I got a vehicle from here it broke down a month later. I ended up letting it go back and they gave the vehicle to somebody else with the registration still attached to my name. The car was involved in accident and I was contacted by the insurance agency because I was the last know registered owner. Called Ray to find out what happened and he told me your a smart girl you figure it out and hung up on me. Don’t do business with this company
He was nice and friendly. Until I paid off my truck 3mo early. He agreed I wouldn't have to pay the interested. Then reneged on it. He agreed eventually to take some of the interest but not all. Not happy with him, but Love my Truck.
My man straight up sold me a lemon that didn't even last a full year before transmission was blown and has had numerous problems with water coming through and Windows and sunroof opening automatically. Other people might have good experience but this one was so bad I wouldn't recommend it to anybody.
Not a good place to shop, everyone that is saying ray will work with you I’m pretty they work for ray(false review) worst customer service ever and you are lucky if your car makes it home.
one the worst car places in that area, me and my wife bought a ford freestyle 4 years ago the next day the transmission went so ray let us switch out to a tahoe, okay cool next week the tahoe transmission went out come to find out the tranny was rebuilt before, they took it back gave us a rental 3 weeks later we picked the tahoe back up, 2 days later it would not go into drive,tranny gone again. worst customer service ever. alot of people in roxboro nc bought cars from ray and everyone will tell you dont go there, rip off ragedy cars and unprofessional. save your money.
Sold a vehicle to us and we barely made it home! Vehicle has a blown head gasket!!! Never ever buy from here! Terrible service and gives you the run around. Please spread the word so this will not happen to you.
