Searching on Auto Trader and found one my dream cars. Just wanted to give and offer to see if the price was negotiable and I thought the response from the online rep was very rude. Just rubbed me the wrong way. I wanted to continue to negotiate but that stop me in my tracks. I think salesmen/women should be able to give you a better response that just an one word answer.
Mostly good products but experience was sad. Took buyers order to bank Saturday afternoon, Went directly back to dealer and said the loan would be processed Monday and called to let them know I was approved and they said sorry someone else is buying it. So I had to call the bank to cancel my loan. Yes there is a hold fee but if the loan was already being processed that should be hold enough. All people are about these days is putting money in their pocket, not about the customers that actually need things.

It has been a while since I’ve done car shopping and was a bit nervous about it, wondering who can you trust. I asked a friend of mine if she knew anything about Integrity Auto and she gave a good report about them so I went to visit them and found the car I wanted. These people are so honest and they honor the Lord through their work. I was able to get Another CRV. I would highly recommend anybody car shopping to check them out first.
My wife and I have purchased three vehicles over the years from Integrity. Each vehicle has been great and Integrity has always gone above and beyond to take care of their customers. They are very knowledgeable and will not push you to purchase a particular vehicle. They have upfront pricing and they only have a $299 processing fee. Keep that in mind when factoring the price should you look other places. Some dealerships now charge $700 to $1200+ for processing and usually hide their fees in the fine print, until you sit down to start paperwork! The price on the vehicle at Integrity, processing fee and taxes is it and it’s easy to know your out the door price. If they don’t have what you are looking for, John and Jeremy will do their best to find it at auction for you. They look over each car. If it doesn’t meet their standards, they return it to auction. Anything found on the vehicle that needs to be fixed, integrity will do their best to make it right before purchase. Keep in mind these are used vehicles, however, every vehicle we have purchased has lasted us a long time with good general maintenance.
Staff is friendly but they absolutely screwed me over selling me a car that should have never even passed inspection. Immediate engine issues that they have no clue how to fix, problems with accelerating and today my car started SMOKING and I had to get it towed. Absolutely terrible. Save your money and go to a reputable shop.
I made my first trip to them today for a set of tires and inspection sticker. They all were very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices were the best I could find anywhere in the area. The whole atmosphere was laid back and friendly. Having worked in a tire shop for 10+ years in my youth I can easily recommend them!

Took my Ford Fiesta in for a water pump change. They replaced it and the factory part leaked. Brandon let me know and got me a new pump ordered and made sure it completely worked and was set and ready to go for me before I picked it up. The price was fair and the work good. Any issues I ever have they remedy for me immediately. Super cool guys to deal with and really nice, especially when you start talking Amsoil with them. Had multiple close friends purchase vehicles with them and always had great experiences with them.
Had to make an edit specifically to mention Brandon. He is extremely kind and forthcoming. He has worked on my car numerous times and has gone out of his way to do right by me and set me up the best possible way. I don't plan on taking either my car or my wife's anywhere anytime soon solely based on the service Brandon has done for me these past months. I would give 6/5 stars if that were possible.
Used to have nothing but trust for Integrity! Our family has bought several cars from them. We decided to get my daughter a newer car than what she had because she was constantly traveling. We buy one car that in 6 weeks the motor blew up. We took it back to them to fix it. We paid for them to replace the motor get the car back and the replacement motor was bad. They then try to replace that motor with another bad motor and pass it off. And when we tried to finally get the car back they had sent it to another shop to do the repairs. That shop told me that the motor that they was trying to put in was bad. So finally after getting so mad they decided to replace that car with another car. They explained to me they couldn’t keep any mechanics Two months after I got that car started having problems with it. I have put a ton of money into this car just to make it drivable. If your shops name is Integrity but you have no Integrity at all. And it’s a shame that Jeremy is such a nice guy and got stuck in the middle of everything. I don’t know what happened in the past couple of years but I would definitely never suggest them to anyone or I will never buy anything from them myself. Stay as far away as you can
We have purchased several vehicles over the years from Jeremy and John. Great guys! I have great service from purchasing to just looking, they always answer any questions I have had and have worked with me in every step of the car search and purchase.
Great cars and great people! You can feel the positive energy as soon as you walk through the door. They thoroughly check the condition of the cars and will not sell you a car that does not reach their high standards. They are honest and you can buy from them with the utmost confidence that your are getting a good dependable vehicle.
Bad experience trying to get my car fixed here. Was quoted insane prices, higher than most other places locally. Also they ‘don’t take customer parts’ even if they’re from the dealer - a clear tactic in trying to make more money off their customers with higher priced parts.
Took my car to a different place and they found there to be half the problems than what Integrity claimed. Repairs were done for less than half the cost quoted at Integrity.
Definitely not true to the name ‘Integrity’.
John, Jeremy, and Brandon are great and genuine people. They assisted us every step of the way in purchasing a great 2009 Honda CRV. They do state inspections in-house as well. They are well equipped to help with anything automotive related.
I visited integrity auto back in April to purchase a 2006 Honda Accord EX-L. Brandon and Jeremy were great. Any and all questions I had about the vehicle were answered in a very timely manner taking into account how busy these two can get.
They provided me with a full list of repairs that were done to the vehicle in order to get it in perfect running condition. I verified myself and with my mechanic that all the items on the list were completed.
It's been about 4 months now and the car hasn't given me any hiccups other than a 3rd gear grind that is common with Hondas manual transmissions for this model year. I replaced the transmission fluid and the problem has since gone away.
These gentlemen are honest and conduct business in a very admirable way. I wish them the best and thank them for their transparency and integrity.

I ended up being in a finder bender and the Auto Shop at Integrity Auto was amazing. They where able to fix my car back to new in no time. I will definitely be coming back.for any future repairs needed. A huge shout-out to Brandon and all of the guys that work there!
I have gone there a few times to give them the benefit of the doubt, well because of the name integrity! But there is no integrity at all, I’m not sure if they even know what that means, although they are not overly pushy, they just come across as if they don’t want to sell a car, they never budge on pricing, the cars are never ready to sell, they post as if cars are ready to go, but always something wrong, dirty or just very little knowledge of what’s going on. Cars are always marked way above market value, I get you want to make some money, but at least try to show or humor your customers. No personality what’s so ever! Looks more like a junk yard, maybe should sell parts and get a Dog! As I said I just don’t see the Integrity at all and for sure zero loyalty!!! If you are looking for the meaning of Integrity, this review is Full of it!! Stay away!!! Until they actual try a little

Its not that I wouldnt suggest buying a car here but I would definitely suggest practicing due diligence with your search and purchase.
I was interested in some Toyotas at this dealership that had just arrived. I test drove one of their civics they had ready for sale but was not interested because of the shaking upon turning. I then test drove a different car and it seemed okay. The dealer explained how since they just received the car they would have their mechanic detail the car first and take to Timbrook auto for inspection. I waited and came back a few days later after calling the dealer and they confirmed the car was ready for sale as it had passed inspection at Timbrook Auto as well as with their inside mechanic.
I brought my own mechanic who suggested not to purchase the vehicle, the cars' dashboard was basically melting (dealer suggested it was from the windows but it was definitely the dash upon touching the dashboard it was sticky and soft), the motor mount/dog bone was bad (could lead to engine issues in the future and although not an expensive part to buy it would cost a good amt of money when considering parts+labor), and the vehicle had a strange whining noise that would not die down even after minutes of the car being on. Now being a car novice this wasnt anything that I would have been able to notice and with the dealer stating how everything was pristine I would have ended up paying thousands of dollars in cash for a car that would have later cost thousands of dollars to repair (parts + labor).
The dealer later took the car to get the dashboard fixed, motor mount fixed, and they stated the engine timing chain/guide was the reason for the whining. I ended up not buying the car because I still wasnt comfortable with the price the owner wanted for the car especially with the prior issues the car had and the dealer then at that time stating the car was in perfect condition. Again, I would definitely suggest bringing an experienced third party to look at any car you are looking to purchase.
I purchased a car from this dealer and I have had nothing but issues with it since then. The people at this dealer are typically polite individuals and they are not difficult people when shopping. They give you your space when you shop as well. However, when trying to discuss pricing they are extremely closed off and unwilling to work with you. After the sale, I took my Honda Accord back 3 times (Within the half off warranty) complaining of various issues. Each time, they said there was no problem and they could find no issue at all. I then took the car to another more trustworthy dealer and they were able to fix these issues. Since that time I have had regular issues with this vehicle and feel that I was clearly sold a “Lemon”. Once the car was sold the tone changed and they were never willing to listen and I was stuck with the car. This is my experience from my viewpoint. I hope your experience is different.
Wow!!! Such incredible service and care for me and my vehicle!! I have been loyal to the dealership for so long, but when our car situation led us to buying instead of just servicing, we discovered Integrity! I am so thankful. I was honestly kind of worried about going there because I felt like the name could be off putting - I wondered “maybe they call themselves that just to get people in but they aren’t actually good people”. I was SO wrong, and I’m thankful! Jeremey and Brandon were so helpful with their wealth of car knowledge making sure we knew what the situation was not just doing service. Their prices are cheaper than anywhere else we’ve been in town, and their service better than the dealership - which to us says a lot! They have earned all our loyalties!
I love the people at Integrity! I have bought cars for myself and both of my kids there. I trust them to fix what is broken and nothing else. As a single woman, I am thankful to have found a car repair shop that I feel safe and confident working with. I highly recommend them!
Integrity auto source is well named! They have knowledgeable sales associates who guide customers into making wise choices on well maintained vehicles at a fair price. They also have a top of the line service department which maintains their fleet and service agreements.
i have always dreaded buying a car due to the pressure and the constant fighting to get a fair price. I was pleasantly surprised at the relaxed atmosphere and when I did my research on the price listed the price was slightly below the average fair market value. not only did we get a wonderful Honda pilot at a fair price but the experience was absolutely wonderful. next time I need a car I know exactly where I'm going. so if you need a good car at a fair price give them a try you wont be dissappointed
I've now purchased two vehicles from Integrity Auto since 2009 and they have become my first stop for any used car search. The name "Integrity" isn't just way to get people on the lot, it really is the way Jon and Jeremy do business. I've been extremely happy with both of our vehicles from Integrity and when looking for another vehicle they went above and beyond to help me look for exactly what I was looking for when they didn't have it on site.
I have been a loyal service customer of Integrity Auto Source for six years now. They do awesome work and are usually very affordable. I just have one IMPORTANT recommendation . . . always be sure to get a complete quote BEFORE they do any work and be sure they keep you up to date each step of the way. Despite having just one bad experience with getting extra work done that I did not ask for (and a bill that was quite a bit higher than was agreed to over the phone), I do still plan to use their service again.
For the thrifty college student: this is the first place to go. The cars are used, but you can usually find some pretty good deals. They do not add on a processing fee and the workers are friendly. Several of my friends and I have shopped around the bigger dealerships in town but ultimately ended up purchasing our car from Integrity.
I bought a Toyota Camry from Integrity last December and the folks there were extremely helpful throughout the process. I based my decision to shop there on other positive Google Reviews that proved accurate so I wanted to contribute one as well.
The car I bought was the cheapest one they had but they never pressured me to pick a newer or fancier model. I explained my budget and what I was looking for in a car and they got me something that fit both.
The backseat overhead light wasn't working when I bought it but I test drove it by day and didn't notice it until after I brought it home that first night. I brought it back to them the next day and they replaced the bulb and got it working for me with no questions asked.
I went back about a month ago because of a strange engine smell that happened every time I turned on the heater. We opened the hood and they showed me where some oil had splashed near the air intake while I was topping it off and they assured me it would safely would burn off on its own shortly. They said they could do a power wash on it but it wouldn't make that much of a difference and they really didn't want to waste my money.
Based on how well my car has been running, I don't think I'll be needing another one any time soon. If I did, however, I would shop here again in a heartbeat.
I won't tell you how awesome they are, but I will tell you they are awesome. I have never been a business where I wanted to give them money. I honestly felt like I was cheating them. They were thorough, polite, and assisted me. I am a customer for as long as I remain in this city. Please take your vehicle here for service. If there is someone who does not give these guys 5 stars, they are IMPOSSIBLE to please, or they have never been to another mechanic in their lives.
When someone calls themselves a name like "integrity", "trustworthy", "A+", "world's best", etc, my natural inclination, being the jaded product of a marketing culture is to roll my eyes, however, in this case, the name fits as tho given to them by their clients. These guys not only take selling seriously (they are very picky about what cars they put on their lot) but also know their stuff on the service side as they have some good mechanics working for them. I recently had a massive set of repairs for and some follow ups with my jeep, which I thought was done for from other quotes I got, their honest and competitive pricing on repairs and they try work you in fast as they can. Daniel and Jeremy are great to deal with. In this case, the name fits.
After shopping at five others dealers, I purchased a 2003 Honda Civic from Integrity. Jon & Jeremy were both very helpful. They knew what they were talking about and provided great customer service. They really live up to their name "Integrity." I would purchase from them again and recommend them to others.
