Someone backed into passenger side of my vehicle while I was in restaurant. As pissed as I was Craft made it a pleasant visit. Brett did a great job and the girls in front office were very nice. Service was fast and paint has lifetime warranty !
I’m very disappointed with the service I received from Craft Collision. My van came back to me later than expected, and when I finally got it, there was still a broken piece from the accident wedged inside the undercarriage, causing a noise that they completely missed. I had to take it somewhere else just to figure out what was wrong because I refused to let it back into their hands. After waiting so long for repairs, I expected better attention to detail and quality control. My van was not given any royal treatment, which was highly disappointing, they dont go the extra mile at all. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.

The absolute best in both professionalism & quality service!!! Our MINI Cooper looks brand new after having been sideswiped by an irate driver in WVA. (We also were pleased that they were listed as a qualified repair center for our auto insurance company.) Brett & the entire crew were excellent to work with - very professional - scheduling was easy, we were kept up to date on progress of repairs and vehicle was ready before the quoted time frame. We highly recommend Craft Collision for any type of repairs.

Travis, Craft Collision's Operations Manager called me soon after my original review and I am appreciative of the call and information he provided me. In hindsight, my expectations were misaligned from the beginning based on a seemingly innocent and simple mistake on behalf of my insurance company. A mistake I did find bizarre at the time, but a mistake that I looked past not being familiar with the industry. My insurance company set the narrative from day 2 or 3 that my car was a potential total, so from that moment forward I was in a state of suspense.
Ultimately, my insurance company did sign off on the repairs and they took a week to sign off on the repairs. That said, a lot of that waiting time was my own insurance company taking their time to approve the quote.

The work done was 5 star, but I felt as though I would be misleading others if I didn't give 4 stars for the overall experience based on seemingly a lack of communication (but I could be wrong).
**The work done to my car was through an Erie Insurance Claim**
Bear in the mind the following account could be a shared-fault between my insurance company and/or Craft Collision, but I did suffer from quite a bit of confusion in this process...

Side Note:
My insurance company, nor Craft Collision, never called me to tell me my car was either a total, or not - it was within ~$1,500 of being a total the last time I heard from my insurance company.
I just confirmed within my text/email logs. I reported the accident to insurance on/about Feb 18. I made the assumption it was not a total based on an automated text from Craft on March 3 indicating 'Repair stages are underway' - so it was basically two weeks of uncertainty as to what was going on.

Once discovering it wasn't a total, things were pretty straight forward. I continued receiving automated text messages, even to include a text stating how all parts had arrived, and the car would be done within 1-2 days, and it was. I got a call to come pick it up, and all went well.
What was annoying was that ~2-week period of time where I was left in suspense. I don't know who is responsible for keeping me updated prior to repairs occurring, but I was told by my insurance company that the body shop would keep me up to date on the status of the car, so I am choosing to place some blame on Craft given my only indicator of total [or not] was an automated text letting me know parts were on the way.
Would suggest maybe an automated text or a quick call once the insurance company signs off on the repairs indicating as such.
@Craft Collision I don't mind amending this to be a 5-star review if someone can let me know what date the insurance company approved the repair quote. If that date aligns closely with your first automated text, then I will proceed with amending to 5-stars!
The best place around for repairs! I worked with Brett and Seth on repairing my vehicle. Both of which were very friendly, helpful, and communicative about the entire process. It is very evident that customer service is their top priority! The entire team at Craft Collision did a fantastic job with my vehicle repairs and I highly recommend choosing Craft!

So I took my honda pilot to them for a busted windshield n new dashboard it took them 2 months to fix. My insurance rental coverage was for 9 days. I got my truck back after 2 months w check engine light on and not running correctly at all and a $4,000 enterprise rental bill. My insurance already paid them $12,000 to fix the car n told me to go after craft for rental bill. No one.will call me.back. I think I'm worse off.now then before I took it to them.
Great courteous staff, the work was magnificent. Kept me well informed and my vehicle was cleaned inside and out, certainly better than it was when I left it. I even left cash in my vehicle and it was never touched. Need more places like this for sure!!! Appreciate you guys keep up the great work!!!

I rarely do this but these people really deserve praise! The work was completed timely and as expected with one minor issue. I filled out a survey with mostly positive and the one issue. I heard from the manager the next day and asked me to come in the next day. The issue was not included in the insurance company’s scope but they fixed it free of charge. I later had a fog light malfunction, thinking it wasn’t coded correctly so I brought it in. The manager brought it back right away and found out it was a burned out bulb. Again they fixed it without charging me. I highly recommend this company, the people are genuine, gracious, friendly and responsive. Thank you Craft Collision!
I have nothing but amazing things to say about Craft Collision! I have always been very weary and struggled to trust repair shops when needing something done to my vehicle. Not only was the front desk staff friendly and welcoming, Travis went out of his way to meet my needs! It is evident they have a huge heart for their customers and go above and beyond to explain the issue and take care of it in a timely manner. I could not recommend them enough.

Excellent customer service- Chris and his staff made the entire process of having my 2014 Ford Fusion repaired less stressful for me. They worked with my insurance and kept me informed throughout the process. My car looks like new again. (and even cleaned it for me….sorry for all the biscuit crumbs lol) Hopefully I won’t need another repair but if I do I will definitely bring my car back to Craft. I had an accident in Georgia. My insurance agent recommended driving my car to Craft Collision on Graves Mill Road in Lynchburg because that is the only repair shop they use for their personal vehicles. I'm glad that I followed his recommendation! My car was repaired in a much shorter period of time than the shop in Georgia offered, and it was ready on the exact day that Craft said it would be ready. I felt like I was driving a brand new car when I left Craft Collision in my repaired car. All seams were lined up perfectly. The doors, hood, and hatch closed perfectly. The paint matched perfectly. Shana, the Office Manager at Craft, was very helpful the three times that I visited Craft. She provided all of the information that I requested, including updated detailed printouts of the work being done. When I called she gave me answers, instead of merely switching me over to someone else. Gavin the Repair Manager, called to give me updates on the repairs. He explained that the repairs are guaranteed for five years. These two people were very conscientious about providing good customer service. Attached are before and after photos of my car. Our son’s car is an older vehicle and was hit in a parking lot. Extensive damage was done to the front and the driver side of his vehicle. Initially we were told it could take up to 45 days to get the parts and do the repair. Craft collision was able to get in all the parts and finish the job in 5 days and it looks better than before the accident!!! Chris and Craft Collision are miracle workers! Thank you for great service and a great repair! We would definitely use Craft Collision again and would highly recommend them.
Had the unfortunate occurrence of having someone run into the rear of our 2017 Chrysler Pacifica. My insurance company allowed me to take the vehicle to the shop of my choice so I chose Craft knowing the reputation they had for good work. Well we picked up the van today and I was just blown away by the finished work. The van did not look like it had been struck, it looked like it just came off the show room floor. The folks at Craft were nice and helpful and obviously are skilled at what they do. I am including before and after photos and recommend their service to anyone who needs repair work.
