I was disappointed to see this company take advantage of a young man who didn’t know his rights, they charged him and towing fee, processing fee and kept his car and sold it. They really took advantage of his situation.

This place is good if you want to screw someone over. Their car will basically be stolen. If you need a tow - call someone small and local.
The one time my car got towed by them they charged me an 'after 5pm' fee to come pick it up, got back to my car and it was only 4:52pm. Shadiest predatory company in town.
