My husband needed a new battery and we were helped by Christofer and Ryan (Bryan?), they were both very engaged and helpful. Christofer offered to install it and run an electrical diagnostic for no additional cost. Will definitely be recommending this location and coming back in the future.
Have most parts you need that day or can get them the next day. Prices are a little high however when you need it that day this is a better option then auto zone or advanced auto anyday. They also sell lawn mower belts which is nice.
My regular store even though there's a different O'Reilly's closer! Ethan gave me a jump and a battery test in a pinch when I needed to get to work + had forgot my NOCO. Give Ethan a raise!

Went into Timberlake location today I have always got hood service, but today it was outstanding service the store manager was able to help me with all my questions concerning online order he was awesome and great need to give him ten stars thanks again mark Emerson
My wife's battery in her 2014 Honda CRV died. I asked my friend at Deadbeat Towing where to go, since I haven't worked on cars in years. He said O'Reilly on Timberlake Road. They were the best! The people there were very friendly & helpful. The guy putting in the battery was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job. Thank you O'Reilly!!!
Stopped in for a check 3ngine light read. A local service station reccomended I go to O'Reillys as their equipment couldn't get a read. The staff was friendly and eager to help even though it was raining sheets outside. They were quick and professional and had me on my way quickly. The store manager Jason solved 2 problems 4 me with 2 different vehicles. Needed a battery 4 the van and a starter 4 my truck. Good prices excellent service. I've been shopping O'Reilly for 12 yrs now.
These guys are always great!! Helpful no matter what the issue is. They definitely do their best for customers. I tend to go back to good service, probably why I don't shop at those other guys!! Get ya car part fix here!!
Colby was great. He gave amazing customer service. Helped me diagnose the engine light and gave me the right information to solve it. Ended up being a sensor that is critical for airflow to the engine. He was highly knowledgeable and proved it.
Highly recommend O'Reilly's. If Colby is there, have him help you out.
Awesome, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The other two auto parts stores in the same vicinity wouldn't try to install headlight bulbs for me but at O'reilly's it was no trouble for them. I would recommend O'reilly's to everyone.
I needed some aluminum tubing for my aluminum radiator, impossible to find but they let me look at something that may have worked. Aluminum transmission lines aren't common. They were helpful regardless.

Amazing people! I had a very hard time at Auto zone literally across the street. I’ve been having so many issues with my car I wanted to be sure I didn’t run into anything else. After coming to Orileys my whole mood changed (Auto zone PISSED me off) The older gentleman helped put my battery in all of 15 mins. GREAT customer service and I will be back for future purchases!
Customer service is so much better at O'Reilly's. I live 5 blocks from Advanced Auto and I stop going because the employees there are jerks and most of the time there wrong.
I went to one store and the salesman brought to my attention that the battery they had in stock had a crack in the bottom which I would have not known for sometime especially being that the crack was in the bottom
