Incredible service. I felt like I had a pit crew working for me! I had a leak in my tire at the most inconvenient time (of course!) back to back appointments and an upcoming road trip. I pulled into them on my way to an appointment and they had me back on the road in twenty minutes!!! Removed the tire, found the rupture, fixed it, put it back on the rim and car and set me on my way! And the price? More than reasonable!!! I will be having all my maintenance services done with them from now on.
The most reliable source for automotive repairs on Virginia's eastern shore. If they don't do it, they'll refer you. Reasonably priced, on a first come first served basis. I have never waited long, frankly won't go anywhere else.
These guys are always friendly. I've been to the shop multiple times to get new tires installed and have always taken care of me. Its nice to have a shop you can count on.
The guy that owns the place needs to learn professionalism. Came in so they can take my battery out of my car (no tools and I live right behind them) only initially was suppose to be $30, but if he had to take my car apart to do it it was 100/hr. He’s mad bc he couldn’t get over on me for changing something on a 2005 ford Taurus….the bigger guy is chill and more professional even though he is younger. Won’t be coming here anymore.
I just liked that the guy filled my diesel cans for me and loaded them in my truck. It's like gas stations actually used to be, he even pumps your gas, can fix a tire, or change the oil ...fix it, whatever.. The automotive services you do t have at Wawa and royal farms. It's a fully functioning old time gas station but not about food and restrooms. Good prices. The guy is quiet but fair and works hard. My dad has been going there for 25 years. It's first come first serve for an oil change though no appointments.
Amazing! 5 stars! I went in on my lunch break for a leak in my tire and they had it plugged in less than 10 minutes and was super cheap!!! Got to still enjoy the rest of my lunch break after and don’t have to worry about my tire anymore!
These folks are friendly and professional! I completely lost my tire and they accommodated my tow and worked to get me back on the road. Fair prices highly recommend!!!
What a great interaction!!! While driving to the Outer Banks for our wedding we managed to pick up a chunk of steel in our tire. We stopped here pretty much begging for help. The folks at NKM came to our immediate rescue. They took the damaged tire into the shop and repaired the damaged tire. They proceeded to remove the temporary spare, replaced it in the truck, and put the repaired tire back on my car. All within 10 minutes. That alone would get them a 5 star review!!! When I tried to pay them, they refused payment and said this is our wedding gift to you. They could have charged me any price and I would have gladly paid it, they knew this and graciously gave my wife to be and me one of the greatest gifts we will receive during the happy time of our lives. Human kindness and compassion.
Just stopped in as tire light came on. Pulled my tire, removed a staple causing a leak, plugged the tire, and I was on my way in 10 minutes. Very professional and courteous. Also a spotless shop and reasonable price. I'm going to have these guys replace the tires and lubricate the axles on my camper this spring. Glad I stopped.

Very professional and fair. Couldn't find the type of tires that fit my car anywhere. Called them & they were able to get them the next day and charged a reasonable price. I will definitely go to them for future tire related issues.
They pump your gas! Have hard to find nonethanol gas that my antique truck needs. Very reasonable prices on tire repair and trust them to tell me when I need to purchase new tires.
