My family and I had recently moved from Boones Mill to Henry VA and out of all the closing dates to be had ours fell on the the worst winter storm our area has seen in a decade! That didn't stop us from getting here but getting out was a different ball game. Thank God for HD Towing. Not only were they fast to show up, efficient in their work, but also friendly and very fairly priced. This company showed up & showed out winching both UHauls out the ice covered driveway without a hitch! No seriously no hitch was used 🤣 sincerly thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You saved us money from late fees on returning the trucks and from uhauls roadside assistance fees. You and your company are trully a blessing. Thank you again!
They were prompt and very professional. The price was extremely fair considering I was in a semi. I would highly recommend this service. They were also very considerate to the fact that I had an injury.
My truck just stopped as my son was driving. Its was after dark and during the coldest week of the year. The roads were covered with ice. Spencer was the driver and he was friendly, polite and helpful. He "hooked" up my truck all the while carrying on a friendly conversation- answering all my questions.
Absolutely great service! They came out to help me get my car to a tire shop even with 8 inches of ice on the ground. They are also very reasonably priced!! I would highly recommend them!
I broke down today and called for a tow. The man that showed up must be an angel, because he stood by my car and it cranked. He was there pretty quick, I hate that he had to come out. If I ever need a tow, He will be who I call. Very friendly and understanding. God bless him.
My son totaled his car,coming home from college break for Thanksgiving, thank God he's okay. Spencer towed his car with all his belongings in it, I reached out to Spencer later that night to try and retrieve his stuff but he said they were closed til Monday he then told me to give him a call in the morning to see if Jerry was working to retrieve his stuff and he was. I am absolutely over joyed by the compassionate and professionalism of both of these men. I highly recommend them both thanks!
This is such an amazing company. They did not charge any fees to tow my husband after being broken down in the middle of the highway. The workers were very kind and helpful. The services were very much appreciated.
Outstanding service and price I was totally stranded and this owner really stepped up I was 150 miles from home and had only $6 to my name he pulled me out and trusted me for the future payment I can't say enough positive things about this owner and company I highly recommend it
I stopped for fuel near the HD school and my truck would not start after refueling so I called for a tow through my insurance with zero help from them then I called HD for a tow and help was there within 10 minutes the very friendly Operator asked could he scan my vehicle to check for issue and have my truck start and helped get fired back up ,I'm grateful for his help when my tow insurance failed me I would definitely call upon them again .
The best guy around! We called him late tonight as our van broke down at the end of our road. He was there and had the job done in 20 mins and is truly one of the kindest souls I have ever came across!! Hands down who I will be calling from now on! Amazing service and a truly awesome guy!!
Had a truck stuck recently, it was on the weekend and after business hours. Tow driver came very quickly and was very friendly. Pulled my stuck vehicle out and done the job at a very reasonable rate. I highly recommend HD Towing and will definitely call them again if the need arises.
You can’t go wrong with these guys, and if you weren’t happy with their service. You probably need Jesus. Friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. Call them anytime.
HD Towing & HD Diesel are top notch. We have used them multiple times to tow trucks, trailers and equipment. They are responsive, knowledgeable and professional. They also are the only mechanics that work on my company trucks. They are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to heavy duty trucks. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very professional team! And they have all the equipment to handle any situation. They hauled 2 trucks at the same time for me, and serviced them both. I can’t recommend them enough!
Blew a tire out on a back road they were there in 25 min and towed me and my two kids to our house. He even had a woman come and take us to our home so I wouldn’t be alone w him and my two kids. 100/100 would and WILL recommend!
