I usually go to this parts shop when I am in town because my dad works on my vehicles for me. I usually have a good experience. I came here last week looking for a headlight bulb and I was met with a very nice gentleman (he usually helps me but I think he was busy.) He directed me to this grumpy looking guy. I asked for the part and he looked at me like I was a waste of time and was rude to me the whole time. He could have simply told me in a nice way that they didn't carry a particular light bulb I needed. Instead he was stand offish and told me I had to go to O'Reilly. He didn't say nothing more and just left me standing there awkwardly. Not a good experience this time.

I had to come in for a new battery and they put it in for me but my jeep wouldn’t start. They helped me get to a gas station to put more fuel in my car and helped me get it fired up and down the street to the mechanic. Thank you so much for going above and beyond in helping me start my jeep!!!
Normally a great place to get parts cheaper very helpful but this time dude got under the jeep to check and still got the wrong brake pads and caliper but they brought the right one to me so it worked out in the end
Always call Jeff's Auto Basset VA first. Make them your personal autoparts store also. Great low prices. Always answers your questions and always nice.
Don't get to go there much any more but when I work on people's vehicles down there I always call them first. Always competitive prices but the people and there knowledge is what makes the difference. I have made the trip from Roanoke just because of the price
Best auto parts place around.they are no more expensive than the box store auto part chains . then there's the staff there that will do make sure you get what you need

Absolutely love this small little car parts store may have to order online alot more then advanced but 9 times outta 10 they are alot cheaper EXCELLENT customer service

I've only been here once so far but I have to say, I truly enjoy these privately owned businesses because you can't get any better customer service than you can at places like these in my opinion. I walked around just seeing what they have to offer and they had everything you could possibly need and if it isn't in stock then they are more than willing to order it for you. Another thing that I enjoyed seeing is they were willing to answer any questions I had instead of acting like you aren't even there like most big corporate businesses. It's always a good thing to support local businesses and this is definitely one I will continue to shop at for Car Parts, Cleaning supplies and anything else I may need at actual great competitive prices.
Very kind and informative staff. I tend to see a lot of vehicles here, both shopping and in need of some car help. The staff seem more than eager to help in either situation. Lower prices and a great staff, I've started going here for my auto needs.
