I ordered a part on line and had it delivered to my house. turns out it was the wrong part. the return policy states "Return to any store location for refund" when I attempted to return it I was told "We can not get the computer to accept the return. but we can give you store credit for the amount but not for the same day delivery charge." when i asked why i was informed to call the customer service line and see if they can help but they are not available until tomorrow. the attitude was like i was a bother to them and they did not really care to help me. so i returned with the part during the hours that the customer service was available after calling them and getting a claim number. customer service advised me to return to the store and have them call the number to return the part and get it credited back to my card. again when i returned in with the part i was greeted with a bad attitude of they didn't want to help me. i asked them if they would call the number. the manage rudely asked me if i wanted to talk to them. i said no. when she we finished on the phone she rudely said "It's bee removed from your card" so i left and sat in my car and checked the account on line because they did not give me any receipt or conformation of the return. the manager was outside so i asked her "Did they say how ling it would be before they credit my account.? her reply was a smart short attitude filled they didn't say and walked off. I have been going to that store since it opened and the new management is more concerned about personal jokes and their cell phones. will never go back again

I swear EVERY SINGLE TIME I come in the store, I get rung up by "Mr. Personality". I would love to tell you his name, but he always has another jacket on that hides his name badge. He's a younger white guy. He clearly does NOT want to be there. I've had him ring me up and then say under his breath, "Well I guess I'm not going to get my work done today" as if it's my fault that I'm a customer. I've had times he yells out, "NEEEXT" in the most depressing frustrating way as if he's tired of ringing up people. He's depressing and draining and I haaaate having him ring me up. He answers questions with as little words as possible. They really need to get rid of him. This isn't an isolated incident. He has ALWAYS been this way. It's a shame becuase everyone else in the store is amazing and helpful! This guy comes off as a guy who just wants to get his check and go home. Do NOT ask him and mechanical questions! He gives you answers that are wrong and sound completely made up. Maybe he hides his name on purpose so no one can report him.......

Shawn was great!! He deserves a raise or a bonus! He helped me out a few weeks ago changing the battery in my car for me. The battery was very corroded which made it difficult to change but he was very kind and worked hard on getting it done for me. He saved me a ton of time and hassle by getting it done for me at the store. Thank you, Shawn!

Staff helpful when asked but overall seem way more into personal conversations and their phones. Good spot to get what you need for your vehicle but don’t expect above and beyond service every time.

The workers there like the mangers go out of there way to get the things you need for your car. An they are honest is they can't find the parts and they recommend you to there competition

I was very pleased with the service that I received. The windshield wipers that was suggested for my car came in handy and the cashier even put the wipers on for me along with the fluid I needed. Great friendly people.

Three years ago I bought a lawn tractor battery from Advanced Auto that lasted for one week between starting when I returned the battery the Store staff said I had to run the mower for two hours minimum. I took the battery to Batteries Plus for the core deposit and have had great success for three years running with that battery and have not had to run the mower for two hours minimum. This week a car battery that was purchased from Advanced Auto that was still under warranty stranded my wife and I after driving 40 minutes to a supermarket and again 40 minutes home only to have a dead battery the following morning. We returned the battery to Advanced Auto today because it is still under warranty but once again the store clerk tested everything and said the battery was okay but we should run the car for two hours? Since I have had this experience before, once again I went to Batteries Plus with the battery that Advanced Auto refused to replace even though it was under warranty. The staff at Batteries Plus were honest enough to check the Advanced Auto battery advising my wife and I that the cranking out put was below 200 amps on a scale of 850 amps. Some how the staff at Advanced Auto wasn't able to pick up that problem with there equipment? But did suggest we run the vehicle for two hours? I am in the service industry and if I ever treated a customer this poorly I would hope they would write a similar review. Obviously Advanced Auto has lost this customer and anyone I know not to purchase any products from an Advanced Auto store. They can't even cover product that is still under warranty. Isn't that just simply unlawful? Fortunately I can afford $160.00 dollars for a new battery, but I know a good deal of people that $160.00 would pose a real hardship. So if you need a battery for any mechanical items I would suggest you stay away from Advanced Auto parts.

The retail stores are fully stocked, and personal know their product. In regards to the website, it is the pitts. You have to pick and peck just to logg on, and trying to place your order for a pick up is a nightmare, just to save 20%. That is why it gets a one star from me. My first review for any retail establashment in 20 years. And after another "on line" joke, to try to place a order, I'm toast.

Excellent customer service, knowlagable and fair employees. Manager always arrives early to greet the first customer himself and sometimes stays later than the end of his shift if necessary. Clean store. Always look out for their customers. Never disappointed.

The location is right off of 360 in central garage, making it convenient to other businesses nearby. It's still new and they are working out the kinks but all of the employees are friendly and help you any way they can.

Nice staff who are ready to answer any questions you might have. The store is laid out simply enough, but it's not hard to find someone up front if you need help finding stuff.
