Left their yard feeling cheated. Been there many times in the past with no problem, this time the attendant in the non-ferrous metals building thought he was a metallurgist. Knit picked everything. Ended up taking it back and will go to another scrap yard and will not patronize this business again.
I had come here with my friend to drop off steel and noticed there is a new girl here. I was in line waiting to be served and couldn’t help but overhear how this girl was being spoken to by the lady at the front desk in the office. I’m shocked employees speak to eachother that way, and it seems uncalled for to speak to someone in such a degrading manner. It’s bothersome to me because this is not the first time I’ve seen people talk down to this girl… I wonder if all employees do that to eachother here but it just isn’t something I deem professional
