I've been getting parts from bap geon for over a decade now, they have great customer service and yesterday one guy went above and beyond to even look to see if another store has the part on hand so I wouldn't have to order it
I called today at 11:59a to have 2 car parts priced. The man that answered the phone was rude and rushed me off the phone. At the end he hung up in my ear. I didn't have the opportunity to ask my third question.

They sell defective parts. And then lie about the warranty timeline. I returned a defective hydro alternator ($1400). When dropping it off the guy at the counter assured me there was a 3 year warranty. After a week of my calls and emails being ignored, I tracked the Regional Mgr down in Richmond just for him to say they changed vendors/manufacturers and won't honor a now 1 year warranty (again, I was told 3 years when I dropped off the defective part). I'LL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE EVER! ORDER YOUR PARTS FROM ONLINE OR THE DEALERSHIP FOLKS!
You're so busy on the phone they don't have time to help the customers in the store where there about half an hour before they finally got to me but they sure did stare at me. Like though boys are ain't never seen pretty looking woman you would think they would help me but I guess it was better off to them you stare at me keep me in the store
Great and friendly staff, but do NOT purchase a radiator here! The neck on the upper radiator they sold me started crumbling in months and leak wasn't significant enough to visually see until a year later. Could smell the fluid, but couldn't tell where it leaked due to barely any fluid leaking out. Here we are a year later outside the two month warranty and it finally visually showed itself, the problem! So disappointed in the manufacturer! Bapgeon, plz do more hw on the parts you're purchasing from these manufacturers. This manufacturer has caused this company to lose a customer!
It could be a great place, but I have a issue with their customers parking on the side of the building instead of the parking lot. They leave their doors open and park right at the corner so when turning off of little creek you have to beware of the idiots that cant realize that is a dangerous place to park. These cars are also messing up the street there due to oil and other substances leaking from their car. Wish the city would add no parking signs for the corner.

Great place for import parts, always good selection of in stock parts, fluids and just about anything else you might want for an import. They carry entire suspension kits that save a lot of money. Unlike Walmart they have EVERY register open and manned.
Bap Geon is an excellent place to get Import Auto Parts here locally in Norfolk Virginia Beach or Newport News the service is friendly and the prices are reasonable I would recommend it to my mother..... Or anybody who wants to get it fair deal with friendly customer service professionals in 10 years I've never had a bad experience at Bap Geon
They usually have what I'm looking for or they order it for me. Very good group of sales people. And believe it or not the parts are a better quality then auto zone or advance. That's why they don't need to put lifetime warranties on all their parts.

Can to this place from nc went the one in va beach they didn't have my part they referred me to the Norfolk store saying they had the part which they didn't they ordered it around 12 say it would be delivered at 4 so I waited around the delivery truck was late and when they got here they left my part at the warehouse so I had to come drive another hour and 45 mins to come get my part only thing I get is a sorry not good enough
This is my go-to place for parts. I take my '03 VW Passat to the dealer, get an overall view of what parts I'll need for the next repair, and take that same paperwork here. You can't beat the prices, either, or the genuine parts. I've never been let down nor have I ever received a wrong part. The people here (though I usually only speak with one particular employee) are helpful and willing to find what you need. I've gone here multiple times since moving to Norfolk, VA about a year and a half ago and I can definitely say I'll gladly continue to go here and I highly recommend this location. You will not be disappointed!

Excellence service. My car is hard to find parts for, but this is normally right on the money. If they don't have it they either order it or refer me to someone else. The guys really know their stuff. The price is the best I have found.
