Matt is the best and most honest mechanic you can find. I would absolutely recommend him and his shop to anyone. He is truly trustworthy and never overcharges.
Lack of communication. Did not properly explain what was wrong with my car to me.
Had to get a man to call for them to explain it. Told me what they fixed would fix the problem, but it did not. Listen to the other reviews and take your car somewhere else!!
They also left the old spark plugs under the hood, so they were rattling around under there.
You simply won't find a more honest, down to earth business owner anywhere else. I didn't have to have my car worked on there to experience the exceptional customer service this shop has to offer. Knowledgeable, friendly staff, direct clear communication and a clean shop. If you need some work done, give them a call! 10/10
I just want to give a shout out to Frazier Auto Services for saving my weekend! The brakes went out on my truck on Thursday afternoon and I had my truck towed to their shop. On Friday morning they were able to get my truck in and get it fixed quickly. They knew I had a trip planned and they worked hard to make sure my plans weren't messed up. Great people and great service all around!!
Bought a 2014 Jeep Wrangler from what I thought was a trusty dealership back home. Since I am US Navy and only 19, I’m 100% not used to having to deal with servicing my own vehicle. 4 months into owning my car it needed a full brake replacement on one side, Matt and Amber were amazing helps. I called and quoted with a couple of places and all said $700-$900 minimum. Frazier called me every step of the way to ensure that I was okay with the work being done and the price. Came out to just over $500 for caliper, pads, rotor, and hosing. I cannot speak highly enough of them. Car was finished on a Friday, and I was unable to pick it up until Saturday morning, when the shop was closed. Matt helped me pay over the phone and hashed out a way to get me the keys without the shop being open. My good friend recommended them to me, and they gave her the same amazing treatment. Frazier will be taking car of all my automotive needs for the rest of my stay here in Norfolk.
Had some work done my 91 f150 and they did great with changing the computer that was water damaged and changing my icm with a oem I was especially surprised with the speed of the repairs I will remain a loyal customer with them

Their quality and efforts are excellent. The staff did a thorough job searching for a used window motor kit for my 2004 Cadillac at the best price. They beat everyone else by hundreds of dollars. They did not give up searching for a used part at the best price from their salvage yard connections. I highly recommend this place.
I went up there to get my window fixed The front desk guy was super nice but they didn’t have the part I needed so he made me order a part which was fine but come to find out he made me order a part for another car so once I came back up there with my piece the lady said that I ordered the wrong part which was not my fault because the man at the desk literally typed in what I supposed to buy so now I am stuck with a part that does not fit my car and they are not trying to do anything to fix my situation they still want me to pay more than what he told me at first So I recommend that you not go up there and if you have to make sure they take a look at your car
Do not get your car inspected here. Car went in perfectly fine and came out with a rejection and a locked up rear wheel. I drove the car there and it had no issues. I am very experienced with maintaining and repairing vehicles. They are shisters and create issues to generate business. ****USE CAUTION!!!!!
I brought an SUV that I'd not driven for about 3 years in to get back into driving condition. Every other place I called gave me initial recommendations that were ridiculous. A few of them had people giving recommendations who had clearly never worked on a car before. When I called Frazier's I got no-nonsense answers and a clear idea of what they would do to get my car back on the road. They did excellent work and they did it on time. Super service and really skilled mechanics. They even did it for less than I'd expected. I was able to give my parents a vehicle that purred like it did when it was new. Highly recommended.
Where should I start. I only gave them a 1 star because there wasn't a 0 star rating. I went to Fraziers Auto because they were recommended by a friend. Well that did not matter to them. I went in to have work done on my exhaust manifold. They did say that the solution they would try might not work. I agree to have that work done I ORDERED at part from the dealership it was a gasket. They said they had to order the intake Manifold runner flap. The one they ordered was made of black plastic they showed it to me. They did the work and charged me 500 dallors. Well it didn't work so I came back. .The person at the front desk informed that they would have to get estimates for complete manifold job. I waited while they tried to find out how much it would cost after about a half hour the person at the front desk angrily informed me that if the light comes back on again I would have to pay for a diagnostic. I had to leave after waiting for the cost of the work was not determined. .I called back after couple for days they still did not know the.cost of the repair. I called for several weeks . The man ifold was getting worse. I finally had to take it to a reputable person to get my car fixed. Once they took the manifold out they showed me that it had never been removed and the Flap was metal not plastic like they said they had purchased and put in and the gasket .might not have been new as well. I thought it was odd that they did not have a price for the full Manifold job, because who doesnt want more money and a chance to do a good job. Oh not Frazier Auto. Well after the new work was done by the reputibal technician informed that the work was not done I called to speak to the owner. The owner tried to level the conversation by accusing me of horrible things he accused me of hanas things like drugs, that is Leveling at the worst point. I guess all pillars of the community that are African American are hanas. The owner was yelling and screaming like a mad man and I informed him that I was in a professional setting unlike him and I could not tell and scream at him. I asked if I could come there and d talk to him in a civilized manner and he said he would call the police on me If
I came to talk to him. Does this sound like someone who is honest, I think Not. Well I'm not on drugs but he must think I'm an idiot for being duped by his corrupt establishment. Please Please do not take your vehicle to these place.
I had an inspection done. I failed and on top of that, they took a box cutter to my 200$ ceramic tint on my windshield. Now they are refusing to pay for the damage they did to my tint. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!! I LOOKED ONLINE FOR THEY'RE COMPANY OWNER INFORMATION, I FOUND THAT THEY ARE WAY BEHIND ON THERE TAXES!!!

Please be warned about taking a car to Frazier Automotive for inspections. I took my car here for an inspection about a month ago and they failed it for about 7 different things. I know a fair amount about cars but not enough to tell if they were trying to play me. After taking it to a different auto shop they informed me that what they failed it for was completely false. All they did to pass it was clean up my headlights( which was one of the things they failed me on). Frazier also claimed that the headlights were beyond repair, which is clearly untrue. Save you money for an honest business.
My husband needed his F150 engine replaced after going out over 80,000 miles. He had ordered the part online and the mechanic did a great job on installing the new part. This is my go to place for any services we need for our vehicles. As a female I always felt with other places that I get screwed over and paying for services that I didn't need. Frazier are honest and fair with their prices. Love to support local honest Business.
After getting to college and the car check engine light coming on we had to figure out what to do. We took it to Frazier Automotive and Matt took really great care of the car. Thanks, Matt we have found our mechanic away from home.

Edited. I keep getting great service at Frazier. After failing a state inspection, they told me which things would be easier and cheaper for me to fix on my own. They even installed custom part that I found online for much cheaper than the factory part. Quick Service and fair pricing as always.
I needed to get my car inspected and I was afraid to go to the chain repair places. My husband was a mechanic so we knew what would probably fail. We have visited chain automotive inspection stores and the technician told us we needed bogus repairs in previous years. Fraizers technician was honest and we were very grateful for their courtesy. I love finding honest shops that are locally owned. The waiting room is small but it's very clean.
I have been coming here for 3 years (since they were at their old location) and I am so happy every time. The first time I came here needing new rotors I saved over $200 compared to what another place in the area was going to charge me. Since then I recommend it to everyone. Before they do any work they will talk to you about the problem and the cost and even show you the problem. As a female it can be hard to trust that mechanics aren’t trying to take advantage of you, but this place is worth putting your trust in!
After my first experience with Frazier Automotive, I knew that I would be a repeat customer. The staff is very nice and the mechanics are very knowledgeable. I came in today (8/2/17) and I received the same treatment. I come all the way from Hampton for this world class customer service.
I have brought all my vehicles here and have always received the best service for a great price. From Honda's to BMWs, the mechanics are deeply knowledge of every detail of the vehicles. I highly recommend this shop.
Matt the mechanic seemed to not want to be consistent with the work that was needed on my truck. even though he could have fixed one of the issues that needed to be handled for my inspection he says he didn't want to do it. also keep your paperwork they will try to say anything else needs to be worked on and then come up with a random price to charge. came in expecting to pay 180 ended up paying over 2 with issues still unresolved. crazy thing even the the body shop they suggested said they are not worth the time.
