The lady when I called Bee Line was very nice. I called back & told her that I had a problem with put my card information in. She said don't worry because when the tow driver comes out he will get my information. From the receptionist to the towing gentleman, I will definitely use their service again. So much professionalism & patient with me as a customer. Thanks Bee Line.

Don’t even get me started… I wake up to go to my JOB and my car is towed. They charge an ungodly amount, and expect people to pay upfront…who has money for that when it’s unexpected. They love to take advantage of people.
Happened to blow my tire on 460 this morning, gave Beeline a call and had a truck out within about an hour or so. Gavin was a massive help with towing my car and even taping up my busted window. Thank you to Beeline and specifically Gavin for the great service.

This is Chris from Down2Earth I broke down the 5th street and rivermont bridge (a very precarious place to be in my situation). Beeline was fantastic, the receptionist and Christian the truck driver treated me like they actually wanted to help and not like I was a burden. Which is good because I clearly didn’t know what I was doing. Christian did not fiddle around and got to me at a very reasonable time. Thank you Beeline Family.

Needed a tow yesterday (Sunday) for my. Ball joint broke on front end. Anyway called a couple one that stood out was Mitchell's Towing. The dude on phone was really rude. For instance when joint broke I instantly got out of road (just happen when got on highway just left home) an doing that makes things possibly go into fender but hidden yet. Baker towing came but turned it down. I needed wrecker not rollback. So Michelle's was going to charge $200 an insisted roll back. I told him not today. Finally Been Line came on wrecked hooked my Jeep up like he had been found for years. Bill was very polite treated you like you'd wanted to be treated. Thank you very much Bill
After my insurance company failed to secure a reliable towing company for daughter after three hours, Neal Pugh of Bee Line arrived within twenty minutes upon being contacted. Neal was professional and knowledgeable. His customer service exceeded my expectations. I will 100% use Bee Line in the future!
Christian was absolutely amazing!! As someone that wasn’t thinking clearly - I ran out of gas. He towed me to the gas station and waited to make sure my car started. He exceeded genuine. Would highly recommend them. I too only had to wait 24mins from the time I submitted payment. The price for after hours was reasonable and not overly outrageous like others.
I would give less than one star if I could, this business is way overpriced and I encourage everyone to call elsewhere for your towing needs. Very crooked operation Edit… I’m adding to this review because they said they didn’t have a record of me dealing with them. I had a nosy neighbor complain about me parking my truck and utility trailer in an overflow parking lot so Bee Line was called and I was charged $520 for towing no more than 5 miles. I will also add they broke into the truck just to put it into neutral. Very shady practices

Bee Line was AMAZING! Tracy was able to pull my car out of a drainage ditch no problem! He absolutely soothed my nerves when I thought my car was toast! MY HERO!!! The service was impeccable and they were there within 20 minutes of my accident. I am so grateful that I called and I will forever use and recommend this company for all of my towing needs.
First time I reached out to Kubota of Lynchburg to get rid of some waste oil, they referred me to beeline who I guess is owned by the same. First time, a young man came out with the rollback with two barrels to exchange right away . Smooth process . When I was ready to exchange again, I ended up calling 3 times . Each time The lady, Logan at the shop, all said yeah , we’ll get someone out to you today or soon the next day. Each time , no show. If you’re not interested in the oil or you don’t want to do business , just say so. It’s so common these days for people to say they are going to do something or show up when they say they will. I’ve tried to give the company benefit of doubt despite the community grievances often talked about all the time with this company but now I have a personal experience to form my own opinion and the extra star is just because the one young guy is really nice and seems like a great worker, it’s too bad he works for this company. So whatever your situation, I hope for your sake they show up when you call them but I wouldn’t count on it unless the city police friends call them for you.
Another towing company messed our airlines up in Charlotte NC (Tip Towing)never use Tips Towing, but Bee Line Towing was able to fix it & do a great job. Great staff & Service 5 star rating. Thank you for going above & beyond.
Locked out of my car. I called Bee Line because I know they’ve been in business forever and I’ve seen their trucks around. The trucks looked well cared for and professional. They didn’t disappoint. Got there within 30 mins. Only took a few minutes for him to get in. Courteous. Friendly. Fair price. Wouldn’t call anyone else after this experience.
Gavin with Bee Line Towing was able to get to our family on the side of 460 within 20 minutes. He was very polite and friendly. He took very good care of our 1956 Ford. While dropping the car off he even took the time to take a walker to the gentleman who owned the car.
Wow what a pleasant experience at the end of a bad situation. I called another company before calling Bee Line Towing and the other company was 3 times higher and unprofessional. Gavin at Bee Line was very understanding of our situation and took the time to help us decide the best place to tow our stolen vehicle that was left abandoned with no key. Todays job was not an easy job!! Paul and my buddy Gavin who has been to our home before, came and pulled this 20,000 pound machine out in 5-10 minutes, with ease!!! What I loved most is my client was the one who operates this thing and he requires assistance sometimes when navigating across certain surfaces, Paul and Gavin both made sure he didn’t fall while getting into the machine and showed so much compassion!!! It meant the world to me! Also, Gavin was there to move that machine, but that young man helped us moved all of our add ons o the tractor out the way without us even asking!!! Guys thank you so much for your service today!!! Continue being amazing an being the great men you are!!! Bee like you need 20 of these guys to make this business continue to be great!!!!
Thank you to Bee Line towing. The heavy duty wrecker drivers Paul and Neal was great. Along with friendly office personnel the experience was a blessing talking to the owner Kevin and secretary Kerri all around great towing company to work with given the situation . Call was placed and within 15 to 20 minutes they were on the scene of accident. Keep up the great work and God bless
