Don't waste your time going there to look for parts. 1, the guy who works there looks like he is not happy working there and 2 the parts were overpriced than eBay and Amazon, that's why some of these places are going out of business especially dealing with the unhappy service they give, who wants that? The good thing is I get to walk around for my evening's excise but who cares it cost me $2 lol.

Save your time, money, and sanity and go to Brandywine Auto instead. These folks wanted $125 for a used junkyard radio. Horrible customer service, especially the lady who didn’t seem to care about my business either way. I’m expecting the bare minimum and to be treated like a human being, not a second class citizen.

Rude people. Rude on the phone, not helpful when you visit. They cannot confirm parts available, charge $2 for you to go look on your own, and just hang up on you if you call and ask specific questions. They didn't have the items I needed.

Rudest people you could ever go to. Better off driving to manassas. These guys wsnt MSRP for you to rip the part off and theyll talk to you like youre wasting their time. DONT GO HERE.

this is my second time going to this place first time there's was a year ago, I didn't get any help with just questions so I just left and I was like I'm not going back second time I called few days ago asking for a part they told me they have it I asked for the price he said $125 and told me you have to come first pay and wait while they getting it out and ready I was more than happy to give this place a chance so I went there today I drove an hour away opened the door walked in I said hi how are you sir.... no response (( he was behind the counter looking at his phone or eating or doing something)) I was like hi sir .. again and he said whats up!! with a weird sound and look i told him that I called and I asked for this part and they told me this and that so I'm here I can pay and wait, he said ok $150 ( he sounded like I was bothering him) I told him I got the price on the phone and they told me $125 he said no its $159 plus tax I would've paid $159 or whatever he want if he was a lil bit nice or just smile at least but since he was rude, weird, unhappy, no customer service at all I just left unbelievable

Bunch of car parts, everything was organized by the type of vehicles. Easy to find my parts good prices and great customer service. Highly recommended!

I called and a lady told me the are doing whole sale on used tires and I drove 1hr when I got there an angry and rude guy on the counter told me the don’t do wholesale and tried to charge me $55 for single used tires 215 55 17 ( no good tread)with no tax yet.

Better to ask prices before picking part because they dont honor website list prices

So far they the attitude is not customer oriented and we know what we are doing. Cost $3 cash per person each time you walk through the gate. Panels and door prices are higher then new in most cases. They point to a general location where a car might be. Be prepared to hunt and recommend a cool day:) The cars may be stacked so be prepared to move a car. They won't do it

The lady working the desk .. awful . Tried to charge me $2 PER CLIP for the little plastic door panel clips . Then tried to charge me 10$ each for speaker brackets . They are 5$ new in store . When I was like HE** no she tried to bully me into buying it by accusing me of damaging the vehicle to remove them . Avoid this place !! Go to Fredericksburg.. it’s worth the drive

I am presently and currently locked inside of 234 pick your parts by Banks 234 Auto salvage on 234. The level of respect and ultimate trust and the great communication in clearly letting customers know what time you guys close before we walk back to take a part vehicles is superb. All jokes aside this is super funny I don't know what to do you have locked me in with a chain and a very very thick master lock I have a file just no cake so I'm not really sure how to go about this... Just kidding I won't touch your lock please get back to me.. One final thing to add mosquitoes will get you long before the Rottweilers do.

I was ripped off. When I went there the gut told me $125 for a wheel. He was not there when I returned to pay. I then noticed the sign when I returned that said $65 for wheels. The lady told me the total was $140. I pointed out the sign. She said $65 for rim and $65 for the tire. The sing did not say rim IT SAID WHEEL! Don't go there!

Very rude and bad costumer service, all the staff members are very bad and they don’t know how to speak to costumers even, you will regret coming to this place

I went with the hope of finding a rear disk brake set. Paid 2 dollars for entry found a number of cars that I could get parts from. Went home and grabbed all my tools, no additional charge for re-entry. Could not get removed so I sprayed with nut buster and wd40 and will go back tomorrow. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. I will return.

Called to ask about a car and was quickly told they don't have it, and IMMEDIATELY hung up on me

terrible junkyard. don’t go based off their website prices, they’ll say it’s not correct. front desk lady said it’s not the same junkyard when it clearly shows the picture of the junkyard with their website and phone number. website updated 2023 and it’s “pre pandemic” prices according to them. save your time and money.

These people are fraudsters! Called them last week to scrap a car and we agreed on a price. But the driver never showed up at the time we scheduled. I tried again that week and they were "too busy." I just contacted them again and they refused to honor their first agreement and only offered half of what I had agreed upon with the first person. SCAM ALERT! Look elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars I would. This lady doesn’t even know her prices and goes by how she feels that day. One day their fair and the next they are trying to rip you off and tell you something outrageous. This place needs new management!

Girl in the front counter needs a hug. Always has an attitude. Send her on a vacation. As far as running a business all the reviews pretty much determine the service quality. They don’t seem to understand the term “offer or negotiation”, I don’t expect them to give me the parts for free but don’t base your prices of eBay. To many factors to compare parts. They would rather not sell the item accepting a reasonable offer and let it sit in the front collecting dust. Not sure how they are still operating. Don’t waste your time picking a part expecting to get a deal, not going to happen. Look elsewhere or you might even find it cheaper on eBay or Amazon vs there the way they price used parts. Would not recommend to anyone.

This is not a good place to look for parts. First of all, they do not show you where your target car is and you have to wander around to find it. Second, their part prices are higher than new parts. They charged me a tail light connector for 50$. When I checked that in ebay, it was 25$. They are not responsive and supportive at all. I will never go again to this place.

Went there got a some door panels for a bmw with a bunch of screws bolts etc. Got a really high price of 165. Was told that the online prices are ore-plague. Ok update them then. Then I just wanted some of the screws and bolts and she gave me a price of 15 for about 6 things LOL. She said oh you want bmw parts for a dollar? I left all of it by and on the counter. Next time I'll go there to get as much as I can just to leave it in the counter. Go to Stafford or Fredericksburg oull-a-part where every car is numbered. Prices are very good!

Ive picked in Ohio, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and now Virginia. 234 by far is the worse yard ive been in. The cars arent in neat orderly rows which makes finding the vehicle you want a challenge (they told me "clear back and to the right" rather than giving me a printout showing which rows the vehicle i was searching for was in) and getting your part out of the yard even more challenging! The $125. they charged me for a truck bumper was a little steep but i was desperate. I didnt see any vehicles on welded steel wheel jackstands like other yards, but plenty were sitting in the dirt making bumper removal and other low lying parts extremely challenging. I have 3 recomendations: 1. Dont go there. 2. Go somewhere else On3. If you still think you want to go there, read my post over AGAIN and abide by recomendation number 1 & 2!!!

Unlike New York City, northern Virginia is a hard place to find a junkyard. This was the closest one to me, a 40 minute drive. But it was worth the drive. The place is well organized by vehicle make and model. You're on your own to find the parts and take them off. So come equipped.

Not a bad place. Buyers need to go in knowing the price list and what they are looking for. I've made several trips for certain kinds of parts and other than them having a limited stock of my make/model no real issues. I do wish that they put the vehicles up on wheel rims so that the undercarriage were more accessible.

Was traveling from Florida when road debris took out my passenger side mirror assembly. They found the replacement for me for a reasonable price.

Extremely rude lady at front office!!! I am not one to ever leave a bad review, I always try to be the calm one in a situation but this time was different. This was mine and my boyfriend's first time here and so we had no idea what we were doing. We went and got our part and then headed to put our tools back in the car and then find a place to pay for the part. We tried finding a worker to ask but never saw any so we were looking around everywhere and we finally saw a small building that we assumed was it. As we were about to walk to the building the lady ran out and started yelling at us accusing us of trying to steal. I calmly explained to her that we were heading there right now to pay and that this was our first time here so we just were confused on where to go. She continued to be extremely rude and verbally abusive to me and my partner. Someone with that attitude and zero understanding or patients of customers shouldn't be working up front. I understand people steal from there and so they take precautions but there is a respectful and professional way to go about that situation and that lady was anything but that!
