Excellent Service and Value!
I highly recommend this shop. When I called for a quote, they were prompt, and the price was fantastic—about $115 cheaper than the VW dealership. They were straightforward about the work and even provided the huge convenience of a ride to work and a pick-up afterward. Honest, reliable, and great service.
Hammersly makes it easy. They answer the phone. No weird prompts. They give honest quotes. And they do good work. Too rare these days, but worth supporting.
I took in my Porsche Macan, they evaluated it and found two problems. The parts were not easy to find, they tracked them down and repaired the car. The cost was to the penny of the estimate with no surprises.

Great service and the best prices in town. If you are looking for a trustworthy shop, this is the one. They are able to service, diagnose, and repair your European, Asian, or Domestic vehicle. Hammersley has elite, very talented, experienced, and professional technicians. Having your vehicle worked on here is worth the money, hands down. They are well known for fixing problems that no one else can figure out. Just be patient. They are very trustworthy and responsible.
Brought my car in for a service check up and they didn’t give me any insight into the problem beyond what I suggested when I brought the car in. When I turned down the suggestions for repair (which turned out wrong according to Mercedes Benz of ATL) they charged me $155 for a diagnostic check which they didn’t even fulfill. I was told I’d at least get a car cleaning out of it but they neglected to even do that. Don’t bother with this place
I cannot say enough positive things about the people at Hammerseley! We have been taking our vehicles to them for 20 plus years and are always satisfied. They are fair, reasonable and trustworthy. The work is always done in a timely manner. They go above and beyond for their customers. They also have a shuttle that will pick you up after you’ve dropped off your vehicle, take you to your home or work and then come get you when your vehicle is finished.
So, I met a guy at a gas station right after I got my mini. He said he towed a lot of them. Sure enough, a year later, he towed mine to Hamersley’s.
June answered the phone, was pleasant and very helpful. They took my car on Thursday, and called Friday with a diagnosis. It was fixed by Friday afternoon, and they included a detailed proposal for another issue the car was experiencing.
Driving a mini is like having a pricy toy. They were reasonably priced and their service was fast and thorough. And June is a delight.

Great Service. I Came from a shop that didn't know what they were doing. Hammersley got everything straightened out that the other shop messed up. They even got the cost of labor and warranty of the part as well. I went from not being able to drive my car 1 mile, to driving it 3 and a half hours back home safely. Not to mention my car looked spotless, and brand new afterwards. Floor mats, and everything was washed and clean. Thank you for your service Hammersley! i will be back for sure.

The power steering pump on my car needed to be replaced badly, the car wasn’t driving right. I’ve never gone to Hammersley before, but I’ve always driven past and noticed that they service very similar cars to mine. I have a 2004 E500. I came in without an appointment and they let me know that normally you have to schedule an appointment. They were super gracious and they diagnosed my car immediately even though they had a busy schedule. They did an excellent job fitting me into their schedule and fixing my car. They washed my car for me right before I picked it up and they can also shuttle you to and from their shop. Great shop, great people, I highly recommend!
I highly recommend Hammersley for auto repairs on any luxury foreign automobile. They have repair techs that are factory trained on each foreign brand. Hammersley did an excellent job in repairing my Volvo convertible hardtop. They gave me an appointment for the next day. I arrived on time, and they were finished with the repair in an hour. They washed my car, and noticed that I was overdue for a state inspection, which they performed in a few minutes at a charge of only $20.
Hammersley is bad for business, they are not honest with their repairs. They jipped me out of $2300.00 in past 8 months!! My last visit was On 11/22/23 I paid $830.00 for a coolant hose repair. But before I could leave the lot the warning light low coolant level came on. They had to add more coolant!!! Before this issue occurred I asked them to check it four months prior, but instead they told me just tap coolant sensor and it'll go away.???? After four other break downs they replaced one ignition coil. Instead of replacing all coils at once and checking to make sure spark plugs were okay they didn't. And again every other month my truck broke down. Until I did my research I found another mechanic...what took Hammersley almost a year to fix this new mechanic fixed in 2 weeks! Eight new spark plugs and one coil. The mechanic also stated my antifreeze line was tampered with, and he fixed this as well. It started make sense why Hammersley stays so busy with a full lot of cars!! You do the math! Consumers beware!!!!!!! Especially women!!! As of January 2024 my truck is fixed and runs perfect!! I'm going to also leave review with their customer support and BBB. I truly feel I was taken advantage of and I will speak up!!!
I can't speak highly enough of Hammersley. For folks who deal with so many high end vehicles, there is no air of pretension or snobbery. They are kind, down to earth, funny, and best of all, they know their stuff! They keep my old jalopy in tip top shape and their prices are very reasonable. They are the only place I'd take my car for servicing.
Where to begin? Simply put, if I could give the excellent people at Hammersley 6 stars, I would. They did fantastic work, were very fast, and were beyond reasonably priced. They even washed and vacuumed the car! A very nice and appreciated service. Thank you much for the excellent work!
I'll start with the good: They replaced my coolant reservoir, and have had no leaks since.
But they stripped the drain plug while doing an oil change. They ripped the material off the sunshade when I asked them to clean dirt and leaves out from the water drainage panels inside the body, despite not needing to touch the sunshade to do this job. Oh, and a new sunshade is $700, excluding labor.
When I brought these issues to their attention, they denied breaking anything, and tried to say that another shop must have done it after the fact. But they were the last shop to have worked on it, and I have the service records to prove it.
Definitely would not recommend.
While at college, my daughters car has needed service several times. Each time they have taken care of the issue without trying to gouge her. Very pleased with the level of service on the car, pricing and how they treat people.
Hammersley figured out what was wrong with my Range Rover when nobody else could! They diagnosed it, ordered the part, and had it fixed super quick. They were even able to do a state inspection for me when I asked last minute. Very very reasonable rates and great service and communication. Will definitely be back when my vehicles need help in the future.

They correctly and quickly diagnosed the mechanical issues with my vehicle.
It was correctly repaired.
Hammersley is highly trained and qualified in the mechanical repairs of Luxury Sports Vehicles.
After my vehicle diagnose I got a second opinion to the cost of repairs and Hammersley cost were less.
In addition Hammersley gave me an additional 10% off the final cost of repairs as a Vietnam Veteran.
They washed and vacuumed my vehicle before returning it to me.
I recommend Hammersley for their Automobile Service.

This company reminds me of the old days, when their customers were treated with respect, honesty and integrity. I had a car that I had taken to numerous respectable automotive servicing agents. None of them could figure out how to fix my car. They would call me back after 2-3 days of working on my car just to tell me they can't help me with my car problem(s). I was actually referred by one of these mechanics to take it to Hammersley, as a last ditch effort. I did, and they "FIXED" my car. It runs better then it has in years. YEA!!! They were so nice when I walked in the first time. Respectful, concerned and professional. WOW!!! What else can I say. If you have a problem, and your stand by mechanic can not fix the issue, TAKE IT TO HAMMERSLEY!!! Talk to Joe, and tell him James sent you.

I have been taking my vehicles to Hammersley for many years now and the customer care and work they do cannot be matched in my opinion. From the office area to the shop floor they are experienced and have the knowledge and know how to get any repair completed in a timely manner while keeping you updated along the way. I would highly recommend them if you want your vehicle taken care of worry free and the hassle sometimes dealt with elsewhere.
Joe, June and Teresa were all absolutely wonderful to work with on our recent visit to Hammersley. The customer service is the best I've ever experienced. I'll be bringing all of my vehicles here! I use Hammersley for all my routine maintenance of my GLK. It is always a smooth process from making the appointment through getting the service; I always wait because the service is done promptly. If additional scheduled maintenance is coming due, they simply provide me the information and never try to upsell. I am completely happy and satisfied letting Hammersley service both our Mercedes.
I recently brought my Volkswagen CC to Hammersley for regular maintenance and evaluation of a code. The staff and techs were extremely courteous, helpful and kind. I could tell that they had my best interest in mind from the start. They even washed my car when they had concluded working on it. Their customer service superb.
