My fiance was out on a job three and a half hours away from home and needed a tire for his work truck. They were right there helping, staying after hours and he was back on the road in no time at all. They were so friendly, great priced and went out of their way to help.
My tire blew and they came immediately to tow me. I didn’t wait long at all. They all went above and beyond to help me, a woman by herself, trying to take her elderly mom to lunch. They went above and beyond to help get me back in the road. Everyone was kind, compassionate and didn’t stop until they found a part and a solution to my problem.
Absolutely wonderful service provided here!! We were 2 hours away from home when our tire blew out. Called here and they had a tow truck to us within 10 minutes, a new tire and set us on our way within the hour. Definitely recommend, thank you again!!
I highly recommend these people they are honest and kind people they saved me from spending a lot of money I thought i had a headgasket problem It turned out to be a small problem a big thanks to them

Previously left a great review, however was told by the dealership that parts of my old vacuum was left inside of my vehicle from where it had broken (I had to take it to the dealership for back brakes and to research a code left on the engine), potentially causing catastrophic damage... I spoke with them and they are reaching out to the dealership for more details. They did assure me that they took everything out, and inspected everything including the CAM for damage and all was GOOD... The dealership did confirm that what they pulled out was pieces of the OLD vacuum... Hopefully we can reach a fair resolution and I will update my review as we proceed :)
Horrible. Absolutely horrible. They’ve had my car for three months told me three different issues. My car still isn’t fixed and they want to charge me over $200 for a nonworking vehicle not to mention there is no communication. They moved Mark vehicle all the way to Danville without my acknowledgment. Horrible business horrible

I had 2 blow outs on the way to Fla from Bedford, Pa. The 2nd one was just before dark near Martinsville,Va. Brian and Scott came to my rescue. After hours they picked up a wheel from my stranded locastion
Took it to the shop returned with a new mounted tire . Installed it and then led me to the shop where I was able to spend the night. This was on Dodge class B camper. When the shop opend the next day they installed another mew tire on the 2nd blowout. All the while getting me back on the road. I'm 73 and not able to do the physical effort this would intail. I am so gratefull for their efficient courtious service. KUDOS!

It use to be a good place. Now they lie and cheat. I bought tires that had 50k warranty. Will not honor. Failed inspection, fixed what was needed. Then they would not give me my sticker. Said I needed more done. Even the employees seem unhappy.
They picked my car up because it wouldn’t start and claimed they fixed it. After two days the car would not start again and I called them to let them know. The guy on the phone said he would get someone to tow the car and NO ONE ever showed up. Ultimately I am happy they didn’t because they clearly didn’t know what was wrong with the car to start with. I wouldn’t recommend this shop at all. I should have just took my car to a TechNet shop that had a warranty but I was trying to give them a chance never again!
I wouldn't even give them 1 star I am very displeased and disappointed with Laurel Park I took my vehicle here because of my dad he trades with them my vehicle started off with just a thermostat issue then turned into a thermostat and water pump issue which the water pump was new when I took it there but they said it was bad then turned into a engine issue which had to be replaced 3 times was supposed to be under warranty but they charged me labor again for the 3rd engine so much for warranty not to mention they started in on my transmission for some reason which I wasn't having problems with until I took it there replacing transmission fluid and whatever else then finding out later they had done it with out informing me until it was done well all that was done so they tell me my vehicle was ready I pay them before really driving it shouldn't have done that I go to drive it off the lot couldn't even get it off the lot now it's a transmission issue long story short I am parting ways with my vehicle now they will never get my business again and I advise that ya'll do the same I would get a lawyer involved but that would cost more money
A part of the surrounding area since as long as I can remember great group of folks there. They can fix it tow it find ya parts and help you with your automotive needs repair or if you need tires.
When the actual Lawn Mower shop and store doesn't have it carry lawn mower tires then this is the place to go. They do good work here and have some of the best prices around Martinsville and Henry County Virginia. I definitely recommend this place for automotive work and repairs.
Lady was Absolutely Rude!!!!! .. argumentative!!!!! Charged $600 in storage fees but NEVER advised of ANY fees!!!.. RUNNN!!!.. They'll rather argue with ya if they aren't making money off you!!...
The tow truck driver went above and beyond the call of duty in rescuing me and my permanent flat, getting my car back to the shop and getting me home safely. Wonderful experience in such a troubled time.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!! They are very unprofessional, bad customer service skills an communication. Will OVER CHARGE for any work being done to your car. An will put used parts on your car an charge you for brand new parts. I will never take my vehicle there again an will yell everyone else do not go there.
They are terrible. They only wanna get people money and don’t tell them what they are charged for. Broke a nut on the tire and wasn’t gone tell me until I saw it. Very unprofessional. Will not be back and won’t recommend them for services.
Great really great people to do business with ! I've also had equipment hauled by them, very prompt and professional. I own a towing business and have been here to pick up vehicles for other people and places, they are just as professional and wonderful to work with. Hands down they are the best in the area !
Stole money out of my car. Said to drop it off on mon and they would look at it by tue. Wed they finally called they lost my keys. Found them called back ask about engine smoking i told them it was antifreeze leak. Called me back hour later asking same thing. Again had to correct them. Thurs said they ordered parts would me ready Friday. Mon rolls around I have to call. No one knows what is going on keep telling me something different every time. Wed I call back now they say it's something else. Kept my car for 2 weeks when I was promised a fast fix. Told me 350 and charged me 530. Was supposed to give me discount for trouble and then overcharged me. No one ever apologized to me. Car is still acting strange. Gonna take it somewhere else if they didn't fix it in gonna sue them and get my money back. This place is a joke.
Laurel park tire is ok. Friendliness is not all there but they really do their job they just really stay busy. I'm sorry I just had an awful experience here this week. I don't even want to discuss it again but once again I trusted them. They didn't even plug my fuel injection back up. Use more professionals like: Auto tech, Kwik lubes, Louise's on Church street may cost more but you will walk away with No stress. I just want to forget I even went to Laurel Park Tire. I feel sorry for the Owner. And the prices is outrageous for half done work.
I ordered a set of tires from them and made my appointment the day ahead and when my husband arrived to have the tires put on they had sold my tires to someone else and tried to sell me a more expensive set and tried to put the blame on me saying I did not call ahead which I did. Very unprofessional and this is not the first time they have lied. I guess it' s my fault though for giving them another chance. I won't make that mistake again.
Towed a vehicle on my equipment trailer Friday to Martinsville. Had an issue with a tire on my trailer. Called them up and they had the tires in stock. I showed up 2 min later. 20 minutes later, I had two need tires on my trailer and back on the road. They are priced really well and the service is as good as it gets other than a NASCAR pit stop!
My tires were about to blow when I called Jeff! He was very helpful with excellent customer service and assured me quick service since I was traveling for a meeting. When I arrived he promptly greeted me and got right on my tire service. It was done quickly and correctly. He went over and beyond to take care of me by offering me something to drink and a cool area to sit and wait. I would recommend this place over anywhere in this area!!!
Needed to get my car towed. Called these guys and within 45 minutes they had a truck to me. Took me to a repair shop 10 minutes away. All of it for $50. Cheapest tow and best service i've ever gotten.
