The tow truck driver contacted me soon after and arranged a time for the next day. The company followed up with me every step up the way in a friendly and polite manner. The text messaging was super nice and convenient for me. The tow truck driver kept in communication and was very nice. He had the cash ready, had us sign over the title and everything was taken care of within a matter of minutes. They contacted me to make sure that tow driver showed up and that everything went well. Soon the tow truck driver called to set up a pickup the very next morning. Super fast service. I got a follow up text. The service was terrific. Thanks for making it so easy and quick for me.

Overall good experience! Got a decent appraisal, great communication with staff over the phone and the ETA was accurate for the tow truck. The only area I could see needing improvement would have to be the scheduling. You pick a day and on that day you sit by the phone waiting for a call with the eta.

I had opportunity to use this company to sell my SUV. They made the process so easy. I answered a few questions about the vehicle, they gave me a guaranteed quote, and they scheduled to come pick up the vehicle. The representative I worked with, Ashlee, was awesome and stayed in touch with me the entire way through the process. Even the people they sent to pick up the vehicle were very pleasant and professional. I will certainly use this company again in the future and highly recommend it for others to use.

These people made the process very easy, and they followed up on every step. Highly recommended. One thing worth mention, you can just leave your car title and keys in the car, with the door unlocked ( if that is safe in your area) and they will pick up the car and leave the check in the mail box ( again, if that is safe in your area). Save you a lot of time and sadness.
