... poor. An employee was talking to two customers. None of the three had masks. One employee behind the counter WAS wearing a mask.
Had the part I needed in stock and staff was very helpful in directing me to the next closest store that had another part that I needed... they were temporarily out of stock at this location. An overall good experience.
I am still a little unsure of how the rewards program works but I'm sure that a little study and you and/or I will understand...

I called around 10AM to see if they had 6 golf cart batteries and was told they had 5 but would have the 6th one around noon. They even took my phone number. I wasn't able to get there until around 4:30 and was told they sold 3 of them. I drove 30 minutes to get there expecting to get the batteries I called about. The manager said an RV came in and needed the exact batteries I needed. They didn't even have the decency to call and let me know so I didn't drive all the way there for nothing. Poor customer service.
Decent Auto parts store. Unfortunately, the knowledge about vehicles and certain parts is not that great. But they do offer FREE dx testing. Had one done today because of check engine and battery lights coming off. Was told my alternator and starter was good but battery kept reading 'charging test. They said this meant I needed a new battery, probably. I bought the middle one, which seems expensive: $150+. 😮 It has a two year warranty. Young man was kind enough to put it in and put my newly purchased windshield wipers on. ✔️
Everything was fine, for 5 mins. Battery light came on!!! Looks like I have some other problem, for my vehicle to keep being dead.
Fine place to go and order, if you KNOW what you need. Workers are kind, just not knowledgeable.
My fiance and I love this store... Always get the best advice and customer service... Especially from the young man there named Wesley... He goes above and beyond to take care of us every time
Don't buy anything from there. I brought in a spark plug for my motorcycle and asked if it would work and they said yes. Well it didn't work it blew my engine costing 700$ worth of damage and they were of no help. They continued to drag it out for three weeks just to tell me "no they would not be paying for anything regarding the fixing of my bike". O'Reilly in Dublin sucks!
