Quickest Service ever had with a dealer in The Area. The Salesman had everything waiting Wife just had to sign and Drive!! Definitely check them out they have some Quality Vehicles for a good price.
The negative reviews are true. Husband purchased truck & then 2 months later the dam thing broke down. Now he makes payments on a truck that don't work! And they do ask (in a pushy way, such as not give you the keys unless you do review) customers to do reviews before they leave the lot, so don't believe all the reviews that may seem too good to be true bc they ain't. And no you won't find my name in your system, which I don't need to post on google in order to leave an honest review. And any company that's based on customer service wouldn't try to belittle customers who leave reviews they don't like.
Jason is very professional. Would recommend him. He made sure we was comfortable with the choice we made. Made sure everything was right on the car. Very respectful. Thinking about purchasing again soon.
I entered into an agreement with Jason at Auto Outlet Sales and Rental for the purchase of a 2014 Chevy Silverado 1500. At the time, the vehicle still required an inspection, muffler and two rear tires. (failed inspection for same) Jason assured me he had taken the truck to the inspection station and that it passed, despite the fact that the two rear tires were bald (see attached photos).
After agreeing on the sale and while Jason was finalizing the paperwork, he abruptly refused to complete the sale. He demanded that I get my deposit refunded and stated he was no longer willing to sell me the vehicle. When I asked why, he said it was because I was “unsatisfied.” I explained that I was indeed concerned and intended to investigate the inspection with Tire Choice further.
Jason offered to replace the tires, but I made it clear that my concern was about the overall safety of my employees, not just the tires and I would have my employee go to Discount Tire after leaving the dealership to mark the thread and replace the tires.
Jason admitted he was upset that I was taking pictures of the tires and raising concerns. When I said I was willing to accept the vehicle as is and would pursue the inspection station separately, he said he did not want to sell the vehicle because he didn’t want me to “start trouble” with his friend at the inspection station.
This situation has wasted my time and my employees’ time. I was requesting reimbursement for time and troubles, bank fees, insurance fees, and my time.
Jason was the one who canceled the sale, yet he blamed me for being unhappy.
I am now filing complaints with the state police, the city treasurer, the Better Business Bureau, and the dealer board.
I am also leaving this review to warn others.
Very helpful and kind, it was a pleasure doing business with them, I always love small dealerships because they give more of a personal feeling and that’s exactly what it felt like.
Came in needing a car I wouldn't have to fix that's budget friendly, and Jason hooked me rite on up with the perfect car! At an amazing price! I highly recommend this place if your not looking to get ripped off or get a lemon!!

Bought a Honda Civic from here. Salesmen were good to work with. They were friendly and were open in dealing with me. They were able to work with me (within fairness) on price and ironing out all details. Good people and I truly thank them for their time.
Dont buy a car from here!! They’ll tell you the car is good and everything but a couple days after buying problems started showing up and they wont even reply to you. Read all the reviews. Bought a car from jason against my better judgment.

I did call jason multiple times with no avail and sent him a detailed message about what the issue is but I got absolutely no response. see the screenshot below. I did test drive the car and check everything but didn’t take it on the highway; thats where the problems really showed up. Sure, it’s my fault, I should have done that but it doesn’t mean you guys can sell a car thats not safe to drive & then do nothing to remedy the problem. My review is completely reasonable and important so that other people are cautious buying from you guys!
Came here looking for a vehicle, and it did not disappoint. Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to the vehicles in the lot and helped me pick out the one that best one that suited my needs. Walked out with a 2018 Volkswagen Passat the same day, he even stayed past closing to make sure everything was perfect and all the paperwork was correct. Highly recommend!!
1st I gotta say big shout out to Rodney. Super good customer service. Made something stressful as buying a car so smooth an easy. Got a great deal with great payments. I walked in and simply told them I needed something affordable ANYTHING at this point as my son and I had been walking and I was desparate. They exceeded my expectations and took care of me and I ended up purchasing a 2013 DODGE DURANGO at an affordable price w/ a low dwn payment! Rodney and the rest of the guys were great they seem like they really cared about making sure my son and I did not leave their lot without a vehicle. If you need an affordable car this is the place to go!! They go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are happy and I am so grateful I came across their dealership ...highly recommend!!!

Me and my husband were about to leave the lot after looking at their inventory, but then the sales guys stopped us, and told us come in and just fill out an application just to see what they could do for us! So we did! And my husband was very pleased with Joseph and his team for the outstanding job in getting us approved and driving off the lot!
