I have 4 cars and I take all of them to this shop because I completely trust Sergio and his team. They recently changed the oil and brakes on my car, diagnosed and fixed the check engine light, and even replaced a seized engine. Throughout the process, they explained everything clearly, worked very professionally, and made sure the cars were running perfectly. Their honesty, skill, and attention to detail make this the best mechanic I’ve ever used. Highly recommended!

I took my truck for 4 codes that came up glow plug, egr Cooler and egr valve. They send me an invoice of 2,000.00 I trusted that it was a fair price. Over a week I waited finally
Got the text it’s ready. I get to the shop I look at the bill and it’s 2436.00 I asked what the extra was Sergio said it was for parts he needed to replace, not confirming with me or calling me
Letting me know about this extra work he does it and forces me to pay it. I drove my truck home it was shaking heavily never had it done this before I get home and put in my little computer I got from auto zone still showing the codes he said he replaced and 2 new codes that did not appear before. My gut was telling me he did not replace anything. I sent him a message explaining that the codes still appear and I would take my truck to another mechanic to verify he replaced all parts, he then admitted he didn’t do the cooler and he would refund me 1100$. I know for a fact he did not replace anything. I wasted weeks trusting a fraudulent shop I paid them 2400 on work he admitted wasn’t performed. I am filing a formal complaint with AG of Va filing a customer complaint and taking legal action. These type of shops need to be held accountable and put out of business. I am making it my mission to hold Sergio accountable.
Amazing experience. If you are looking for an honest mechanic and body shop, this is the place. They put a new exhaust pipe, repaired rear differential and also fixed a huge dent from an accident. They did an excellent job. Highly recommended

Had car problems and pulled into first service station I found. This is much more than a service station. Full on knowledgeable auto mechanics. Not only did they fix my car same day, they gave me a ride to my house and brought the car to me at the end of the day. Great auto and customer service!!

Took my car to safe automotive to gets my brakes replaced. They did a great job finished same day, very professional. Would recommend safe car automative.
They had my car for a month "trying" to sort out an electrical problem. After three weeks with no success and terrible communication, I told them I was coming to get the car the next day and arranged for a tow truck. I was told at that time that since they hadn't found the problem, they wouldn't charge me. This makes me think they just didn't really work on it for the first 21 days.
The next morning, they suddenly texted to say that they thought they had it figured out, though I didn't know why they were even working on it at that point.
It then took them another week, and when I went to get the car, it was a mess inside, with the entire contents of my glovebox dumped on the floor, along with the fuse box covers and one of my lug nuts which they hadn't gotten around to reinstalling.
The car did start, I paid them over $600, and less than a week later, it's doing exactly what it was doing before I wasted a month letting them NOT work on it.
I will not be back. I recommend avoiding this place, even if you were to break down in their parking lot.
Brought our Q7 here for repair and repaint of some front panels due to minor damage. Quote to completion took less than a week and they did a fantastic job at a fair price. Highly recommend Sergio and his team for their outstanding service.

Sergio and his team out did themselves and took great care of my 1962 Chevrolet Corvair after it was neglected by other shops. I needed work on my Carburetors and fuel pump. They were more than happy to help, I had my car back sooner than expected. I also came by the shop once with my cars oil pan, I was replacing the gasket and I couldn’t get the screw plug out, they were very kind and got it out for me. They’re a really talented and trusted team of mechanics. I will definitely bring my car back if needed for future repairs!

I had a significant amount of body work done on my WRX. The other shops I tried to use wanted to replace the damaged sections hood, door and rear fender. This shop did not need to replace these parts. They were able to fix and repaint all of the damaged spots and it looks completely new. I have no idea how they were able to get it done and at a price that didn't kill me. I am so grateful for their good and timely work. They also fixed my AC but the body work is like magic.
I came to this location in a bind; my car had failed inspection and needed brakes the so I could go back to pass the inspection the same day. Sergio was able to help me out. He gave me a ride home and my car was ready in under two hours. I’m definitely going back in the future. Thank you!
Had my 2021 Audi Q8 tire repaired. The mechanic was quick, efficient and friendly. He was able to save the tire with a tire plug. Highly recommend Safe Car!

Great service I had to leave a review. I normally don’t leave reviews but the service provided by Sergio was outstanding. He made sure everything was done right and went above and beyond.
I have taken both of my vehicles to this shop and they do excellent work with fast turn around times. Prices are fair. So far I have done full suspension replacement (shocks, struts, upper/lower control arms) on one vehicle and full brake and rotor replacement on both vehicles. I will continue to use this shop to maintain my vehicles. Next thing on the horizon is timing belt/water pump/and tensioner.
Took my truck in because it was vibrating everytime I would brake. I went without any appointment expecting to be there for awhile before they can look at the truck. But to my surprise they were able to diagnose the problem very fast. Showed me what needed to be done and took care of it! Highly recommend them, they are honest, reasonable and well rounded in everything. Highly recommend them!
Excellent service of my Audi Rs3 2018, they put the new intake Revo, Intercooler CTS Turbo and also the diverter valve Forge. Now i have a great sound and performance of my car. Recommended for all performance stuff.
Had some rust repair done on my truck here and was so impressed by their work that I ended up having them complete the body work on two of my other cars as well. I work on cars as a hobby and have used several other body shops in the past, but Safe Car has been the easiest to deal with by far. Good communication, excellent color match and fair pricing. This will be my go to shop for body work moving forward.
