Worst junkyard experience ever. The lady wearing a hijab had the nastiest attitude just because I asked about prices. Instead of helping, they acted like I was bothering them. Rude, unprofessional, and flat-out disrespectful. If you like being talked down to, this is the place — otherwise, stay far away.
Do not waste your time coming here. The staff is extremely rude especially the lady wearing the hijab, who really needs to work on her attitude and customer service. From the moment we arrived, she was giving attitude. They forget that good service is what keeps a business open. I recommend going somewhere else. Stop giving business to rude places that don’t value their customers.
Had the best experience they gave me a part that was slightly damaged, but they were very helpful and making sure that I got one that was perfect. Thank you so much.
I should have listened to the other reviewers who gave this place a 1-star :P...The front desk staff is rude, the whole place is super disorganized, wasted so much time, and in the end they did not even try to help me find the car I wanted (which they said they had 4 in the yard). No map, nothing consistent among the rows of cars, and so difficult to find anything. Parts are way too expensive at this place, so i recommend to get your parts online instead.
I've been there multiple times and I have to say they are some of the friendliest people I've met at a scrap yard. Prices are outstanding and amazing and they have a wide variety of vehicles to pick parts from. They ever replaced an alternator for me under the 30 day warranty. All around great staff, great place and experience from them. Keep up the amazing work

Zero stars if it'd let me, BIGGEST CROOKS!! I needed a Driver mirror for an older bmw, they tried to charge me $160 like a sucker. I got it off eBay for $40
Avoid this place at all costs, especially the front desk. The staff is rude and they charge a two-dollar entry fee. They say to go all the way back and look for a white car, but how can you find it among all the cars, some of which are garbage cars? They claim there is parking in the back, but there are no signs or numbers to guide you. Save yourself the hassle and don't waste your time at this place.

Please do not waste your time in this place, all the personal is rude as hell, and they make you pay for everything, even to enter, I mean if they’re offering a service and they’re making to pay, the least thing they could do is to give a good one.

I've been coming here for years. Only ever had one bad experience. It's almost always had something that I was looking for. Most often... something that I wasn't looking for and ended picking up. Inventory always changes.
DO NOT COME HERE. The lady behind the desk is very rude and talks about the customers and on top of that she shoots prices out her mind and doesn't go but online print list. Last time I will spend money there. Got to Stafford instead.

My experience here was shockingly bad. From the moment I called, the staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. When I asked if they could check the availability of a specific part, they told me they ‘didn’t know’ and refused to even check. Instead, they charge customers $2 just to walk back and search through the parts on their own, which is outrageous. When I visited, the attitude of the staff was just as awful in person as on the phone – not a single employee was willing to offer assistance or even point me in the right direction. After spending hours of my own time combing through their disorganized shelves, I left empty-handed. They simply did not have the parts I needed, but I had to waste half my day to find that out myself.
The worst part? When I tried to call back for clarification, they outright hung up on me mid-sentence when I asked specific questions. I have visited countless similar businesses, and this one is hands down the absolute worst in terms of customer service, organization, and general attitude. Save yourself the time, frustration, and money and go anywhere else – they clearly don’t value their customers here.
Horrible experience, once you go that far and work to get your parts under the heat for hours, then you’re in their hands, they’ll charge you extreme prices and its hard for you to refuse it because you don’t want to leave the pieces. Awful scammer type of people, definitely don’t recommend.
I see why their reviews are so poor. First time at a salvage yard and what a terrible experience it was. Paid $2 entrance fee to walk the yard, accompanying my man who was looking for a couple parts. We found two parts and headed to the office to checkout. At checkout, the woman at front desk accused us of stealing while searching my man’s bag filled with tools. She proceeded to yell and scold us as if we were little kids. My man and I stayed calm but believe me, I wanted to go off but she wasn’t worth it. It’s very clear that she’s a very unhappy person with no class. She’s not civilized at all. We should’ve read their reviews before going but I feel somewhat comforted knowing that it wasn’t just us who had an awful experience. Clearly she’s the owner or owners family member because if she was my employee, I’d fired her already! BTW, she had no problem taking our money, $300. I wanted to tell my man to forget the parts, not to give them business, but we worked so hard in the darn heat to
find and pick the parts out. We will never go back nor recommend this place. Stay away!!
Probably fine if you want doors, a trunk lid or a quarter panel. Everything else looks to be stripped. I'm pretty sure they strip anything of value before it goes into the yard. I was looking for a Ford ranger seat. The few rangers that had seats, the seats barely qualified as seats. More like a mound of seat stuffing. The $2 entry fee was worth the lesson. No interesting vehicles, barely any parts worth reusing.
The lady working the desk .. awful . Tried to charge me $2 PER CLIP for the little plastic door panel clips . Then tried to charge me 10$ each for speaker brackets . They are 5$ new in store . When I was like HE** no she tried to bully me into buying it by accusing me of damaging the vehicle to remove them . Avoid this place !! Go to Fredericksburg.. it’s worth the drive
Save your time, money, and sanity and go to Brandywine Auto instead. These folks wanted $125 for a used junkyard radio. Horrible customer service, especially the lady who didn’t seem to care about my business either way. I’m expecting the bare minimum and to be treated like a human being, not a second class citizen.
So far they the attitude is not customer oriented and we know what we are doing. Cost $3 cash per person each time you walk through the gate. Panels and door prices are higher then new in most cases. They point to a general location where a car might be. Be prepared to hunt and recommend a cool day:) The cars may be stacked so be prepared to move a car. They won't do it
I went with the hope of finding a rear disk brake set. Paid 2 dollars for entry found a number of cars that I could get parts from. Went home and grabbed all my tools, no additional charge for re-entry. Could not get removed so I sprayed with nut buster and wd40 and will go back tomorrow.
Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. I will return.
I was ripped off. When I went there the gut told me $125 for a wheel. He was not there when I returned to pay. I then noticed the sign when I returned that said $65 for wheels. The lady told me the total was $140. I pointed out the sign. She said $65 for rim and $65 for the tire. The sing did not say rim IT SAID WHEEL! Don't go there!
Not bad, I signed in and they charge me to walk the lot. The lot is not easy to navigate through so it’s best to ask for location of particular cars you’re looking for. As far as running a business all the reviews pretty much determine the service quality.
They don’t seem to understand the term “offer or negotiation”, I don’t expect them to give me the parts for free but don’t base your prices of eBay. To many factors to compare parts. They would rather not sell the item accepting a reasonable offer and let it sit in the front collecting dust. Not sure how they are still operating. Don’t waste your time picking a part expecting to get a deal, not going to happen. Look elsewhere or you might even find it cheaper on eBay or Amazon vs there the way they price used parts. Would not recommend to anyone.
Don't waste your time going there to look for parts. 1, the guy who works there looks like he is not happy working there and 2 the parts were overpriced than eBay and Amazon, that's why some of these places are going out of business especially dealing with the unhappy service they give, who wants that? The good thing is I get to walk around for my evening's excise but who cares it cost me $2 lol.

The level of respect and ultimate trust and the great communication in clearly letting customers know what time you guys close before we walk back to take a part vehicles is superb. All jokes aside this is super funny I don't know what to do you have locked me in with a chain and a very very thick master lock I have a file just no cake so I'm not really sure how to go about this... Just kidding I won't touch your lock please get back to me..

Extremely rude lady at front office!!! I am not one to ever leave a bad review, I always try to be the calm one in a situation but this time was different. This was mine and my boyfriend's first time here and so we had no idea what we were doing. We went and got our part and then headed to put our tools back in the car and then find a place to pay for the part. We tried finding a worker to ask but never saw any so we were looking around everywhere and we finally saw a small building that we assumed was it. As we were about to walk to the building the lady ran out and started yelling at us accusing us of trying to steal. I calmly explained to her that we were heading there right now to pay and that this was our first time here so we just were confused on where to go. She continued to be extremely rude and verbally abusive to me and my partner. Someone with that attitude and zero understanding or patients of customers shouldn't be working up front. I understand people steal from there and so they take precautions but there is a respectful and professional way to go about that situation and that lady was anything but that!
