Probably one of the worst wheel lifts i owned when it comes to working on them and when i call to ask a questions they don’t offer any help or have any sense of urgency.
old skinny-built, white male with 1ft long beard and almost no/short hair driving the toll truck and tried to cut off me and wouldn’t let me pass through despite signalling effortly. I read the previous comment. it might be the same guy did this to others already. I thought it was my fault but apparently this guy has done to others. leaving a star for this company seems unfair, but this dude is another whole level.
July 26, 2024. 4:50pm This truck cut us off getting off the exit almost ran into him for him to stop and try to intimidate two women. And as I’m writing this he cut someone else off. Older White male (maybe 50’s) with blonde short hair. Wild he thought it’d be okay to do this in a company vehicle.
You’re not allowed to ask questions about the equipment I purchased nor ask them to ask someone else who might know under urgent circumstances. Very irritable and inexperienced customer service staff.
Very educational This company gave me a lot of information before I made a purchase it was very educational they should allow school children to come in there and learn not little kids but high school kids
Dynamic wheel lifts are amazing products. The whole team there goes above and beyond for service. I drove my dynamic wheel lift from Michigan to their shop in Virginia. They got my truck in the same day they began working on it right away so I can get back home as soon as possible. The workers fixing my truck were kind, professional and very helpful with any questions I had (Hercules is a GOAT!) . Very honest as well on what needed to be replaced and what was still good to use. Dynamic was so accommodating they gave me a ride to the hotel until the work was complete. Anthony the owner is a great guy and the gold standard for customer service. He walked me through everything they do here and what they gotta do, to get my truck in working order. 5/5 stars I’m happy we bought a dynamic. It’s a solid and well built unit. having an amazing team for parts and service. Makes me want more dynamics in our fleet. Very satisfied with the service quality of work.
The guys that work here are so friendly and helpful, and they're really willing to work to help you get to the bottom of your problems with your wrecker equipment. I will happily choose Dynamic every time.
Not only did they quickly ship the parts, but when I had questions about installing them, they explained to me over the phone all that I needed and were very helpful with me.
Dynamic really did a awesome job getting me parts for my unit. I called one day and they got everything I needed together, and had the parts shipped to me a state away in 1 day. I had no downtime, got my cylinder quick and back to making money in under 2 days. Thanks Dynamic
Took my truck in today to get looked at they have a great team very professional and helpful. Everyone had a smile on their face. This will be the only place I go to have my truck serviced on. Thank you guys again for the help it meant a lot

Dont believe the 3 year warranty, We bought a new wrecker and the 3rd day both claw cylinders and a lift cylinder blew out. Unit has 1100 miles on it. Would not warranty them out. It's a shame because all we use are Dynamics.
I had Matt, one of the drivers for Dynamic towing come pick me up when I got in a hard spot. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had being towed by a tow truck. I will always request Dynamic Towing from here on out when I need a tow!
