They gave few instructions and were impatient and rude. They also paid me 20cents a pound for lead and 30 & 40 cents for insulated wire. This is about the lowest amount I've ever received for scrap! Don't even bother going there
This place is a safety hazard. Not organized at all. Pretty much no one speaks English, and they just try to tell you what to do with vague hand signals. No Sense of direction, excavator picking up scrap and swinging over people unloading. Dangerous terrible scrap yard and an accident waiting to happen.
This one person at the window must think his is treating black peoples like we got nothing and his doing me a favor .if this Is the way this business conduct I will take to my friends and one is the senator of VA j b.

Prices paid for copper, aluminum and brass are pretty much in line with the national market. Steel is worth nothing at 5.5 cents a pound. If you have copper wiring it pays $2.15/ lb if it is clean without insulation so if you have the time to strip it do it or else you get $1.15 a pound. They don't want your plastic.
I weighed this it home different wait at Empire I don't understand but that's okay I got money that I needed right away and I really needed the money so if you weigh at home they do not show you the paperwork they folded up and staple it you can't go back and see the difference they put it right into a bin did you get what you get
They are okay as long as you are only selling them scrap steel anything other than that live in Copper Brass so forth I do not and will not sell that type of metal to them again did people work in the scale inside of Walla molins speak no English I could have taken what I had to Elizabeth River and would have probably got $250 but because of whatever they are paying per pound for this of metal and the people weigh in the middle don't know what they are doing I feel like I was ripped off a good 75 to $80
Went there yesterday, was two minutes past closing time. Came all the way from Virginia Beach, and they wouldn't let me drop my load.
None of the workers speak english, so they wont help you. I may start going back to Witchduck. They at least act like they want my business.

WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. Brought in all clean copper no solder brass steel on it all looking good and even mostly shiny copper and they will only give #2 prices for what is clearly #1 copper. This place is a rip off and scam people out of money. GUTTERMANS is the ace to go. It just sucks their closed on Saturdays
Was posting outside on my break, gave us a solid hour of quality entertainment. Whoever the crane and bobcat drivers were absolute artists of their craft. The skill and precision of their teamwork, using junk to load junk, a masterpiece. Gotta love those water heaters
Drove in yard have never been there so I drove and stopped by office to get direction and a big man comes out yelling at me that I can't park there I got out of truck and he is still yelling at me. I told him I need some direction on what to do still yelling at me. I left there and did business with Guttermans.
