If you have an insurance claim they will NOT inform you of any other MAJOR issues with your vehicle. They will just fix what is on the claim. They cleared a Map sensor code on my vehicle unbeknownst to me and did not inform me. Cleared it so they can perform other work but left it broken. When i got my vehicle back, it was cutting off and misfiring. I thought it was the ignition and keys not synchronized because they were just replaced. Nope!! It was a map sensor code causing me to cut off while driving 45mph!!! Had the vehicle towed back to them only for them to tell me to contact Progressive who had no idea about the code either!!! From Norfolk to Portsmouth it cut off 8 times and twice in the tunnel!! Never use them if you have an insurance claim.

Never have I had such a pleasant and easy experience dealing with my car being totaled. The staff at Priority are friendly, professional and have a system that works perfectly for the client. I hated to see my beloved Toyota declared unfixable; but the warmth of the employees made it a bit easier to bear. I highly recommend this company. Thank you North Military Priority Collision Center.

I recently had my Telluride serviced here which I dropped 3/11/25 and was fixed today 3/14/25, I was very pleased with the work. Alex Gruhl was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, and the service was completed quickly and efficiently.

Absolutely horrible service from Andrew to the office manager tothe General Manager. For 2years I've been trying to get my car fixed and all I've gotten is the run around. Stay far away from this place if you want your car fixed properly and a company to stand behind their word!

I took my F-150 in for repair to the left rear bed side panel, Andrew was my go to person. He was very professional and friendly and kept me updated on the progress, all who I came in contact with were equally as friendly and as professional, The bed side panel, keeping in mind it is aluminum, was repaired in a timely manor and a super professional job was done on it, extremely satisfied with the entire operation, I thank the entire crew for doing such a great job.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS TRYING TO SCAM THE INSURANCE COMPANIES MY VAN HAD A LITTLE CRACK AND SCRATCHES ON THE BACK THEY CLAIM IT AT A TOTAL LOSS A VEHICLE I JUST GOT ONE MONTH AGO I STILL OWE $5900 ON THE VEHICLE AND THEIR TOTAL LOSS IN IT FOR $3,700 A VEHICLE I JUST GOT FROM GH AUTO ONE MONTH AGO. LAWYER AND ALL NEWS CHANNELS TEAM AND YOUTUBE WILL COVER THIS STORY I could have puttied sanded it down and repainted that myself for $100

Hit on my driver's door. Thought I would get back the car vehicle that I gave(not so much) I know they told me they had a partnership with GEICO (which treated me horribly). My Rogue 2017 was a sweet vehicle. When leaving my vehicle upon open the driver's door my radio would cut off, sinces my car's out of shop getting out of vehicle my radio keeps playing UNTIL I CUT IT OFF(I DONT KNOW WHY, IT WAS NOT LIKE THAT!) my control for the passenger door are on the driver's side and they don't work now (two motions). My remote start is totally iffy now. Don't bring your car here they are mean after they get your money. I don't trust them to even repair what they messed up. I guess it could've been worse. The Collision place out Greenbrier is where I should of taken it. Should of prayed harder and called my older brother! That day I decided not to keep asking to fix what was not right others where making complaint about what wasn't working in their vehicles. JAN 2024.

1st time I took my vehicle their after a accident. 5 Starr’s 2nd time was not the case. More like 1-2 Starr’s. So I split the difference and gave them a 3. Sorry I’m not going to go in to detail about the situation. But what I will say is I’m willing to give them a 3rd chance. If the need arises.

I do not normally leave negative reviews, but this company put my family through, quite possibly, the worst customer service experience anyone of us has had to deal with. About one month ago, my Jeep windows were slashed by a thief. A claim was filed with GEICO, and they instructed us to bring the vehicle to this location for it to be photographed, an estimate to be drawn up and new windows ordered. Considering I was going to install the windows myself, this process should have taken 3-5 days. They left us sitting for one month in silence. From day one, the young woman at the front desk ( "Missy" I believe - eyeglasses and a nose ring) was rude and dismissive. In some cases EXTREMELY so...wrong, strong and loud. There is no way management is unaware of her behavior, considering she does absolutely nothing to conceal it. At no point in the process did she try to be remotely professional, far less try to assist in addressing our concerns. The man who took the photos was named Dominic. Several days after having the vehicle photographed, GEICO sends an automated message saying we missed our appointment. Dominic never sent the photos to them. GEICO had to press him for the photos, for he refused to answer any of our calls. Not once did he return a phone call. An estimate was drawn up and the windows were supposedly ordered. Weeks went by. All attempts to reach Dominic failed. Calls to the front desk were rudely dismissed. Today, after almost one month, my mother stops in to check on the windows. They were never ordered. In fact, Missy at the front desk boldly admits that the order was deleted from their system. GEICO was called and placed on speaker phone. She failed to address their concerns, and it would seem they cancelled the order because they simply did not feel like being bothered. The other possibility is they are running some kind of scam charging your insurance for services they have no intention of providing. As of this time, no one from the company has called to explain this situation. They have not apologized. They simply do not care about you as a customer. GEICO says they will be talking to senior management. We will be contacting GEICO to discuss the situation further, and a complaint will be filed with the BBB if the company fails to provide a reasonable explanation. I hope GEICO, a very professional and reliable company, discontinues their partnership with Priority. Future plans to buy from Priority Ford have been nullified. This company is unreliable at best, shady at worst.

This is by far the worse collision center I have ever encountered. I urge everyone to reconsider bringing their vehicle here. They have had my truck going on a month. I have exhausted my rental allotment. I am a working mother with kids in several afterschool activities, sharing a car with my husband is so inconvenient. From order g wrong parts to parts getting lost in transit…. I am so over it. I called my insurance to see if it could go somewhere else. NEVER AGAIN….

Had to have been the worse if not one of the worse transitions of my my life. Paper work moves extremely so car sat for months to the point where I had to extend rental out of my own pocket for almost another month and was put out of rental before my vehicle was totaled out. My vehicle was roped down and I was told that they would not put it back together unless I paid them out for the work which is what I think insurance should’ve been responsible for being that I had no say in the brake down since Insurance decided to total out anyway due to cost of repairs. I think that was a very unprofessional experience and I unfortunately will never go through them again… for service. Although some staff where nice the over all experience was horrible….thumbs down

Worse experience I have ever had, I took my car there after an accident, the AC went out due to the accident. The heat was brutal. I told them when I took the car in the AC didn’t work it was damaged as well. 3mo. Later I was called to come get the car it was completed. Nope the AC was still broken my head lights were pointing everywhere but on the road, paint run, running lights didn’t work. Took it back again 2 weeks later they called and said it was ready, on my way to pick it up, they called me on the way said it wouldn’t start I needed a new battery. Never again!!! Total nightmare.

Was initially quoted 2-3 weeks for repair. Total time took 74 days, and gave the shop enough time to cause hundreds of dollars of further damage. Mike, the shop manager, gave the all clear on work that was unfinished 3 times, including overspraying half the interior of the cabin, a door install that was not even close to watertight, damaging interior panels, and damaging bed covers. If you have any choice in the matter, run far far away. The staff here will lie to your face, and ignore your phone calls. Dominick, the main contact that I had with the shop even went so far as to attempt to hide damages. If you can go to literally any other shop in the world, it is my full recommendation that you do so. Pictured is the free paintjob they gave the interior of my vehicle, and some of the interior damaged caused by the shop.

My Honda is in need of repair through an insurance claim. I was told to speak with Jonathan Sansher about the estimate which has already been provided. I have spent 2 days trying to reach this person with zero return call. I then called Chesapeake Priority Collision and they told me they are too busy and to try Checkered Flag. Lithia doesn’t seem to want my business.

Had my car towed here due to a hit and run someone did on it. It took them 3 months to fix the car, and when I received it again, the alignment on my car was so shot that I had to hold the steering wheel completely sideways for it to drive straight. Had to take it back and who knows how long it's gonna be before they fix it now. Would not recommend this place

I was in a crash and my insurance picked this company to get my car from the tow impound lot it was taken to, to them so they can fix it. Well I was called and they let me know they couldn’t pick up my car due to some issues. I call the Impound lot where my car was and I was told my car HAD been picked up. I call them back and the lady was confused but said she was going to figure it out. Well I call back the next day to see where my car is and I get so much attitude from the lady working the desk. Honestly, the experience was just terrible. Pretty much telling me to kick rocks. Luckily I was able to track down my car on my own and change which collision center my car went to. I say all that to say that it might be worth to go somewhere else. If I could give them 0 stars. I would.

Constant delays due to not ordering the correct parts, not check parts when they arrived, and poor planning. They said my truck was ready for pickup and found tools left under my hood, damaged paint on bumper, damaged parts not replaced, and hardware not installed on my strut. I would not trust the mechanics at this place. I should not feel my truck is unsafe to drive after they’ve worked on it for 3 months.

My car was fixed pretty quickly but it came back with a dent I didn’t have when I sent it there. They seen the before pictures they took and compared them and I was right. I know my car. They took more pictures and claimed that they would get back to me on when they were going to fix their mistake and I haven’t heard from them since. It’s been over two weeks now. I’m going to call my insurance and let them handle it at this point.

Took my 2019 Ranger FX4 here awhile ago to have the front and right side repaired after a collision I had. Everything looked fine with it until I moved it out of the state. Been going through cancer treatment for awhile so the truck sat during that time. When I went to drive it again, it started to overheat. After looking my truck over I found all the damage done to it. Someone had jacked the front of the truck up by using the A/C condenser as the lift point, causing the mounting points on the radiator to break off and swing freely which resulted in the radiator swinging into the cooling fan and breaking a fin and caused a hole to be rubbed through my radiator hoses making it leak all the coolant out of it. The truck has a quarter inch steel bash plate under the engine and so nothing is able to get into the engine bay to damage anything and the only time that I've had the truck where the bash plate was taken off was here. This sort of carelessness now results in me paying almost $1000 to repair it all myself on a vehicle with less than 20k miles on it. Glad I moved out of Norfolk, because I would never take my vehicle back here for repairs.

Nice people, terrible service. I had a headlight busted and it took 2 WEEKS to fix, they didn’t even straighten out the hood of my car, got clear coat all over the drivers side door, and then blamed me for having residue there when I dropped it off. Will NOT be going back.

So the place has some nice people there. The area you wait in is nice and big and clean. I will update after the work is done. Have front bumper issues. Update 03/26. I got my car back early and if they did not have to send parts back it would have been finished sooner. The ladies in the office were very nice and had great communication skills. I was able to leave my rental car with them so that was nice. Overall great experience. I cannot complain.

I was rear ended for the second time within a matter of months by someone distracted by their phone. Their insurance company sent me to Priority Collision for the work. Quick, efficient service with friendly employees. Waiting room leaves a lot to be desired but thankfully, I wasn’t there long.

I’m a business owner and had to have my van back as soon as possible. It needed a back bumper and a door. I was told it would be six days. I went ahead and planned a vacation for the time that they had my van. To my surprise it was available for pick up in five days. They got me back on the road very quickly with the flawless repair. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Thanks from The Fridge Guy!

My car was there for 3 weeks getting work done. I was given weekly updates on the status of my repairs. NOT ONCE did they say that my battery was dead. When I went to pick up my car I was given a car back that had a dead battery. The representative told me that they just had to jump my car because it was sitting so long. He told me to run the car for a while and let it charge back up. We ran the car for an hour and got stranded at a gas station. I called back and talk to the manager and he told me that they had to jump my car every time they had to work on it. ( but nobody called me) I took the battery to advanced Auto for a battery test and a deep charge. they told me the battery is reading well but i have a dead cell from my battery being drained all the way. I drove my car to Priority on its own power and I couldn't drive it away under its own power.

Took my car in to get damage from my wreck fixed, got it back with damage fixed but now my right turn signal blinks faster than it used to and the front window buttons stick when used. Their customer service could improved. The work they did was great, but wouldn't recommend because of the damage i got it back with.

Wow where to even begin! I am beyond frustrated with this place. A more accurate name would be Freedom's Not-So-Super body shop. I took my car in after a small accident, and the estimate was 8 days for it to be repaired. Not only did it take three times that long, but during those 25 days that I waited they almost never called me to give me updates on what was going on, it was me that had to call them to badger them for information. Then when I was finally able to get the car the heat didn't work... It's 30 degrees outside, a simple test drive should have been enough for them to say "hey the heat's not working" but I guess that's too much to ask for. Terrible customer service, terrible work. DO NOT TRUST YOUR CAR TO THESE PEOPLE!
