Worst people I've ever dealt with took my vehicle for inspection they don't answer the phone or return phone calls had to make several trips to get the work done they never called to let me know the muffler needed replacement and it cost over $500 never will I return
I recently moved and needed 2 vehicles inspected quickly as I had forgotten the dates due. They were friendly, fast and efficient. I took one vehicle back at a later date and they quickly patched a tire for me. We will use them often due to the excellent service we received.
My car was towed to brad's after the transmission gave out on the highway. It was very hard to get in touch with the mechanic, I would call multiple times a day and leave a message and would not get a call back. They quoted me $6500-7000 to replace the transmission, which is thousands higher than any other place around (and yes, the other places provide a year long national warranty). I decided to have my car towed from brad's to another shop. He charged me $370 for a transmission diagnostic, despite never disclosing this price to me beforehand. This is also hundreds more than any other place around will charge you for a transmission diagnostic. Needless to say I had a terrible experience here. They are not responsive and will try to grossly overcharge you, especially if you are a young woman. I have never had such a negative experience with a mechanic.
Brad did an excellent job and even came All the way to my job to do my windshield. He does very clean work and in a timely fashion got the job done! He is very friendly and easy to work with.Thank you Brad!!!!
My Charger has been towed to Brad's many times...Brad has always been thorough and fair to me...thanks a million Brad for all of your hard work on a beast that has seen better days

Brad's is a small shop, so it does not go as fast as going to a dealership, but if you have the time his work is top notch, his prices are great, and I can trust what he says. I can always count on him. One of the best mechanics I have used.
I was charged $120 to put my truck on a lift to diagnose a transmission issue. I was also quoted a price of $900 to replace the clutch on a 1996 Ford Ranger. I did not feel welcomed in the shop from the beginning. I think the charge and the quote was to keep me from coming back... well, it worked!
