I called this business for a junk car removal. I spoke with Fernando (the owner from what I am told) I let him know the make and model of the car and what was wrong. I was quoted $300, and I was asked to meet them at 3pm on the next day I texted him 15 mins before and told them I was on the way I would be there in about 5 mins he texted back and said his driver would call me. when asked if he would be there at 3 like we agreed he gave me the driver number and I called him, and he was in Ashburn and said he wouldn't get there until 4:30 which was a huge inconvenience, but I left the title with my son and told him he could handle everything. I was texted and told he wasn't going to make it, and he needed to reschedule again for the next day. I called Fernando back because at this point, I was annoyed. He apologized and said due to the weather he was behind. we set the time for noon the next day to meet. Later that night i got text messages asking about my car from a random number when I texted back you have the wrong number, they sent a screen shot of my convo with Fernando and i called him and asked him if he knew the number and he said no. so i texted the number back and said such. I wasn't able to be there because I had to work so my son said he would do it. I got a call that morning said they were running late again. then i got a call at 1132am from the driver and he said he would be there in 37mins. at 12:36 he called me and let me know he was there. I called my son, and he went down to meet him. The driver then told my son he would only give him $200 because the cat was messed up which is what I told Fernando. my son not knowing any better gave him the title and he left without giving my son the other $100 that was quoted. I called Fernando he acted like he knew nothing about it and then said he would call me back when I didn't hear back from him, I called him, and he didn't answer I texted and no answer I called the driver and texted the driver and no answer. They took advantage of my son being young and not knowing better! I regret ever calling this company I will be sure to let everyone i know NOT to call them for any reason.
Fernando told me $300 the day before. The day they came to pick it up the guy told me $150 because my Subaru catalytic converter was aftermarket which was wrong. The shield still said Subaru on it and no aftermarket cats I found said Subaru on it. So I'm pretty sure this is their scam when most people would not no the difference. On top of all that their communication is bad. He told me between 830-9, they didn't show up till 10. I would go with a company that's more trustworthy. If it wasn't for the fact my car was at my bosses house I would have told them to go away.
Don’t take your car to this mechanic shop otherwise they will damage your car like it happened to me. They hired new stupid gringo guy his name is Jeff he is very bad mechanic and very rude person. He damaged my car when he supposed to fix the wheel bearing but instead of that he damaged my axle and I’m very frustrated for bringing inexperience mechanic.
Company bought my stolen car without verifying if it had a title or not which it did in MY NAME . Tore the car up . Along with another stolen car . In that persons name as well .

The tow company is good but do not purchase a vehicle they will lie and a say change the radiator, car drives good you’ll make it home but the whole time they put water in the coolant jumped to hide a head gasket

My truck broke down and needed a new motor. Not only did Fast Auto Repair & Towing find a replacement motor very easily for me, they were gracious enough to tow my truck to their shop because it could not be driven. Finding the replacement motor and towing my truck to their shop saved me at least $2,000 alone. Fernando replaced the motor in my truck, maintained excellent communication with me during the repair process, and still does to this day when I have a question. My truck drives better than it did when I bought it, now. I was out of options and almost got rid of my truck, but Fast Auto Repair and Towing found a car part that I needed, towed my truck to their shop, and replaced the motor in a very timely manner. I still go to this shop for auto repairs.

I sent my husband to get the air conditioner fixed and not only did they fix it in a timely manner it saved me money from my previous quote at a different shop. He even told me he pays them before they do the work, they are that good. I really appreciate them!
I will definitely won’t come back here. When I called them to change my alternator they said $150 but after job was finished they charged me more. They are rude and unprofessional. Take your money somewhere else
Take photos of your car if you work with this company do not trust them. I let them tow and change my tire. My car was hit and they never followed up about it after I asked for an investigation. I made the mistake of paying cash and got no receipt. Also concerned about part missing. Total mess, do not trust even if you are trying to save time and money.
