Absolutely hands down thankful for a company that answers the phone on a SUNDAY !!!! I wanted to start with that because it’s rare that you can get a business in a rural area to work outside 9-5 or M-F. Heels & Wheels showed up to help my daughter with assistance and went above and beyond . Thank you for being top tier for me and my family. A mom’s fear is always not being able to get what’s needed QUICK…..but Holly was on top of it while I was miles away. Thank you. Highly recommend!
Holly did a Phenomenal job with setting up an appointment for her team to remove no from my driveway. During this last snowstorm. They did this job was professional professionalism, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is needing snow removal or car essentials.
Would highly recommend. I reached out to my roadside assistance and they could not get anyone to come pull my car out of the snow. I called Heels & Wheels and they were there within 25-30 minutes and had the car pulled out in less than 5 mins. They are reasonably priced and super friendly.

Holly was a life saver when my wheel flew off my car in the middle of nowhere a few days ago. She rushed over and and saved me from a precarious spot off 522 and even gave me a ride to where my husband was gonna meet us.
Heels and Wheels saved me the other day! The wheel came off of my wood chipper while hauling it back from Richmond. Holly quickly responded to my request for a tow, stored my equipment safely in their lot over night and then dropped it off at the repair shop the following day during business hours. 10/10 recommend Heels and Wheels for all your towing needs.

Heels & Wheels went out of their way to take care of me. I was stranded on a Sunday evening, and had no success dealing with my motorcycle plan for a tow. So, I googled local wrecker services and found Heels & Wheels. Holly answered, and after we exchanged information they were on the way. They properly secured my bike on the rollback and hauled it to their lot for secure storage until I could arrange service.

After she dropped my car off at the shop she had to tow it to she took pics to let me know my car have been dropped off I really appreciate that! I was stuck on route 3 for like 3 hrs, but they came so fast and were so nice and helpful. They got me back to my house and set up to get fixed in no time !
