Stayed the night at a hotel and was parked on the other side of building still connected to the hotel and they still towed me with the sign saying I could park there
Set up for a first in a lifetime trip to drive from Newport News to Key West FL and my starter took a crap. Had a couple other companies recommend City Wide themselves and City Wide showed up in 20 minutes. Great Customer Service and Excellent Price!! Oh this place is so nice,helpful and fast. I used them twice 2 days in a row and both days was awesome experience. Called got a quote the first day the guy was so sweet and helpful he said 30 mins. It wasn’t even 30 mins the truck driver was at my location. Next day, I used them again and called the lady caller was such a sweetheart fast pick up again and both times was cheap. Definitely will use them again
24 hours? not these guys. I called to get a tow at 2am because I blew my two passenger tires out on the way home from work. First they picked up and hung up immediately, so I of course called right back cuz their supposed to be 24 hours and dude told me they didn't have anyone. So dont call these guys at 2am, they can't help you
The lady on the phone was very professional and understanding as I was in a hurry to get someone to tow my car after getting two flat tires. The driver was nice and understanding as well and got there in a timely manner. They were able to get my car safely to it’s destination. I would highly recommend in a jiffy.
Their response time was surprisingly quick, when comparing tow companies. More than that, the tow operator was an angel in disguise . This guy was very knowledgeable, patient, and extremely customer focused. The thing is, getting your car towed is the end of a stressful situation. Having someone that can help ease the stress is a BIG plus and this guy did it! I told him, I would say a special prayer that all he does shall be returned...., and it will be given to you. My driver, Mike, was phenomenal! He got there quickly, got to working as soon as he got there, was super friendly, and even managed to get my car into my VERY tight parking space at home. Even the person I spoke to on the phone was very nice. I wish I'd gotten her name. Highly recommend these guys. Mike deserves a raise!

City Wide Towing was very quick in answering the telephone and professional in providing towing services, especially on a Friday afternoon. Another tow company couldn’t reach me for two hours. City Wide estimate time was 30 minutes. Mike (Tow Driver) called and said he was on his way and would be to my location in 10 minutes. I looked up and he arrived in less than 10 minutes. I was absolutely impressed with the professionalism that CityWide has. The starter died in my 2015 Silverado and left me stranded in the Costco parking lot. The dispatcher was very friendly and promptly sent Mike to the rescue. With that said, I have to give a special thank you to Mike for his skillful use of his flatbed truck, to navigate through the crowded parking lot and get my truck up on to the flatbed with no issues. He made loading and unloading my truck look so easy. His hospitality and experience was honestly top notch! I highly recommend this towing company!

I had an amazing experience, i had the pleasure of meeting mike , very friendly and informative, tow truck got to me in 20 minutes and was hassle free. i recommend city wide towing to anybody. Only downside is mike was a Denver Broncos fan and they will lose this Sunday to my Raiders!

I contacted City Wide in Newport news, yesterday to see about setting up a tow for today that I would be completely unavailable to assist the driver today during the time of the tow. I can honestly say that this was the best towing experience I ever had. I’m in sales and drive for a living so I have been towed many times. Unfortunately, I got a flat tire in the construction area if I-64. My company contacted a towing company and I was pleasantly surprised. City Wide arrived promptly. I was shocked. (In the past I have waited up to 2 hours for other tow trucks). City Wide is professional, very organized and a very clean tow truck to ride in. (I have been in some dirty, smelly tow trucks over the years) I highly recommend them and should I need another tow in the Newport News/Hampton area I am asking for them by name. I got a flat tire on I-64 and Victor towed my car. He was super friendly and personable and I felt very comfortable with him! I could tell he knew what he was doing and that he had plenty of experience. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Needing to be towed sucked but he made it better!
