Tim and his team are the nicest staff ever. My family car broke down as we approached the shop and the whole autozone team helped us diagnose the problem. It was a Sunday and every autobody shop was closed and They even connected us to someone that could help. Kindest crew ever! Thank you!

My car broke down too far from home and too far from my destination and we limped into the store where Tim helped us out in a big way. He found the engine error code and then proceeded to call everyone in town he knew to see who could possibly help us asap. He called until he found someone open and standing by to help us! Road tripping with my young children and my older mother in a broken car is scary and Tim made sure we were taken care of. THANK YOU! isn’t enough
On 12/3/25, Beth rendered assistance with my 03 GMC with a battery charging issue. As it was getting late, unfortunately the issue was greater than the battery. I returned 12/4/25, Tim there, facilitated the replacement of the alternator which resolved the issue. This is by far the best AutoZone I have had occasion to do business with. The management and staff are courteous, they go out of their way when possible to make sure the situation is resolved.
Absolutely great experience. I came in after dark with a rough idle on our camper van and Beth helped me diagnose the issue and order the part I needed. It came in the next day and I was on my way!
The woman who helped me was very helpful and nice. She was able to get the correct bulbs for my 2018 Jeep. Nice to be able to not be a local and get great help.
Management is terrible does not lets customers use your oil change deal advertised in weekly ad as well they have some real untrained employees called about a standard vehicle gave year make model engine and type as in wt z71 so on and cashier couldn't even tell the make of the vehicle very unsure when buying parts from this location have dealt with Autozone in may location this is by far the worst ive seen
