This guy, Ethan!!! Let me tell yall...I was in a wreck, before I could think he was on the scene as a bystander making sure that everyone that was involved was as well as we could be. Ironically he was picking up another vehicle when the accident happen, the camera on the wrecker recorded the whole accident. If I could give a no star I would. We have called several times with no response back. We had several decent paying jobs lined up for him no response of any kind. Needless to say will be telling others about this.will be more willing to pay higher prices least others will call us back and show up.

I was traveling from Franklin County to Lynchburg when I hit 2 wood pallets on 460 leaving my truck un driveable I had trouble trying to find a tow truck that would come out at night to tow me back to Franklin County. I called them and they wasted no time getting to us, and got our vehicle back to Franklin County. This was by far the best towing company I have ever used. I highly recommend.

Monday night i was involved in a accident due to ice. And luckily their was no other car involved but myself while sitting their on side of a exit i got hit by jeep which really didn't make matters no worse well i called so many wrecker companies i bet i called at least 10 but got no help a nephew of mine told me about a friend of his named Ethan Baker who had his own business and he may be able to help well i called Bakers towing and mr Baker answered the phone i told him my situation and without hesitation he asked me where exactly was i well no questions asked he said im on the way ill be their in 45 min and sure enough he was . I say i called him about 215 am I set their from 10pm to 3am that morning in the dark and with freezing temp also lets not forget with little gas Some say you shouldn’t have been out well you are right but i was coming back from Dc from taking my son back to college to make a long story short Mr Baker towed my car to the shop of my preference and made sure i got home safely. At that point i didnt care what it would cost to get a tow i just wanted to get home and thanks to Bakers towing ethan did just that . So today i can say if you need a tow for any reason Call Bakers towing he will take care of you and your towing needs . I will forever be grateful for his act of kindness and being so caring . I will forever give Bakers towing my Business when needing a tow. Give him a call when u need a tow guarantee you wont be dissatisfied.
Stand up guy! I was from out of town and didn’t know any good shops to take it to, he Recommend me a shop well after hours and even got ahold of the owner to let him know what was going on with my truck. After dropping my truck off he even gave me a ride to my hotel. Very professional and kind! Made me feel much better knowing my truck was in good hands at a good shop!
This young man is very professional…a heart of compassion….I had a blow out coming from concord to Lynchburg …I was scared to death had young kids in the car ..,the event could have been not ending well thank God we all were safe…I seen this tow truck coming and flagged him down…He assisted and kept me calm! 2 drivers in 1 truck...stated I needed a ride with my car being towed ...was told no room but they could give me a ride to a store that was walking distance away....kindly said nevermind then... upon thinking I have a no other option I flagged the tow truck down as they were riding back past me..both towers looked me dead in my eyes and drove right past me....
