A big thanks to the team at the Old Forest location, Even though they couldn't replace the battery in my daughters Volkswagen Jetta, they went the extra mile to make sure that the Volkswagen dealership knew she was coming and they are ready to code the battery and put it in her vehicle.

My wife was dead in the water needing a battery just about a minute from the store and I couldn’t get to her. I first called the other auto parts store next door and they couldn’t help us. I called O’Reilly’s and they were wonderful. Bri (unsure of spelling) answered the phone and was very friendly and helpful. She asked her manager if they could send someone, and she came back on the line to say Brandon was coming. After trying to start the vehicle with his battery pack, he went back to the store and got another one. Still no luck. So my wife told him the battery we wanted, and he went back to the store and I paid for it over the phone. Brandon immediately came back and had it installed in no time. This was truly above and beyond the call of duty, and I can’t thank Bri, Brandon, and their manager enough. Highly recommend!

I will start this out by saying, there are not enough stars on this thing that I could give "Ricky". To remember his name, I called him pretty Ricky, but we settled on Ricky Bobby, because no one is cooler than Ricky Bobby. On this recent snow day as the snow had just started, my battery was acting out. I had to jump it twice to move it. I hurried to Advance Auto directly beside O'Reillys. I went there because it is where I purchased the battery 3 and 1/2 half years ago. MY STATEMENT TO YOU IS IF THERE IS A PREFERENCE, PLEASE GO TO O'REILLY'S, DO NOT VISIT ADVANCE Auto on old forest road. I pulled up as it had just started snowing. The place was empty. I stood at the door for about 20 seconds before I went in because I didn't see anyone in there. On closer inspection, a male was sitting down doing something with his phone. I walk in and ask if they could test my battery. I did not want to be stuck with a vehicle with a bad battery during a snow storm. The guy in the store told me: "We don't go out in the wet." yes "We don't go out in the wet". It had just started snowing. I can appreciate that Advance auto keeps their people out of the "wet". Not rain, but wet. It is so many things he could have said. But that was his exact statement. After Advance Auto told me they could not go out in the wet, I went over to OReillys literally right next door. Ricky was so awesome, he noticed that I had got my battery previously from Advance auto and he advised me to go there and see if it was still under warranty. He said he did not want me to pay extra money if I didn't have too. He was just awesome. That was the beginning of his awesomeness. To shorten this story I ended up having to call AAA to jump my battery to move over to OReilly's. Ricky, could not change my battery in Advance auto's parking lot, so he stood out in the "wet" and jumped my battery. His first two didn't work after multiple tries. I was so defeated, I called AAA to get my car out of Advance Auto parking lot. I told Ricky to give up and waited on AAA. A few minutes later he came back and jumped my battery with another unit. I was able to drive next door and buy a new battery. Ricky put it in. Please, ask for Ricky. Pretty Ricky, or Ricky Bobby. Advance auto on Old Forest Road will not ever get another penny of my money. I could not believe what Ricky did for me that night, in the Advance Auto parking lot. You do not need to believe me. Ask Ricky Bobby about it. He should be promoted to General Manager or whatever the highest position is and get a job at Advance to show them true service. I will say this lastly. You realize what good customer service is when you actually need it. That is your car battery is dead in front of an auto parts store, its beginning to snow, and they say they can't go out in the "wet" . That is looser behavior on the highest level. I recommend OReilly's. Go say hello to Ricky. That guy is a hero to me. I would like to add, 30 more stars to OReilly's, and an extra planet for Ricky.

Great customer service they go out of their way to ensure that they give you as much attention for your vehicle as you need and as they can offer. Advice is also given in recommendations for mechanics Etc very helpful and knowledgeable

The young gentleman Robert went above and beyond helping me last minute with a dead battery. Of course it had to die before I went to work, but he was very quick, and very helpful with my emergency. I am so very happy to have such a store, with wonderful staff, so close to home.

Super friendly but their younger staff doesn’t know how to look up anything. They got my oil filter wrong twice!! Only worth going to if the older staff members are working.

I had a nightmare of a morning. My car died and I was left stranded at a gas station. I was able to get it jumped and into the O’Reillys parking lot. Vincent quickly helped me out by testing my battery. He was so kind and explained everything to me! He went over all the price options for a new battery and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. I heavily recommend them and will return to the store for any other purchases or needs! Thanks Vincent!!

Employees were very helpful. I was looking for windshield wipers and 2 employees male and female, were very helpful. They even took the time to put the wipers on my vehicle. O'Reilly in the Old Forest road area. Greatly appreciated

Sawyer is so friendly and helpful! I needed a couple of parts for my car and he came outside and helped me replace a brake light. Actually, I didn’t do anything, he did it all and it was so kind of him to offer assistance! I will definitely be back as I appreciate the wonderful customer service and available parts.

They are normally helpful and assist me quickly. I last went to get a new battery and the guy was able to quickly test my battery, give me a price quote for a new one and replace it.

I wish I could give them no star at all. They wouldn't help me and the man left me standing at the register and walked away to answer the phone and left me standing there. I left the money on the counter and walked out. I did it myself and spilled coolant all over the place. Thanks for nothing. I will never go to an O'Reilly's again

I went in to return, what I believe is defective can of freon and the hose. First guy was fine. Second guy, not a manager, that I could tell. But spoke to me like I knew nothing (after I explained in length what happened) but not possible that the can could be defective.Basically I did it wrong. Then it was compressor issue. It's not so much that he could be right, but impossible that he could be wrong, and can't help but get the feeling he thinks I know nothing because I am a woman. Wouldn't even take the hose back, or an exchange. I won't be using O Reilly's anymore and hope that its worth it to them.

My van was slow to start so I pulled in next door at Advance Auto to get my battery tested. Their online hours showed they were open to 9pm but their door showed they closed at 8pm. It was 8:15. My van decided to die there. Walked next door to O’Reilly’s and they were open. The young man at the counter walked next door with me to my van, tested the battery and it was needing to be replaced. He told me what options he had available, I picked one and he installed it. The van fired right up. So relieved they were open late and willing to help. I don’t recall the young man’s name that helped me, receipt said Sawyer, but he was very nice and I wish him the best.

My check engine light came on so pulled in here. They had just opened their doors for the morning, and Robert immediately (and cheerfully) assisted me, read the codes and had knowledgeable advice on what I could do next given the reading. O'Reilly, this is the type of employee that makes customers come back. Thank you!

I came in recently after my Mazda had issues starting to have my battery checked. When it comes to things of this nature, I only trust O'Reilys. My battery turned out bad and in need of replacing. Elise helped me choose a good mid range battery at a fair price. She installed it and showed me how to DIY. Much appreciated and many thanks from a very loyal customer!

Employees were very helpful and friendly. I normally shop at Advance Auto that is very close to my house. But had found online that I would same $35 it off a $100 on oil for my truck. I tried to order it online but it would not allow me to. So I stopped in and the price was the same. It's not normally that way at Advance Auto. And the customer service outside of the manager is usually rude.

O'Reilly is similar price wise to advance and AutoZone so there is no real advantage there. However, I have found the employees at the advance Auto parts right next to O'Reilly to be more friendly. While the O'Reilly employees are not exactly unfriendly, I would recommend that people stop by the advance instead if they want a 5 star experience, although if advance doesn't have a part then O'Reilly is definitely a solid alternative.

If you need auto parts in the Old Forest Road area you need to stop here. They have good staff that are knowledgeable and ready to help. They've had everything I needed when I stopped in. Ask for Darrell you won't be disappointed.
