Fix my car after accident broke a left headlight for me didn't cover it on insurance and when they fixed right front control arm they broke my new one busted ball joint and it caused my new tires to wear out so If I we're you I would choose someone else repair your car

I am SO thankful for Laslie's! I broke down in Lynchburg a month ago and I live in NC. My sister-in-law recommended Laslie's and we got my car towed. Turns out the entire transmission was toast on my Ford Escape, and Paul was amazing through the whole process! I had a third party warranty and he was gracious and willing to work with them to get me the best deal possible. We went back and forth with warranty and they got right to work after the new transmission was delivered. My car drives fantastic now and I could not be more grateful to only pay a portion out of pocket. Thanks Paul, and thanks to the amazing Laslie's team! I will recommend everyone I know in Lynchburg to Laslie's!

I felt gypped in the end. I originally went and got an estimate for the repairs of my front end. The estimate came back and seemed reasonably priced so I went ahead and gave it to them to repair. The next morning I get a call from Doug (who was good to work with during the estimate process) saying that they found much worse damage underneath the bumper cover and that it would ultimately cost thousands more, so the best thing to do would be to total it. I was disappointed but understood that they could not have known without removing the cover. However, they charged me $160 just to take off the bumper cover and headlights and for some reason they still charged me for the new grill (even though I did not use it or need it). I tried to get them to lower it but they said that's the lowest they could go. So I essentially paid them $160 just to tell me I need to buy a new car.

Laslie’s is absolutely fantastic when it comes to car repair. My husband and I were in an accident and needed the front bumper and hood fixed. Laslie’s was able to get the work done quickly, and Frank kept us updated during the whole process. I highly recommend them if you need your car fixed!

I went to Laslie's for a problem with the rubber molding on my windshield. The quickly gave me an estimate and set up a date and time. When I brought the car back, they quickly took it, repaired it, and I was back on the road in less than a half hour. Vanessa, the estimator, was excellent . Laslie's did a great job at a reasonable price, and I'm very happy with the job they did. People I dealt with were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend them.

I can’t say enough good things about these people. I was so stressed out with needing to go into labor, but my battery went bad and I needed help figuring out what my warranty had. They went above and beyond to help me figure everything out. They took so much stress off me. Thank you guys for helping me, and you definitely gained a customer I will be back for anything my car needs. Thank you

I had a deer run into the side of my explorer. Laslies has the best reputation in lynchburg so I took it to them being it was a newer car and in excellent condition. I met some very nice people there and they did a excellent job on fixing my explorer even though they ended up loosing money on the deal. Bob is a top notch guy and will bend over backwards to help you and I wouldn't wanna use anyone else. Paul also is a very nice guy who will do anything to help you. Even though they lost money on the deal because of a guy who is no longer there he made sure my cost came in under the estimate. I would recommend Laslies above any other shop in the lynchburg area. They do top notch work and stand behind their work. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks to Bob and Paul. 5 stars from me.

I was amazed at the quick and precise work done on my car last month at Laslie's. We had utilized their services years ago and I was delighted that they still live up to their reputation for great work. Their staff was polite and efficient. They checked out my car, gave me the time and cost estimate to repair/ replace a fender and mirror, and did the work in the time frame and estimate promised. Frank Rochelle kept in touch via calls and texts on each phase of the repair. Great company! Highly recommended!

We worked with Frank and other staff at Laslie's Auto Body. Frank called me several times during the repairs too keep me informed about the status of my vehicle. After having dealt with several other body shops in the Lynchburg, VA area with poor customer service and poor customer relations, we found Laslie's Auto Body's staff and their workmanship to be very curtious and professional. I will definately return to this place in the future for any auto body work I may need done.

I called to arrange an estimate for repairs and was told a time frame during which they are available to do estimates. I asked if there was someone specific I should see and was given the same answer, as if I hadn't understood. When I brought the vehicle in during the established time, the person at the front desk never looked up from her work (which she continued doing) to speak to me. She spoke across the room to "Frank" who acknowledged her and went back to his conversation with another employee without ever looking at me or acknowledging me in any way. After waiting a short while, Frank turned to me and said, "Where's the car?" I took him to the vehicle, and he took pictures and swipped his phone to complete the data collection. He only spoke to me in short sentences and only enough to complete the task at hand. He never looked at me when he spoke. I was made to feel like I had disrupted the morning routine, and my presence was unappreciated. They are NOT working on my vehicle. Possibly, they can use the extra time for a short course in customer service?

Spent many months trying to get my car taken care of by no fault of Laslies. Paul has been absolutely amazing to work with when trying to deal with the insurance company and getting my car taken care of. He went over and beyond my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone. He was always kind, respectful, and honest with every communication we had over these past few months. He has a customer for life.

My son is a college student at liberty University. My son‘s car was overheating. They installed the new radiator. I told them to go ahead and replace the water pump the thermostat and new hoses, upper and lower the whole cooling system. A few months later the radiator exploded sitting in a parking lot. We had the car towed back to Lasley. They told us they could not fix the repair. Send us to somebody else, he was diagnosed that the radiator they put in was defective. The radiator was replaced. It cost of $800 the repairman that we were sent to sent pictures of the radiator to Lasley’s. They were only willing to replace the amount of money for the radiator, not the repair, even though they would not stand by their work , I would give them less than a one star if I could

Great service. Honest people. The Toyota dealership sent me to realign the tailgate on our 2020 RAV4 so that it can open automatically. Laslie's checked different sensors on the car and discovered that there is some king of "TSB" on tailgates of this vehicle and sent me back to Toyota without charging me. Awesome group of people.

I was rear ended at a traffic signal. I took my car to Laslie’s Auto to have it repaired and they did an excellent job on it. The repair and paint is incredible. I suggest anyone that needs a repair to definitely take your vehicle to Laslie’s Auto Repair.

We've been coming here for years! We've bought a car from him, which was on a zero interest rate loan. We come here for our repairs. And the whole team has always been so helpful even when they had to go out of their way or go an extra mile, so to speak, to help you. Laslie and his crew are trustworthy and kind. I couldn't recommend this establishment enough.

I LOVE my camry! I told her on the way to Laslie's that I was sorry she got dinged but that I wasn't abandoning her forever, that they were going to make her look perfect again! And they did! The guys here are so awesome, and so is the office staff. I work at a local credit union where quite a few of their employees bank, and they're always so nice and helpful even when they aren't at work! I will say it was quoted at 7 business days for repair, but my claim went through State Farm. So, they had to advocate for me to get it all covered. I dropped it off on 6/19 after hours and picked it up on 7/14. I'm sure the hold-up was a multitude of different things... State Farm, the holiday, and short staffing everywhere. But just be prepared and patient right now if it takes longer than quoted! Thank you Laslie's, Doug, Rodney, Cecil, Kaleb, and anyone and everyone else who had a hand in repairing my beauty!

Had a passenger door mirror replaced and it has a camera. The positive was the mirror was replaced quickly and looked good. The negative: They only accept cash or money order. I understand this but when I was dropping off my car the lady at the desk specifically informed me that they could also accept a debit card. With that in mind I forgot about it because I always have my debit card on me. When I arrive to pay the bill? They told me I would have to pay the 4% fee to use my debit card. Now, historically other stores have allowed you to use debit cards because there was not a fee associated. I cannot confirm or deny whether that is still true. When I was told the lady that's I was told a debit card would not incur that fee she said "no one would have told you that because every time a card hits my machine it incurs the fee. So I have to leave to go to my bank and get the cash to then come back. I got in my Van and drove home. When I went to use the turn signal, the camera would not work because the aiming was not complete. Now I was charged a $175 post diagnostic fee which should have revealed that the aiming was incomplete. When I got home I called the person that I was working with but had to leave a message. After a few hours,i googled how to aim the mirror and found that it was a 5 minute job on YouTube. I subsequently completed the task and got the mirror aimed appropriately. When I called and requested a refund for the money for the post diagnostics that obviously wasn't done I was told that was impossible. I was told that the mirror was correctly aimed and the diagnostic check complete and the only thing they could offer was to have me bring the van back again. When I informed him that I had already corrected it he said "well that's all I can offer." When I asked to speak to a manager he said that he would have one call me but as you can imagine that never happened. A few days later I received a card in the mail saying 'customer service was their top priority.' When I filled out the card and requested a phone call back, I have not heard from anyone either. I would just be cautious as I do not think they take customer service very seriously. I will be finding another autobody shop to use in the future.

Laslie's is amazing from first contact through delivery. I experienced extensive damage to my vehicle after an accident involving a deer. My initial call was greeted with compassion and professionalism. We were able to set up an appointment, and were kept up to date as repairs progressed. Every employee is courteous and patient. The repairs are excellent, my car looks like brand new! The pick up process is seamless. A detailed report is provided and a technician bring your vehicle and inspects it with you to answer any questions. I would recommend to anyone needing auto repair. Thank you so much, Laslie's.

Laslie's made my repairs pain-free. Right after I brought my car in, Mike was there and ready to answer any questions that I had. He was able to handle the insurance company behind the scene and make the whole process seamless. They delivered my car on time and in perfect condition. All the staff I dealt with at Laslie's seemed very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly (in sharp contrast to some other auto body shops I've dealt with). Would highly recommend Laslie's to anyone who wants great repair work done in a timely manner!

If I could give 100 stars I would. After two previous places messed up my car, several people referred me here and I'm so glad they did. Their customer service was phenomenal from start to finish. Their knowledge and explanation of what was done to my car helped me understand without being talked down to. Their service was affordable, especially compared to the places that did nothing to fix my car. I wish I came here first, but now I know I won't be going anywhere else. Thank you to Paul and the whole team for being such a kind and caring group of people.

Got hit by a drunk driver in a new truck with Only 9000 miles on it took almost one month to get truck back from Laslie. First Thing I noticed was that the the non wrecked sided that had been scratched from running out of the road, was still scratched. Then noticed bumper was touching body of truck. Carried it back. They made excuses even said that scratches wasn't on the estimate, I showed them The original estimate, it was on there. Then I dropped it off again to correct those issues noticed when I got it back the tail light was touching the body of the truck, and now the bumper had a 3" gap below gate and was crooked. Down low enough to see under the rails that hold the bed. The side that had scratches on it they buffed just the spots where the scratches were and looked terrible out of direct light. Orange peeling on the newly painted side in low light, and rattle in door. I Told them to leave it alone out of fear they would just make it look like the other side. Carried it a 3rd time and dropped it off after they made a bunch of more ridiculous excuses about the bumper and tail light. Truck now has 12000 miles on it and looks far from what I wish it did, but apparently it's the best they can do.

10/10 would recommend! Everyone here was extremely nice! I have an old vehicle that has an accident on the front end. They worked extremely hard finding used parts for me (since my budget was tight). They worked with my payment situation and gave me a great price on tires which included balancing them! You also cannot beat their oil change price. They were quick, helpful, and professional. When I picked up my car they had even cleaned the interior for no extra charge! (Trust me it needed it).
