The guy who made the deal was very nice and helpful, I think his name was CJ? The driver however was awful because he was very rude over the phone, didn’t pay me up front like he was supposed to, told me it was a late night pickup when he was supposed to be there at 8 in the morning, then when I rescheduled for the next day he called and said he was 20 minutes away at 11:00 but didn’t show up until 6! The truck was definitely worth wayyyyy more than they paid me. Just overall not a good experience.

Dealing with Cash for junk cars was so easy. I had a car for my daughter that I just keep putting money into for repair after repair until I finally said no more and bought her a new car. Really rude the guy hung up on me when I was asking for a bit more for my car that still runs and drives. I told them let me call somewhere to see if I can get more then I called back but the dude got an attitude and hung up.

They managed to beat another competitor for the amount for my car! The gentleman that I’ve got to speak over the phone gave me incredible service! The gentleman who picked up my car was very nice, and made my experience quite well! Would definitely recommend this company to anyone!

Never even got to an estimated. I was trying to get an estimate on junk weight to get a junk car off of my property and the phone operator is asking me to go over the car with a fine tooth comb listing everything down to stains and scratches. I don't have time for that, I just wanted an estimate. Really frustrating, if you want to go over the car with a fine tooth comb then come out and look at it! Don't waste my time.

This company was amazing, they came in above all other quotes considering the age of my car, they were professional, courteous, and I cannot say enough about the tow operator, he was the sweetest man, he did not just come and collect my car, he called with updates on where he was, and held pleasant conversation with me. Overall a good experience, but they were hours late picking up my vehicle. That's the only thing I am bothered by because I had to wait all day and the tow truck didn't show up until later in the evening.

Real pains. Gave me a reasonable price for my Volvo with only 150000 miles. ( Broken timing belt) Then lower to half the offer in route after the arrangements had been made and they are in control. They make bank then try to take it all.

I need my car towed & I went through this company & I guess the company that comes to tow your vehicle is called "Wheelzy" they directly put you through to the tow truck driver & the driver I have said to text my info & he'd be here to pick up in the morning sometime. So when I called the company they said they see the ticket for pick up so let's get the tow truck driver on the line...so I heard nothing all morning he said that all the drivers had to get tested for Covid. & he tested negative He said he had 1 more stop in VA Beach & he'd be here still that was over an hr ago. Ugh ppl really need to stop wasting ppls time. Beyond that it all worked out.
