Overall good experience! Got a decent appraisal, great communication with staff over the phone and the ETA was accurate for the tow truck. The only area I could see needing improvement would have to be the scheduling. You pick a day and on that day you sit by the phone waiting for a call with the eta.

These people made the process very easy, and they followed up on every step. Highly recommended. One thing worth mention, you can just leave your car title and keys in the car, with the door unlocked ( if that is safe in your area) and they will pick up the car and leave the check in the mail box ( again, if that is safe in your area). Save you a lot of time and sadness.
