This location is a joke! 1608 Washington Ave in Virginia Beach to be specific. Before leaving their lot please check for ALL of your belongings. My car was there over night (6 hours) which the tow company also had the car keys. Upon returning to pick up my vehicle items were missing from my vehicle. I called and requested to speak to the manager on duty and the guy who answered identified himself as the manager (Randy) after explaining to him the situation he then stated "its hard to believe that we would take your cologne... money i can understand that but not cologne and to call on Monday to speak with the Office Manager (Mike)". Randy then says he's just a tow truck driver! I don't expect alot from tow companies but this place is literally scum! Not only do they take you cars but they also take your belongings!
Absolutely nothing but positive experiences with this company, yes it’s unfortunate towing happens but they do a great job. Car was safe, no issues, and they do a lot of other services that I am going to use them for in the future
Disgraceful behavior and zero professionalism. My mother called this tow company to get directions to pick up her car — a car they had towed off her own property — and the person on the phone yelled at her instead of helping. When she arrived, my mother, who is Spanish and doesn’t speak English very well, was trying to figure out which car was hers in the back lot. Instead of showing even a little patience or respect, the man got frustrated, pouted his foot like a child, and actually told her to get off the property because she wasn’t moving fast enough for him. This level of rudeness and immaturity is unbelievable. No compassion, no professionalism, and absolutely no respect for customers. Avoid this place at all costs — they should be ashamed of how they treat people.
I just watched this towing company drop off a totaled car on my residential street in front of my house when I know for a fact it’s not any of my neighbors cars. They set it on jacks and drove away. This can’t be legal, right? Regardless, we reported them to the police and they are investigating the matter. Absolutely disgusting.
Illegally towed my son's car because it had a failed inspection sticker from yesterday. Lied and said that the day punched is the date it's good until which is wrong. The issue date is punched and you have 15 days from then to get it re-inspected. Will be filing a formal complaint with the AG.
My friends’ vehicles were towed from my apartment complex while visiting, in which visitors often park. This was apparently during their patrol, which already shows this company makes money by taking advantage of others. On top of that, upon retrieving the vehicles, we noticed that one had been damaged. The car had a scratch by the front wheel, as well as damage obtained to the front fog light which is now detached and hanging. In most cases, a reputable business would take ownership of the damages and immediately be aware they are responsible for compensation. However, they were disrespectful and did not take responsibility for the damage. They are now forcing us to seek an attorney to demand pay for the damages. Once again, showing that their business is solely founded upon taking advantage with a lack of professionalism and morale. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.
My daughter called me this morning to tell me about her vehicle and her best friend’s vehicle being illegally towed this morning . My daughter was registered at the hotel and they did not give her a parking ticket . This is not her fault . My daughter and her friend are two active duty sailors . This is completely disgusting . The man Ernie Cooper cursed me out really bad over the phone as well . Very loud and belligerent. I plan on seeking reimbursement for my daughter.
The worse towing company I ever endure the over size lady at the window hung up on me twice because they towed my car for absolutely anything outside of my control. You can tell they hate they job and they life
I am livid right now!!!!!These people towed my truck (with the proper sticker and in visitor parking spot) and then hit a young later truck with my truck trying to tow it. Called them to tell them they towed my truck and it has a sticker and my son was coming to get it. Get there and the sticker is gone!!!! Now they want me to pay $235 to get my truck!!! They have been illegally towing people cars and someone has to stop these people!!!!
They have a sign posted for 2 parking lots that are connected at the entrance of each with a different name on it, but no sign between the connection which is unacceptable. Sign also says 175$ fee, and they charged us over 200$.

Predatory practices, towed my car illegally and was very rude. Said they towed me from a hotel which isn’t true and when I asked the name of the hotel they said they weren’t telling me.
Predatory tow company! Said we parked in a church parking lot but had parked in an area with a QR code and had receipt of paid parking. Had to call three different numbers to even get the correct address of towing company AND police line suggested they were the ones that took the car. Please do not support this business, they are crooks.
This horrible company towed my car on 04.26.25 at 4:30 AM in Summer Crescent. They charged 220 dollars to release the car, but the fact is, they damaged my car, which was bought 11 days ago in perfect condition. They have the courage to tow your car at 4 AM, but they are not MAN ENOUGH to take responsibility and compensate for the awful job they did. Horrible company and disgusting workers. They don’t have the integrity to show you proof, but they know how to hang up the phone in your face. THEY CAN’T STAND BEHIND THE JOB THEY DO BECAUSE THEY ARE DOING A TERRIBLE JOB and they think they can get away with this disgusting work. I can’t express how i truly can not wait to press charges. These crooks was caught on camera scraping parking decals off of people’s cars in the ocean view area. $580 to get my car out that was wrongly towed. I will be seeing this company in court.
I understand that people need jobs, and that they need to make $ for their family... but I do not understand how the individuals that work for this company can go to sleep at night, after robbing thousands of dollars by towing people's vehicles with absolutely no authority, AND PICKING AND CHOOSING WHOSE CAR THEY UNHOOK ON SPOT!!!! I have lived in my neighborhood for 7 years, I was parked in my own spot, AND I had my parking sticker visible. I woke up to the loud noises and lights as my vehicle was lifted. I yelled to stop and tried to speak but I was 100% ignored. The driver/dispicable employee of ARISTOCRAT later claimed my tag was unclear, and I had no option other than paying the full fee of $220 to get my car back.
And it gets worse... the SAME tow truck driver unloaded my neighbors visiting mother's car after she begged him to... what was the difference between that individual who was visiting and myself that lives here? I will politely say that we look very different from one another...
If you encounter these thieves, report them to the authorities immediately. They have tow drivers patrolling at night, targeting residents’ vehicles after mysteriously removing our parking decals. I paid their outrageous fee, but after seeing a Google review about filing a claim, I’m pursuing the same process to recover my money.
Towed my car wrongfully from my own residential complex along with what seems like several other tenants, all of us with active leases and no violations. No warning. No posted signage. No reason. On top of that, I was told to pay a $200 ‘city fee’ for something I didn’t do. Manager refused to give her name. I’ve already filed a formal complaint with the Virginia Attorney General’s Office. If you’re reading this, take photos of where you park and document everything, especially around this company. This wasn’t a service. It was unprofessionalism.
SCAMMERS--my car got towed last night from a lot that had zero no parking signs. There was no number to call or anything because there were no signs. Luckily the tow truck was in the lot still picking up other cars so l asked for a card with a number on it. I took an Uber to the tow truck place. When I arrived, it seemed very sketchy and not like a legit company. They charged me $227, My issue is that I was parked in a lot that had zero no parking signs and zero number to call that, if the tow truck was not even there I would not be able to find my car at all. my friends car got towed as well and they damaged their car. i've also disputed this charge with my credit card company. they are absolutely horrible!
Predatory tow company fulfilling the stereotypes. Will lie about where you were towed from (whether it be parking designated parking spots, on street over where parking isn’t permitted, landscaping, etc), time, or if you had a pass. Especially around the holidays and summer. Gota get that gift money somehow. THERES A REASON THEY ARE RATED SO LOW, even compared to other tow companies.
This is the worst towing company around!! They towed my son’s car from a visitors parking lot in a neighborhood that does not require a parking pass unless it is after midnight. I called to try and tell the woman over the phone and she insisted they needed a pass. The homeowner tried to call and she still insisted they needed a pass all while having an attitude. The office manager of the complex called and told them they didn’t need a pass. No one wanted to listen. It even said on the sign no pass required until 12am-6am the tow truck driver took a picture. My son’s car was towed at 10am on Monday. The tow truck driver even sent pictures to the office manager with the sign stating that. After round of phone calls they released the car but made us drive all the way from Virginia Beach to Harmony road Norfolk to pick up our stolen car because “people try to fight them” their words not mine. So obviously they unlawfully steal multiple people’s cars often. WATCH OUT FOR THIS COMPANY AND KNOW YOUR RIGHTS!!! If you need a good tow call Angelos! I’ve never had a problem with them and their employees are all nice.
They are crooks there is a reason why they use an address in Norfolk Virgina and not Virgina Beach where they towed my car. There were no signs saying that I couldn’t park in a parking lot. Then after we were done at a bar they towed our car and not even the individuals at Calypso bar informed us after we spent money at their horrible bar with the worse food. I will be never comeback to Virgina beach and they made sure to tow us at 1:30 when they close at 2pm just so they can make extra money. Me and my girlfriend had to run to their address just so we could get our vehicle back. They are crooks and they take advantage of tax paying people who want to enjoy their time off. I was in the military and is currently a police officer and I would never imagine that these crooks could get way with stealing money from hardworking citizens!!! Learn to treat people with respect and not rob people for their hard earned money when they aren’t committing a violation!!!
Needed our car towed as we were in a dire sitiuation. Needed car repaired as we were traveling. Called these folks and within 20 minutes they had our car picked up and delivered to a local mechanic. This was on a Sunday and a holiday weekend! The driver was very professional and helpful. He and the company clearly deserve a 5 star!
We called Aristocrat Towing while visiting Virginia Beach on December 29, 2024. They showed up within in 15 minutes on a Sunday and got our car out of a parking garage and towed it to a local mechanic. The driver was so professional and very kind to us. We are so grateful for him helping us in a somewhat bad situation. I highly recommend this towing company!
Parked in VISITOR PARKING at an apartment complex and I had a pass. I was made to pay $227 at this god-awful towing company. $20 surcharge for fuel, $200 for towing and a 3% interest on my card. I drove 14 hours to be here and had to pay for my car. Awful towing company that should never be used
Had my car towed from the spot that I pay for because my inspection expired LAST WEEK. I have lived here for years and never was told about this policy. Sure, this is a fault of my building's horrible management, but they aren't the ones doing the tow, Aristocrat Towing is, and Aristocrat Towing is benefiting from my $175 dollars that I could have spent on my car. They are shielded by the catch-all "we just do what your building's management tells us, complain to them". My brother in Christ, this should not even be a service that you perform. I do not deserve to be towed from the spot I pay for, have to drive through tolls to another city and pay $175 to get my car back just because my inspection expired last week. This is extortion and criminal behavior and does nothing but take money away from hard working people.
My vehicle was towed from the community parking lot for no visible parking pass. The girl who answers the phone is extremely rude and condescending! My vehicle is registered with the HOA, my windshield is tinted (medical), as are the rest of my windows. I asked how they would know if I had a parking pass if my vehicle was pulled into the spot. I was put on hold and she came back with an answer of "The drivers get out of the trucks and walk around". They in fact do NOT get out of their trucks. This is confirmed by other residents, plus the two times I've seen it myself.
My car got stolen, Aristocrat retrieved my car on behalf of the Virginia Beach Police. Everyone at this company went above and beyond.
The tow truck driver was kind enough to video my car so I knew IF I wanted to go retrieve it, he also gave me the hours when they'd be open on Saturday to get it.
When I arrived the attendant was clear and courteous, the charges were explained clearly, and was willing to take cash.
The attendant worked with me so that I could clean my car, get a locksmith on-site, and get my car back.
As far as their work with Virginia Beach PD, this company is Top Notch!
