Bought a van in the area and I needed a tow, called him and he was there to tow the van in 30 min. Best experience I’ve had with a towing company. Fair pricing. Fast service. Friendly staff.
Unreliable. Do not use. Had scheduled for today's transfer to the dealership. Did not show up. There is no chance of reaching. VW is full. Had to reschedule the service appointment for next week.
Called for the towing service, and after a long ring, a guy answered the phone and promised to call back shortly. He never called back. Called another towing service and they came in less than 30 minutes.
Mr. Rivera came through for our company at the 11th hour to retrieve a vehicle after another towing service accepted the job and then ghosted us. He was professional, on-time, and handled a challenging exchange expediently and professionally. We will be recommending him to all employees, clients and friends in the area, and I can’t sing his praises enough!!!!!
This is my 2nd time using Riveras Towing. They came much sooner than expected. Leonel and his team are professionals. This 2nd time, there was an issue with the pricing, a complete misunderstanding on my part, but I'm grateful Leonel was able to work with me. I would definitely recommend this company!
Answered the phone unprofessionally first of when I initially called. We set up a time for them to tow my car for the next day. Towing day arrives and they are nowhere in site. I called and text and got no response. Just a big waste of time. If stranded I wouldn't call them ever!
I had an encounter with one of their drivers. He was waiting to pull out from a side street. As I was approaching him he was still stationary. As I got close to him he then decided to pull out in front of me. After having to brake hard and blow the horn he then had the nerve to roll his window down and flip me off and cuss me out. He was in the wrong. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend them. I messaged the company about this prior and no response. So here we are.
These guys were very helpful and reasonably priced. They actually got my car started so I didn’t need a tow so they didn’t charge me full price - I really appreciated that.

They showed up ON TIME and even gave a courtesy call 20 min prior to arrival! Their rates are reasonable and much less than their competitors! If you need a tow, CALL THEM!
Had issue with vehicle got stuck in a local neighborhood. Called Rivera Towing based off positive reviews. Easy to schedule worked out time for pickup was careful with my car and offered fair price.

Called for my doors to be unlocked he said it would be an hour I said not a problem I called no answer they didn't even have the decency to call and tell me they couldn't come mind you its 1030 in the evening and freezing cold the distrust and lack of common courtesy I would give them 0 stars if Google would allow it. This company is awful.
