Hit a deer and they fixed the damage. But they forgot to hook up the turn signals and the clamps came off small things nothing major in all they did a VERY GOOD Job. I recommend them if you're in the area of their location. I'm very satisfied
I am very disappointed in the business. Was lied to by one of the employees who had kept my daughter's car for over a year. Without consulting her about the repair bill, which kept growing after work was started on the vehicle. This place is full of lies.
So Kevin had my vehicle over a year. It was a total loss that we redeemed from the insurance company. When bringing the vehicle to kevin I advised I wanted a full restore just as you would do for the insurance company. This means body and mechanically I expect for it to be able to drive away. I had to pressure for them to even complete the project. I always promptly brought payment to them they had 1200 of my dollars for this whole time frame. Initial estimate went from 2600 to 4000 because noone even looked at the vehicle before given the initial. After a year and a half of waiting for my car I go to pick it up it is overheating. From collinsville to bassett is the amount it was driven. Upon picking the car back up they call us back saying 1100 would be needed for radiator fan. If radiator housing was replaced how did we not see that the fans aren't working. I was told they never let the car run long enough to get hot but was told previously oh we drove it all over and it was running fine. I had them tow my vehicle to another shop. I have been lied to for a year and a half paid 4000 dollars for a BAD paint job . Couldn't even blow the dirt off the car before you painted it. My head liner now sags because the car set collecting dust for a year. All the lies and disrespect I experience one of the workers justin has the nerve to tell me to calm down. If he had spent 4000 on restoring a 2010 you would be pissed too with sloppy work. Terrible experience and so disheartening to trust someone with your business and money to have a piss poor job done.
Be aware what you see is what you get. Non professional repairs, Don't take your car there unless you don't care what it looks like when you finally get it back.
I had water getting in the cab of my vehicle but couldn't find out where. I brought it in the day after I called and Justin was able to tell me and show me exactly what the issue was. Informative and efficient.

Not a satisfied customer on more than one occasion. However,I think they intend well but still left unsatisfied on different occasions...really dislike having to post such a review but it's Factz!
Had a 2017 Ford Fusion repaired as a insurance claim. Had to leave the car 2 times after they called and stated it was ready. On the third time going to pick the car up, car still has trash in the paint, orange peel on about 2/3 of the area that was repaired, also on the inside of the door handles and back side of mirror are ruff where it wasn’t sanded or buffed. Picked up the car and inside of the vehicle is covered in dust and filthy. For $4,400+ you’d expect better. Learned my lesson. Take your car to Gregory’s Auto Body or Glimmers stay away from here. Poor service and even worse quality.
