I'm reviewing the people as I didn't have experience with their business. I called them because I was unable to get in contact with the company that towed my car and on Google they shared an address. The gentleman I spoke with couldn't have been more kind and patient. He was very helpful even though I was speaking to him about a competitor. Just based on my interaction with him, I would definitely use his services if needed in the future.

The guy who came to rescue me was amazing. Great arrival time, super nice/helpful & not "creepy". I would recommend to anyone but def to my stranded single ladies.

Super unprofessional. I called to make a simple inquiry about them towing in my neighborhood even though the street cleaning signage had been removed. My car didn’t get towed personally, but as a concerned citizen.. I was simply trying to find out who I needed to contact regarding the signage being removed as I sometimes park there and did not want my car to be at risk of being towed at random since someone removed the sign. I saw with my own two eyes, the Mr. Tow truck carrying cars off the street but when I called and asked (very politely btw) who I would need to contact about the signage the guy on the phone was very nasty with me. So I hung up on him & he proceeded to send me a nasty text telling me I needed to “get my fax straight” & other things, before calling them again. Mind you, it was a very simple question I had asked and I have no idea why this loser was so defensive but whatever lol. If you live near Roberts Rd. just be careful bc there WAS a street cleaning sign that indicated “No Parking” there on Thursdays. I’m sure we all know how predatory these companies can be. I also know this area is heavily populated with students & can totally relate to being broke & not needing the stress of coming up with hundreds of dollars to get your car back much less deal with someone being nasty with you when you call to inquire about it. These guys are super rude and unprofessional for no reason. I should also note that I also happened to be outside while they were towing cars earlier and some lady was very nasty with me because she thought it was my car parked on the street & that was the reason for my being out there (I was actually around the corner because again, I knew the sign had been there about Thursday street cleaning). I’m not sure if she was with these guys are the city, but she tried to scold me as I was walking saying “we have signs here that you have to follow!” and she was pestering me like a weirdo when there was, in fact, no longer a sign. Like I said I definitely saw the truck with my own two eyes. I’m a very competent person & I can read so... not sure why they were denying it was them but whatever. Just be careful y’all bc if you call to ask who you complain to, they’re going to be rude!

Never use this guy's services unless you want to prop up a crook. He would not relinquish my property he had only couple days and when I offered to pay the $600 he quoted, he still would not relinquish my property which was a snow shack she'd and expensive ice shaving and soft serve ice cream equipment along with everything else I needed to start my business . He put the shed in his lot and used it as an office and sold my things out of it . Since it doesn't have a title( because it's not a vehicle) I had a bill of sale to prove ownership) and he would not release it. The courts, the city of Richmond and Mr tow are all in cahoots, I've heard from other tow drivers they work together, so he cheated me out of $15,000. Stay away from this dirt bag scum rotten to the core crook

They charged me $1000 to tow out of the salt flat. On the phone they quoted $600-$1000 for 1 mile off the road. The car turned out to be only a quarter-mile off the road and they charged $1000 anyway.

LEFT ME STRANDED. Called for a tow, said they'd be there in 45 minutes. Waited an hour, I called and he said he was almost there. Another 30 minutes and still no show and didn't answer the phone. Never answered the phone again. Called another company and they were there in 15 minutes. Never heard from this company again. Please realize that when someone calls for a tow they are probably STRANDED and you probably should at least call if you can't make it. 100% unreliable, please call someone else. Wish I could give it zero stars!

Horrible company! I called this company because my car was stuck in the snow and I never received a call back after the driver asked me to text him the address! Unreliable! Do NOT call this company!

It has come to my attention after speaking with Mr. Tow, that the reason behind my car being towed was because my car was “on the line” and then speaking with another person that my car was “over the line”. The next person said my car was at a 45 degree angle. The more I talked to representatives, the worse my car’s position became. I requested the photographs that were taken of my car to be emailed me. Both of those two representatives said that they would be sending them today. When I called back around 3:20 pm to see the status of the email, the employee then started raising his voice at me telling me to “Come here and I’ll show you the photos” in a very threatening way. They then said to contact my leasing office with the photos of my car. Considering there was a car parked RIGHT NEXT to my car, I find it hard to believe that my car was so far over that it was in two lanes (Which the then manager said). I have constantly been very conscious of how and where I park. Out of over a decade of driving, I have not once been towed. Not only was the car checked on around 1am, towing time 2am, there were cars parked beside it and they could easily get in and out of their vehicle. It’s a very sad feeling that I am scared to park my car without taking a photo for evidence. Mr. Tow is not only unprofessional but their stories are not consistent. This company is not honest. I do not feel that I have trust for this company or that my car is safe in the parking lot of my apartments. I’ve already paid the $125 to retrieve my car. There is nothing to do at this point, I would take full responsibility if I didn’t have a pass or if I truly was over the line, but this is just ridiculous. Not only was I talked down to and ridiculed…. But I was lied to on multiple occasions with different representatives just trying to resolve this issue. In the end of the day, my car was simply a bonus on their check and not a true issue in the parking lot. Towing trucks are great when you break down, but they will do ANYTHING to screw you over if it helps their pay check.

A tie-rod broke on my jeep. They came and got that afternoon. Called me before they did any work with an estimate and had it fixed the next day. Very reasonable price. I highly recommend this place
