I'm sorry for the late review, but I had I great experience with these guys. We scheduled an appointment for 11am and he was actually able to get to me before then. When he came to the car I couldn't receive the cash because I forgot the title somehow so I had to get the title and bring it to the shop. Once I did that, it was in and out. Gave the title and received the cash. The driver was very friendly and the process was easy. Definitely will use again.

Great experience and very professionally. The driver was on time with his schedule pick-up gave him the title and keys and he handed me a check. Amazing service, always stayed in contact with me about picking up my husband 2000 Mustang in Virginia Beach. Very professional we wasn’t expecting any money for the car but what they gave us for it was reasonable. On time with pick up just amazing!! I highly recommend their services! Within 12 hours my Suburban was picked up and cash in hand! Jimmy was super polite and within 5 mins of him arriving the transaction was completed. Great experience and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

The guy who made the deal was very nice and helpful, I think his name was CJ? The driver however was awful because he was very rude over the phone, didn’t pay me up front like he was supposed to, told me it was a late night pickup when he was supposed to be there at 8 in the morning, then when I rescheduled for the next day he called and said he was 20 minutes away at 11:00 but didn’t show up until 6! The truck was definitely worth wayyyyy more than they paid me. Just overall not a good experience.

Dealing with Cash for junk cars was so easy. I had a car for my daughter that I just keep putting money into for repair after repair until I finally said no more and bought her a new car. I wanted to get some of my $ back so I started researching cash for cars on line. Really rude the guy hung up on me when I was asking for a bit more for my car that still runs and drives. I told them let me call somewhere to see if I can get more then I called back but the dude got an attitude and hung up.

This company was amazing, they came in above all other quotes considering the age of my car, they were professional, courteous, and I cannot say enough about the tow operator, he was the sweetest man, he did not just come and collect my car, he called with updates on where he was, and held pleasant conversation with me. I would not only use them again, I would recommend them to anyone!

Never even got to an estimated. I was trying to get an estimate on junk weight to get a junk car off of my property and the phone operator is asking me to go over the car with a fine tooth comb listing everything down to stains and scratches. I don't have time for that, I just wanted an estimate. Really frustrating, if you want to go over the car with a fine tooth comb then come out and look at it! Don't waste my time.

Great service. I was kind of iffy about the price but when the representative explain to me the services I was ok. My truck was picked up and out of the driveway the next day. My check was given to me the same day and on my way to the bank I went.

Real pains. Gave me a reasonable price for my Volvo with only 150000 miles. ( Broken timing belt) Then lower to half the offer in route after the arrangements had been made and they are in control. They make bank then try to take it all.

Great service. I called severals damn companies that I wanted selling my car. They was telling me that they going to coming to pick it up my car but never show up. Until I contact this company they next day towed my car.

Overall a good experience, but they were hours late picking up my vehicle. That's the only thing I am bothered by because I had to wait all day and the tow truck didn't show up until later in the evening.

They gave me a very fair offer for my junk car with a blown transmission and salvage title. Communication was top notch and they even picked up my car for free. Highly recommended if you're ready to get rid of your car and it's not worth trading in.

I need my car towed & I went through this company & I guess the company that comes to tow your vehicle is called "Wheelzy" they directly put you through to the tow truck driver & the driver I have said to text my info & he'd be here to pick up in the morning sometime. So when I called the company they said they see the ticket for pick up so let's get the tow truck driver on the line...so I heard nothing all morning he said that all the drivers had to get tested for Covid. & he tested negative He said he had 1 more stop in VA Beach & he'd be here still that was over an hr ago. Ugh ppl really need to stop wasting ppls time. Beyond that it all worked out.
